To big, to crowded. Facilities are excellent. Little interaction with staff or management but was good. Close to almost anything you may want to do.

Nice RV Park. Wide sites. Minimal hiway noise. Did not use Waterpark or Campground showers/restrooms. We'll come back.

It would be a five except there to be understaffed and did not respond to request to clean up to dog poop and garbage left in the firepit from the last camper they don't appear to check and clean up the sites in between guests

It was a nice campground with good amenities. The swimming area and fishing dock were pretty weedy.

We can't wait to come back on the 9th. The area we were in was set up perfectly, sites were spacious and staggered so you weren't looking directly at the side of someone's camper.

We absolutely adore this campground! Having the water and theme park across the street was amazing entertainment and lounging on the beach afterwards was a great way to cool down!

We love the KOA campground and Lost Island water park! I just wish all the rides we’re running at the new amusement park. We ended up just buying a two day pass to the water park instead of a park hopper. We also have a suggestion for the water park to put in an adults only area with a swim up bar!

The check in was easy & the store was very convenient for some of our needs! The bath house was clean and nice too for showers!

Great campground and location across the street from a huge water & in theme park and a casino. The grounds are well-kept, except for the pond/lake, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The lake was not maintained as in years past. Weeds are taking over. The "shallow" area for kids is becoming very deep near the edges of the rope. Please clean up the whole lake so dad's can have fun fishing.

Little disappointed in the beach area, does not look like pictures. Weeds are ridiculous, no way to fish, weeds are starting to encroach on swimming area. Not as clean and nice as pictures depict it to be. Bathroom really needed to be cleaned daily on such a busy weekend. My daughter loved the nice playground and chocolate slip-n-slide. Not sure why we didn't get our 10% off for being a KOA memb

The food was okay, but the prices were really expensive! All employees were excellent - great personalities and so helpful! Same for the theme park. Can’t wait for the water ride to be completed!!

We didn't use the Waterpark, only stayed overnight. Wish all KOAs had the same basic amenities: 1. Staff to take us to the site and make sure we are all good. 2. garbage pickup at site

Campground was clean, even tho u never saw anyone. Had friends come up n thier area was full of dog poop, so had to request clean up 2x day later, n lack of dog stations w garbage cans a big problem. The big issue ww had was a man was literally mowing Monday around our rv very closely wo letting us know. Very disrespectful. The water park u have to walk to which is a good long walk,no shuttle.

Awesome park it was our first visit. Had a bit of a snafu when we arrived. We had reservations and drove to our site. It was occupied. Went back to the office and the manager herself took charge. She assigned us a new site in fact better than the first one. I’m so sorry I did not get her name. But she was great and apologized profusely and hoped we have a good stay. Excellent service.

Place is nice & clean but thing we’re not explained clearly on couple different things. Advertised different things you can rent for the water. Checked in & still has not told only 2 things were available. Was not told about this until we wanted to rent. Island shelter was unusable & was taped off. Was not explained very clearly on events for chocolate weekend & when asked why? Received attitude

Bathrooms & showers were very humid & hot due to very little airflow. Uncomfortable to use due to this. The bathrooms were also not regularly cleaned. Several days went by without a proper cleaning. The "swimming" beach area was gross and not a lake I would consider actually swimming in. On a positive note my son fished in the lake and caught a few small fish. The sunsets were beautiful to watch.

KOA waterloo was wonderful. Our spot did have a broken sewer pipe. But we were able to bypass it. The only other thing is that we call 6 months in advance for our group of 7 to be together and this being our second year, we were not all together. I feel that we should be able to camp next to each other

Loved the park and staff. Very fun weekend. Death by chocolate theme was AMAZING. Wishing our sites were reservable together online. Staff did great on getting us as close as possible.

We really enjoyed our stay the only thing that disappointing was how disgusting the pond was. Was hesitant to let grandkids go in it.

This park is simply not worth the price. The swimming area is surrounded by seaweed. Traffic signage is awful and confusing.

Stayed at RV site towards the front. Nice level site. Site by hill aren't leveled/cut down. Slant down with hill. Saw gas or diesel pumps on site.

Very well maintained and attractive facility. Close to attractions, entertainment, groceries, and the highway. Over all pretty quiet, some occasional road noise. Sites are level and relatively spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but not bothersome. Price is a bit higher than other areas nearby. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would stay there again.
