If you planning to stay 1-2 nights is not worth the hassle. Stay 3+ nights the peacocks won’t let you sleep the first night they are loud � . We enjoy our stay and can’t wait to be back.

A group of my friends and I got together to tent camp and the sites are so nice, as well as the bathroom and showers! They're so clean and well maintained. The pool is super nice and I loved the small river along the campsite you could adventure around. We all had a great time and look forward to our next stay.

We had a blast! Our family had a little bit of everything - we tent camped, my sister and her family stayed in their RV, and my other sister and her family stayed in a cabin. There was something for everyone and we all enjoyed. We brought our turkey feast and our parents and other family members came out for the day. We plan to do it again!

Our campsite was perfectly situated and everyone staying at the campground was super friendly. Doug was extremely helpful over the phone and all the ladies at the store were as helpful and neighborly as if I’ve known them forever. We loved our stay so much that we have decided to make it an annual trip and will be bringing our extended family next year as well. The best Thanksgiving vacation!

We were booked for two days and two nights, and we didn't even stay the first night. Check-in time is so late, and since we aren't from the area, it took us 3.5 hours to get there. When we finally found our site, we had to pitch a tent in a hurry, due to dwindling daylight .One of my dogs got a thorn deeply embedded in one of his paws, while in the desolate gated area that is specifically for dogs

We stayed in the group camp sites and had a wonderful time. My only complaint was the process of booking the site. I had to call daily (leaving several voicemail messages and sending emails to the group site coordinator) for a month straight in order to book the site.Only when I final said that I would be looking elsewhere did the group coordinator, Sarah, finally take my call.

We did not end up staying the night. We had campsite number 1 and did not feel comfortable walking through two other sites to get to our site. The campsites were very dirty including tampon applicators in the sites. The restrooms had so many cobwebs around the soap dispensers they were almost impossible to use. The slide and playground was unusable and not safe. We left and went home.

Bathrooms were not clean and maintained. There is a strong sewage odor around the outside of the bathroom. Inside, one of the toilets remained clogged throughout Saturday, limiting facilities to one toilet. Additionally, there was only one shower which was not kept very clean and no hot water at night, forcing me to take a cold shower. The bathroom amenities were very substandard.

We camped out on Rivers Edge site 01 in a tent during a weekday so we were all alone in that site. However we had a few people come through late at night to use the restroom and were noisy waking me up. So in the future I will not choose a site close to the restroom.

Our first time here, recommended by a friend. We had an absolute great time! We stayed 3 days, set up 2 campsites (4 adults, 1 teen). There was so much to do, not enough time in our stay. There was a lot of activities around Halloween, trick or treating & even a small carnival with games & prizes. T staff is friendly, helpful & always w/a smile. Don't let the showers scare u. Will def be back!

My favorite place. Probably time to do a little bathroom renovation. Nothing bad, just getting a little tired. Wish there was a hot tub to go with the pool, but probably too many kids around.

We had a lovely stay, the only downside was that we were not able to adjust our guest number and receive a refund for 1 adult and 1 child that did not stay during the trip when I asked at checkout. I would have preferred to receive the refund. We also had one family only stay for one of the two nights and I understand why that cannot be prorated.

Great site; lots to do. Restroom facilities were really clean when we started our stay Friday, by Sunday morning though the men's toilets weren't flushing and they had gotten a bit dirty. It would be VERY helpful for a clearer explanation of the different zip line courses. We were told one had some obstacles, but no info about difficulty. Adventure course was NOT appropriate for an 8-year-old.

we had one night with loud neighbors who had amplified music until 2:00 am. The pillow, challenge course and activities were great. We love the setting.

We had a unserviceable site which was what we wanted as we have a small camper van with all the facilities. We only wanted a hot shower. The water was lukewarm and the shower was filthy. We paid $65. Disgusting

We have been in a tent site in the far back of the campground. We had spiders, coyotes howling all night and every type of insects. The showers were horrible as well, the looked like they haven’t been cleaned in ages, cobwebs everywhere, spiders, frogs and other insects like mosquitoes watching you shower. Might be a great RV resort, but with a tent this KOA does not live up to KOA standards.

Fun, lots to do. Nice staff, especially the Assistant Manager Sarah. One of the mens toilets did not flush but our campsite, Oak 30, & the grounds seemed to have more than typical small trash on the ground. Campsite water access & equipment could be much better. Overall a fun stay.

We've been camping a lot as a family but this was our first time at a KOA. We had so much fun and the kids never got bored with all the amazing activities and spending hours in the pool. We had such a good time we booked our stay for next year on our way out!

I love this place. I've been a regular both tent camping and trailer camping when I had one. Lots to do both in camp and the surrounding area. Biggest problem is getting a spot.

I love this site. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. They accommodated a large group of us and did it with a smile on their faces. We will for sure return the next time we camp.

I love staying at this KOA the only problem I had was when I took a shower the hot water was not working in the showers so I had to take a cold shower. But other than that the staff is great the campsites are awesome I will recommend this campsite to my friends.

Great amenities, but very expensive. The restrooms and showers were not clean. The map was not very helpful. Some signs would have been helpful to find the campsites.

It was one of the best KOA, campgrounds I ever stayed in. Has a great pool, very large shaded trees wonderful tent sites. Would stay here again.

Our campsite had plenty of shade. The bathrooms were dirty and there was no soap. Also, if the wind blew the wrong way, the sewar smell coming from the pool area was disgusting.

The pool needed cleaning, the site needed cleaning, AND our neighbors were beyond loud way pass 11:00 pm. Your security was prompt on quieting them. Our registration was incorrect. Mixed up with another Anthony

Our stay was stupendous! We can't remember the names of the entire staff we encountered but "great" began with Carol! Alexis & Sarah, too! The store is filled with things you need & things you'll love. The site was fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous & well maintained. Can't say enough about the staff. And love the peacocks & hens!! One of our best CG's! Be back soon! Great location close to Ventura Harbor, Ojai & downtown Santa Paula.!

This was our second visit to this RV campground. The place is so relaxing and peaceful. There are cool peacocks roaming, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly and the store/ office is open late if you need something.
