One of the worse experiences as a camper. Frist night a group of people came by the campsite and threw a rock at my tent. It caused a big tear on my tent. The dangerous part of it was my wife was sleeping on the same side. The rock could have struck her causing severe injury.

Thought we had full hookups, but the fact that you pump out the trailers during the stay was great… we just didn’t know that until they came by to pump us out. We’ll be back some time.

We were there for 2 nights and had a lovely pull through spot with a cement patio. The arrangement of sites within the circle allowed us to meet various fellow travelers. We were surprised to not have sewer hookup as we thought it was described as full hookup. The road up to the campground was a bit narrow and tight in places. Pleasant experience.

It was our first trip I'm our travel trailer. We forgot chalks and a level. We flipped the power wrong and were very frustrated when nothing worked. The employees were so kind and helpful to show us the ropes. Once we were all set up we had a peaceful couple of days watching the peacocks and enjoying the outdoors. The kids loved all of the camp activities. We haven't stopped talking about it!

My husband and I stayed in the large Teepee with 6 of our Grandchildren which included 3-three year olds. They had the most fun on the BMX bike track but loved the pool, jumping pillow and the maze. Memories were made. Oh and the 10 and 12 year old loved the adventure course and zip lines. We will be back next year!

Peacocks way too loud and kept me awake almost all night. No Wi-Fi even though I called to ask why it wasn't working, it never worked.

There's no cable, the internet barely works so you can't stream movies. Too many loud barking dogs, even before 8 AM. For several hours, it smelled like sewer, not pleasant. The staff is very nice. We won't be back, even though we've been there many times.

We had a wonderful three days. Your staff was so friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Our two boys said it was our best camping trip yet! We can't wait to return

Tons of activities for kids and so nice to be out in nature yet so close to civilization. We mostly played in the creek because pool was too cold for us. Nice that trash was picked up often and that the bathrooms were cleaned often. Our tent site felt very private, hope to stay there again.

Nice place, a little more maintenance on the grounds would be more inviting. The steps up to the bathrooms the foliage was overgrown.

Staff were nice. But, are bed was lumpy, mushy, tilted to one side. There was a sewage like smell in our bathroom. And early morning of 6/27, their main water line broke, which was an inconvenience of not having water are having use of our toilet.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our family had a great time, kids didn’t want to leave! We’ll be back next year!

The same dead bugs, the same pubic hairs, and the same cigarette ashes on the same toilet for three days... God only knows how lone the dried spittle on the cinder block walls have been there. I drove my wife and grandchild around the camp to find a clean enough shower for them to use but was unsuccessful; perhaps the clumps of human hair in the showers were too disgusting for them.

We had so much fun! My kids loved the bouncy pillow and couldn’t get enough of it! I loved the brand new and very clean bathrooms!

My wife and I along with our two dogs (Yorkies) had a wonderful time the two days we were there!!! The staff working there was very friendly and helpful when needed!! We will be back!!!

We loved it! The only thing that would improve it is if there was another bathroom closer to tipi village. It’s a long walk in the middle of the night.

Positives: -zip line and ropes course were super fun -pool was open -cabin had a nice patio -peacocks roaming around are cool but way noisy early in the morning -creek had water in it -store is well-stocked Needs help: -cabin was not cleaned well; floor was filthy; sink had hair in it -needs landscaping - bushes way overgrown -neighbors too loud (music) Overall, a really fun time!

This is probably our 4th stay here at this KOA and we love it. You really do an awesome job making it a fun filled family stay. It would be nice if you made a dish station for cleaning our dishes. Add an area with counters and faucets. Bending over those spickets is hard on the back and no place to put clean dishes without carrying another bucket.

I would have given it a 5 but the restrooms were a bit of a mess. It may have been an isolated incident because it looked like rude guest may have made a mess with toilet paper. My grandson hasn't stopped talking about how wonderful it was.

10/10! I contacted via email a few weeks ahead of our stay and was met with prompt, friendly replies from staff. When we arrived, every interaction with staff was above-and-beyond friendly. We loved our site (O30-31) it was nice and secluded, but near the restrooms and water. Kids had a blast on the jump pad, rock wall, and adventure course, and they loved the craft activity. It was a great trip!

Huge campground with lots of activities. Restrooms and showers in great need of updating (and increased number of stalls/showers). Peacocks were hilarious! We stayed in a tepee (#2) which unfortunately is in the middle of the zip line leaving no close parking. Doug in the office was wonderful, star employee, kind, as well as funny! Give that man a raise, he made our stay top notch!!

We've stayed here 3 times, and have had a great time each time! Some sites are nicer than others, but all good. Lots to do for kids, and relaxing for parents.

We stayed in a safari tent, it was nice. However the mattress were wet, we could not even lay on the mattress bc our clothing would be damp.

It was FANTASTIC. Kids had a great time. Only recommendation is to have a few more pans in the cabins and also more kid friendly activities every day. Wednesday didn’t have any activities and we left on Thursday.

The tent sites and the location were beautiful. The trees provided great shade and added levels of privacy. However, for the price, the quality and cleanliness of the amenities was below standard. The bathrooms were not cleaned or fixed for our entire 4 day stay. The showers were falling apart. The prices of the extra activities were VERY high given how much the sites cost per night.

Our stay was stupendous! We can't remember the names of the entire staff we encountered but "great" began with Carol! Alexis & Sarah, too! The store is filled with things you need & things you'll love. The site was fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous & well maintained. Can't say enough about the staff. And love the peacocks & hens!! One of our best CG's! Be back soon! Great location close to Ventura Harbor, Ojai & downtown Santa Paula.!

This was our second visit to this RV campground. The place is so relaxing and peaceful. There are cool peacocks roaming, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly and the store/ office is open late if you need something.
