We enjoyed our time there. The store was very well stocked, the staff extremely friendly and helpful!! The only thing we see that could be improved would be leveling of the sites.

Laundry room was very dirty, the window track in front of the folding table was completely full of dead bugs, our space was littered with cigarette butts, weeds had not been trimmed, landscaping trim (black plastic))stuck up above ground level 4"+ a terrible tripping hazard, you could see the whole park had a lack of daily maintenanc,, you could get splinters if you sat at the picnic table.

Spaces are close together and small so your dodging trees. They allow people to camp in their car therefore they are outside making noise most of the day & night. Children running around after dark making noise. A lot of barking dogs. Bathrooms not maintained very well. Overpriced for the environment you are staying in.

It's a great place to stay just on the edge of town. Very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again.

Bathrooms were clean, but showers were 24 x 24 - 5’2 woman had trouble; 6’2 man even more. Had to dry off in open area! Laundry room was dirty. Pads were dirt, not gravel. Wedding party next door was very loud til just before 11 pm. Disappointing!

Only stayed 1 day of 2 day reservation. Staff were very friendly and responsive, but facility was not well maintained. Half of the bathroom facilities were broken and nothing was really clean. Went to national park campground after the first night... no hookups, but bathrooms had running water and were well maintained at less than half the price. Very disappointing.

Good location and some fun amenities but dated and run down. Lots of grass but it really needed mowing. Everything needed a coat of paint. Beautiful trees and nice level sites. Mens room was out of tissue. Too many minuses that could be pluses. All things considered I would stay there again.

Great location, close to town and dinosaur sites. Staff was super helpful and extending. All reservation for several days due to vehicle repairs. Our big problem, though, were the hundreds of little brown bugs (Elm Seed Bug?) that got into our stuff, trailer, and tow vehicle. We washed everything off, and yet we still have been squashing bugs in the truck for two days now, and we're not done yet.

Loved the bumper pad. Other than that this place does not have the cleanliness and tidiness of the other KOAs Most of the bikes were broken and one of two women showers was out of order.

Very nice campground! Campground staff all over (especially custodial staff) were extremely nice and always trying to make things better for campers.

Nice, quiet, well-maintained campground close to great hikes! Bathrooms were clean and all hookups worked great. Friendly staff, well stocked small store/gift shop, and nice amenities (pool, putt-putt, social/charity breakfast one day). We will definitely stay there again.

We were a family of four and had site 38. It was a great location to watch the kids at all the wonderful activities. There was so much to do that the kids did not want to visit NPS. The managers ability to control the weather mad the stay fabulous. My grandkids are already asking to go back and stay longer!

Very disappointed in the upkeep and grounds in general. Was not maintained well. Had lots of overgrowth and mowing was sporadic. Bathrooms were marginal and not well kept for a KOA facility. Bathrooms were a great distance walk from our site, which was a hassel, even a pot-a-ptty or outhouse closer to our site would have been nice for those that don't use their rv facilities in their camper.

We appreciated the quick response and trimming of the tree branches that were above our rig. NOTE: the post for the planned patio cover is installed too close for big rigs to extend slides.

We enjoyed the stay, I would recommend that the pool be cleaned more often, also the shower houses need to be cleaned more often or more through. There were items left in the shower house and were not cleaned up for our entire stay, which indicated to us that the shower houses are not getting cleaned. We did like the amount of room we had at our site, but it could definantly use better shade.

Generally a great stay but, as with most KOA sites we have visited, intermittent wi-fi. The restroom door also failed to lock much to the shock of an American child 🤣 Great location to explore the surrounding area. We loved the Moon Arch which was only a few miles out of town. The shop has a fantastic set of about 20 walks that you can take of the surrounding area. Vernal itself was a nice town and we enjoyed our best, and cheapest, meal there at Betty's Cafe.

The site layout is pretty good with plenty of space. Only 2 complaints were the distance to the bathrooms and the back border of the campsite being a rusty Barbed Wire fence, wouldn't be too great for kids to get tangled up in.
