Just a quick overnight stop heading south. Easy on and off. Campground called and checked on us as we were a late arrival. Nice touch. Easy pull thru site, but close together. Great for what we needed, didn’t use any facilities or amenities so can’t speak to that. Would use this campground again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the food. I had the sloppy joe sandwich and my husband had a pizza, both were delicious! Thank you!

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin and we had a great 4 night stay, the cabin was comfortable. Kevin and Karen were very accommodating. We had our 6 month old Bernedoodle with us who had a wonderful time as well. The camp is clean, safe and even though it was near the end of the season we found a lot to do around the camp and Wapakoneta. Karen even mailed something we left behind. Thank You!

Nice long pt site as requested since we travel with an extra vehicle to park. Site was clean and well maintained and cable also worked well.

Okay overnight spot - sites are very very close barely enough room for picnic table so we moved to patio site to be more comfortable

My frig. Went belly up the day before getting there. They were very helpful in trying to find a repair co. I’m real bad at names but I think it was the owner went to walmart for me on her own to get some ice for me.very nice people we appreciate all they did, and would highly recommend them!!!

We always enjoy our stay to and from Florida. Great people, nice place. Everything is great with the exception of the speed bumps and the people that caused them to be installed. Thanks See you in the spring!

Warm welcome. Very tidy campground. Easy level sites. For a 5/5 this campground just needs to stay open until mid November for more convenient travel dates.

There was a guest that arrived after we had set up our camper. They were unsure where the office for the campground was located. They asked someone on one of the golfcarts where it was located, and the response was unbelievably rude. The person on the golf cart actually said, "if you are that stupid, then I am not sure we want you to stay here". After overhearing this, we won't be returning!

Our private bathroom hot water did not work correctly. WiFi was horrible. Lady in front office accused our son of stealing a couple candy items the year prior and made us pay for them even though we did not stay there the year prior. Our other families who rented had bad experience. The owner threatened one of our family members when they complained. I do not recommend staying here at all.

This was an amazing rv park, the folks working were the best, and also the pizza and chicken wings were superb. Will definitely stay here again when we come through, and probably spend some time.

So glad we found you. Easy on, easy off location. Loved the gas grill so we cooked our dinner outside. Nice grounds. Great dog park. We will stop again for sure.

We had an extended stay and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Wapakoneta KOA. The managers try extremely hard to keep the grounds clean. They pickup trash on a regular basis and guide you to you site at check in. While the pool was closed during our stay in Sept/Oct, it was great last year when we stayed during the summer. While some sites are tight, (like most KOA’s), site are relatively level

Great!. We were in town for our daughter's 50th Borthay Surprise Party. We lived in Wapak 3 years ago but now live in Sarasota Florida. We were very familai with the KOA and whenever we drive our motorhome to Wapak for visits always try to stay at the Wapak KOA. Thank you for doing a fantastic job!

Campground is close to everything! It’s well maintained and bathrooms are clean! We had a lovely stay in campsite 85 despite the rain. Sad to see it being downgraded from a deluxe koa patio but I understand the reasoning behind it. It’s a wonderful site! Take care and thank you!

I have been a KOA member since 2014. The past 4 years my extended family has held our family reunion at Wapakoneta KOA (sometimes twice a year). We have averaged 3-4 lodge cabins 2-3 camp cabins, 2-3 RV sites each visit. Our family was treated rude, accused of theft and much more. Out of characters!

Stay in their most expensive Lodge, they have control of the thermostat. We cooked all night, got no sleep. Have stayed here several times with multiple sites and cabins, won’t again

We spent 4 nights enjoying a small family reunion. We can not tell you how accommodating the staff was making our stay a wonderful experience. As things would happen, the campground experienced a broken water pipe. The staff worked overtime to make it a none issue. Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our site was good for our quick overnight. This was our second stay and it is an excellent choice. The only negative is the speedbumps which you must repeatedly go over to get into the campground and your site. But I’m sure we’ll stop here again.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin for 4 nights, it was comfortable. The camp is clean and safe and even though it was near the end of the season there was a lot for us to do both at the camp and in the surrounding area. Such as - The Neil Armstrong Museum, Heritage Park (river walk, and our 6 month old Bernedoodle enjoyed a nice romp at the dog, the historical downtown) there are several parks around town with playgrounds as well. The campground also has a dog park both for big and small dogs. A playground and arcade for the big and little kids. ha ha We enjoyed our little get-away to the KOA at Wapakoneta. It was nice, relaxing and a fun way to spend our 34th wedding anniversary with just the 2 of us and our puppy. :) Kevin and Karen were so accommodating and helpful! Karen even mailed an item we left behind. Thank You! * sharing a picture of Bernie our puppy because this was "Bernie's Road Trip" and because he so adorable :)
