This was one of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed at in the Midwest. It had a gas station with diesel, a convenience store, and the staff was very kind. The camping sites were spacious and well maintained, and our site was at the top of the hill with a view of the theme park and water park in the distance. Otherwise it's a picture perfect slice of Iowa with farm land and trees all around.

We were enroute to “Field of Dreams” movie site in Dyersville, IA and stayed overnight. The store, campgrounds, and fuel stations were top notch! We love KOA as they never disappoint! Always roomy, we’ll kept grounds, and nice neighbors!

The bathhouse was not clean and there was no hot water in the showers at all. The water at the RV spots had low pressure and it smelled HORRIBLE. This was the worst KOA I have seen in 7 years in "nickel and diming" the customers to death. Just raise your rate and be done with it. It seemed like it had a lot to offer, but with all the extra fees added on, it just wasn't worth it.

Nice big sites, nice roads, nice amenities. Just wish there had been a heads up of the road closure...caused some stress getting there but all in all, fun time!

My only issues were the cable never worked at our site (65), I even tried connecting directly to our tv incase I had an issue with the wiring in my camper but that didn't yield any channels after doing the scan either. The spots were closer than I expected but overall loved the facility and will likely come stay again sometime.

We liked the spacious lots and the overall feel. Beautiful grass and big lake with swimming area. Fairly priced. However we had lots of issues. Spent 20 minutes driving around to find the entrance due to road closures. No mention of this on the phone or website. Kids went to play on the playground and there was toilet paper everywhere and dirty swim trunks. Showers had only 2 min of warm water.

Wonderful campground, lots of green space, great fishing in the pond, small beach, playground. Wonderful area with a great waterpark/theme park nearby. We'll be back again!

This is a very clean and attractive park. Our only problem was the GPS did not like the alternate street address. We have stayed here before and will probably do it again.

Great KOA campground and location to all the Lost Island attractions. Access to the campground in kinda tough right now due to road construction. Our site along the lake was in a low area that flooded during heavy rain. We'll definitely stay again, just in a different site.

I think it should be a staple for all KOA's provide an escort to your site and garbage pickup. Little things like that make a big difference.

The clerks were friendly and helpful, our site was nice and not small like others we stayed at. It was a busy weekend bathrooms seem to take a while to get cleaned up. I don't mind paying the 10$ for pets but then I suspect the dog park grass to be cut

Nice campground, love the lake, but charging $10.00 for a dog is silly. Most of the group we were traveling with had a dog and also were displeased with the charge. Don't understand what it is for exactly. We take care of our dog and pick up after our etc... We didn't bring our dog this time but that charge might deter us from booking in the future.

I enjoyed our stay. However, I feel that the gas station could probably be open a little longer as I seen late campers coming in and needing things at different times and they were closed. I understand staff shortage though.

Nice but very expensive. They could have had the moss cleaned out of the pond that is for swimming a bit. It was very mossy. They were not renting the pond ride-ons until June. It would have been nice to have rentable since it was Memorial Day weekend with lots of campers. They used to have more activities planned for kids. The breakfast on Monday was nice and fairly priced. Clean and quiet!

To start our trip I was not given the option to use the rewards I stated in the app I wanted to use. I was told it was too hard to apply it to my reservations. Then when we got to our site the sewer was uphill and above our connectors so every time we wanted to pull the tanks we had to manually left the sewer hose to allow it to actually get to the drain. All of the sites in our area was the same.

VERY difficult to find our site. NO ONE offered to lead us to the site. Loud dogs were barking during quiet time at multiple locations. Campfire less than 10 feet from our camper on the side of the propane tank. Much too crowded a place to allow campfires. Children and adult playing with frisbee hit the side of our camper. Washrooms were reasonably clean, but dirty washcloths and paper all onfloor

Good stay, it was perfect weather and the dogs enjoyed the lake and the long walks. Only request I have is to please, please clean the green algae, it is a simple process. I lived in Florida a better part of my life and this is something that is easily maintained and should be looked into before the summer kicks in. Restrooms and washrooms were very clean and that is appreciated.

We only stayed one night but were impressed with how nice it was! It was so bright and tropical! We had an issue with no power at our site. We were given the option and moved to a new site very quickly. It was nice to have it taken care of immediately. It was early in the season and I’d love to see what it’s like when everything around there is open.

Extremely rude and argumentative girl with dark hair at the counter. Purchased ice cream for my son and opened it while walking out of the store, the ice cream was a large previously melted and re- frozen large gooey clump. Walked right back in and showed the ice cream to this girl in which she began to argue that it wasn't bad because it is wasn't expired yet. She refused to exchange or refund

The price $70 a night we had pets we were charged an additional $10’s. The excuse was, it was due to prior peoples mistakes so we have to pay for it. (Exact words) The lot was semi level. We were way in the back they don’t keep up lawn care. Looks abandoned. The Wi-Fi did not work. We stayed 12 hrs it still is not a place I would visit again. The dog park grass overgrown. Water pressure low.

Stayed at RV site towards the front. Nice level site. Site by hill aren't leveled/cut down. Slant down with hill. Saw gas or diesel pumps on site.

Very well maintained and attractive facility. Close to attractions, entertainment, groceries, and the highway. Over all pretty quiet, some occasional road noise. Sites are level and relatively spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but not bothersome. Price is a bit higher than other areas nearby. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would stay there again.
