Working with the staff was pleasant. Location was OK. They closed the bathroom and showers when the office closed and no-one told us (at 6 PM). Wifi was very weak - super slow, not worth trying to download e-mails.

Easy to get into. Clean. Staff is nice. Some traffic noise, but its off the highway so easy to access.

The campground was not very full. I had a pull thru space that had a patio and picnic table with a small privacy fence around the table, a tree and some grass. I liked that the pull thru's were staggered and at an angle which created a bit more privacy. Sites were clean, did not use the facilities. Check in process was good.

Great place! The only negative is the landscape tinbers at the rv sites as it is easy to trip over them and they restrict a good sewer flow, etc.

The back-in sites at the rear of the campground were quiet and spacious. My kids loved the jump pad, playground, and mini golf. We had a great time staying here!

Our granddaughter loved the mini golf, jumping pad, and playground. It’s very conveniently located to Dinosaur National Monument and the Utah Field House of Natural History. Had a wonderful lunch at the Vernal Brewery! Road noise was the only negative.

We arrived after hours due to traffic delays, and our reservation was easily found out front of your office with our campsite info. The site was clean, quiet and very nice.

The spots were mostly level and nicely designed. You didn’t feel like you were right on top of your neighbors. The grounds were nice and well kept. The woman in the office was very nice. The area surrounding the park is phenomenal. Beautiful scenery, nice town, and amazing Dinosaur National Monument. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time! Kids loved the scavenger hunt. Playground was great hours of entertainment. Campground clean and very nice. We will be back!

We were disappointed that our cable did not work after paying for the service. We were also very close to the highway which was very loud - the park was not full, so it would have been nice if we were towards the back away from the noise. The park and spaces were nice, just the two issues.

Had us stay in a spot that had a broken water pump and when asked them to take a look at they said they know the water faucet hookup sprays water but can’t fix it until the campground closes for season . They told us we could move to another spot but we were all set up already. Seems off that a campground that was virtually empty they put us next to about only other trailer in park & broke fauce

Campround was run down and needed updates in laundry (machines) and bathrooms. Being next to the trailer park with their non stop barking dogs was very annoying. Water pressure is extremely low at the back in sites. It was an okay park but...

If I ignore the price it is a low average campground due to the dusty dirt roads and barely flowing water supply on site 17. Landscaping kind of poor even at average RV parks. If I were charged $40 to $50 per night it would get a mid range rating. But at what I was charged I expected luxury RV park features with paved roads and sites and greater visual appeal.

Campground needs some updating, our site was not level. The campground was very quiet and close to Dinosaur National Monument.

Individual site was clean and ready for us, we enjoy the location with so much to do and see. Part of the park that had not been mowed recently made it very difficult to walk with hoses, etc. buried in the grass, it was in much better shape last April when we were here. In the AM the bathroom doors were held open by a large rock and the heater was also running, rather cool for showering.

Place is not well kept up. Everything is well worn and lawns haven't been mowed (other than the big field to the east) in a quite a while. It is one of the few RV businesses in the area so I guess that results in the "relaxed" attitude toward maintenance.

Very nice site in the small loop in the back. Spacious level site. Could use a WiFi router back there. Plenty of room to walk dogs.

We travel with our son and although there were many sites available during our stay we were put very far apart. Our RV was way in the back in a field. Grass wasn’t mowed and we were directly by a very run down trailer with their dogs barking all day. Broken down fence junk in the yard. We will never go to this KOA and it shouldn’t be called Koa. High priced field stay. Barely gravel. Worse ye

Only there one night but was conveniently located for visit to museum and pick up supplies at Walmart - workers accommodating and helpful - Museum and Tilted Rock drive was awesome

Generally a great stay but, as with most KOA sites we have visited, intermittent wi-fi. The restroom door also failed to lock much to the shock of an American child 🤣 Great location to explore the surrounding area. We loved the Moon Arch which was only a few miles out of town. The shop has a fantastic set of about 20 walks that you can take of the surrounding area. Vernal itself was a nice town and we enjoyed our best, and cheapest, meal there at Betty's Cafe.

The site layout is pretty good with plenty of space. Only 2 complaints were the distance to the bathrooms and the back border of the campsite being a rusty Barbed Wire fence, wouldn't be too great for kids to get tangled up in.
