Beautiful KOA and so close to Ventura Beach. There are peacocks all over the grounds and lovely to see on walks. We will definitely be staying here again.

The site was nice. We got into spots 11 and 12 and they were great. The young lady working at the front had amazing service and was very pleasant. I admit it was a little pricey for all the kids attractions being closed at the time. However we looking forward to staying here again

The perfect example of a place that is so close, but seems so far away. Love the feel and scenery of this location. Lot's of thinks for kids to do and very quiet (in December).

Two of the main attractions (and major reasons we bring our grandkids there) we're closed for 'inspection' on one of the years biggest holidays. We were ordered to put our fire out due to fire dept restrictions our 2nd night, could only have propane fueled fires. Why weren't the three other campers in 'Pine' who had wood fired campfires at the same time told to put there fires out? I went to offic

Our site barely accommodated our 5th wheel. The tires were off the ground. The site was extremely unlevel we had to add several blocks underneath our landing gear/jacks. This was frustrating as the campground was informed of the length of our 5th wheel. Other than this issue the campground was ok.

The sewage smell that wafted through our site in Pine as well as the Pine sites of my other family members was sickening at times, enough to make us not want to camp here again. Sad because we otherwise love the KOA!

The KOA staff are always kind and helpful. Our family loves the jumping pillow and all the beautiful peacocks. We also enjoyed "mining" down by the creek.

We had an amazing time, large family gathering for an early thanksgiving dinner. Pine area worked out perfect and the cabins were great for those who didn't have a motor home or trailer. For sure coming back.

Best ever!!!!! Have been to the ranch several times with my husband of 60 years. First time without him. The staff is so nice!!! I hope to be able to return soon.

Nice people good size camp site. Toilet paper ram out one night and one toilet jammed the next. Otherwise perfect stay lovely place.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet, we were lucky enough to get a full hook up site in a very nice area of the camp ground. and we had a lot of interesting visits from the local Peacocks and Peahens....

My wknd stay was fun! My campsite was nice. Wish it had more grass, and the cell reception and wifi was lacking good reception. But it was clean. Wish it had full hookups at alder and Birch. But overall great RV park and look forward to returning!!

A beautiful camp with lots of things to enjoy within the camp itself. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is a very good destination camp with attractions all over the area and beautiful Santa Paula just minutes down the hill from camp.

Loved all of it! The only issue we came across was the dumping area was not level. This made it difficult to completely flush our tanks before departing.

Our stay was stupendous! We can't remember the names of the entire staff we encountered but "great" began with Carol! Alexis & Sarah, too! The store is filled with things you need & things you'll love. The site was fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous & well maintained. Can't say enough about the staff. And love the peacocks & hens!! One of our best CG's! Be back soon! Great location close to Ventura Harbor, Ojai & downtown Santa Paula.!

This was our second visit to this RV campground. The place is so relaxing and peaceful. There are cool peacocks roaming, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly and the store/ office is open late if you need something.
