The people are friendly and helpful. We overnighted here in a motorhome and did not use facilities so can't rate those. I only gave it 3 stars because there is no sewer hook up or cable. Very pretty stream and clean grounds.

The way in is not properly marked, especially that there is no sign not to turn on the sharp curve to Union Church Road. The sites are short and there is no sewer connection. The dump station is not located such that you can just drive up to it on the way out. You have to back up to it or go all the way around the the main building.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Coming off the exit there is very good signage directing you to the campground. On the Website, on the site map and in the directory it states, " Once off the exit of I-88, do not pay attention to your GPS, follow the KOA signs" Our pull thru sites range from 67' to 110'. Dump station is central.

Friendly. Helped us find a bank.

The trailer that I rented was absolutely filthy. There was food on the floor, the windows were filled with mold and dead bugs, the couch cushions were dirty. I could have gotten a clean hotel room for the same price. The campground is very small and the seasonal campers (kids) act like they own the place. They made rude comments and pushed my kids out of the way for the candy hunt/wagon ride.

It was a pleasant stay, as always!

We just spent one night so didn't use any of the amenities, but the park was neat and clean and the staff friendly. Men's restroom was spotless. If passing through NY I would stay there again.

Very friendly, family oriented campground. Small enough that the children can run around safely. The cabins and ground were very clean. We felt very much at home even though we were only there for one night. Only issue was, I wish there was coffee before 0900 for those of us getting on the road.

one of the workers there was very rude have stayed there many times but this was the last

Loved the campground. The open field area was a great touch, as the dogs loved the walk and a chance to run around without a leash. The farmer's Market, about 3 miles from the campground on Covered bridge road, is a "must visit". Their products are top notch. Unfortunately, I followed my GPS at exit 11 instead of reading the directions on your website...

Another KOA stay with loud/noisy/disrespectful Kabin Campers. They were told several times about noise but it continued. also urinating in public on the site. These people should have been thrown out ! also a 4 wheeler driving around with screaming kids ( who we were told were the owners kids) 9:45 at night. Work campers Ray & wife seem to run the place and were very nice and helpful.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The kids were reminding the guests that a candy hunt was happening at 9:15. They rode around @ 9:00. The cabin guests were spoken to a few times, however they denied the urinating and there were no other witnesses.

Great campground. Extremely friendly staff. I was only here passing through but I would stay here longer if given the opportunity. Nice touch too that they will make pizza's for you. Very reasonable pricing.

Negatives..The camp ground itself is really not big enough to enjoy. The campers are way to close and crammed in there. If your wanting just a little privacy you can forget about that. The game room, movie room, laundry room?? not really sure what it was set up to be, really not for more than 4 kids at a time. On the plus side.. pool, bathrooms and clean. Seems to work well for the overnighter.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The campground is 28 acres however developed on 8 acres. The building is a traditional A frame KOA building. The Recreation room is 20' x 30'. This includes 3 washers and 3 dryers. If you look at our photos on the Web you will see many people in the Rec. room at one time, plus tables and chairs. ???

The campground was very clean and everyone was friendly. The sites are flat which is great for leveling our 5th wheel.

Our stay was only for a night over but everything was perfect. Not too far from the highway but far enough to find ourselves in a very good campground atmosphere.

Wonderful, as usual. Only complaint would be the delay from the line to use the dump facility. No sewer at any site, due to ground water levels.

People were nice and helpful Bathrooms while clean were old and dated Location was convenient Site was fair

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The bathrooms seem to work perfectly, the campground was built in the 70's. To update would be too costly.

It was a great stay. Cabin was wonderful. Very clean. Staff was more than nice and very helpful. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the most amazing time at the campground! Lynn welcomed us an made us feel right at home. My children had fun playing on the playground, at the pool, the creek, going on the hayride and candy hunt. :) I had plenty of time to relax and catch up on my reading! The kids missed it the day we left and we will definitely be back next year. Thanks for a great "first camping" trip.

Friendly people. Nice quiet place. Approach roads hard to navigate with bigger rigs.

we had our family reunion here for 2 years now & this year was great! The service and staff were great! Kathy, Sharon and Lynn were great! Thank you so much!

We met up with friends for a weekend getaway/get together. Had a great time. We had two spots next to the creek which was very pleasant. Our kids had a wonderful time playing in the creek and the pool. They also enjoyed the flashlight candy hunt! The bathhouse was very clean. Overall a great time! We are planning to meet there again next year!

At first didn't think it would end up being as good as it was with it not being on or by water. But it was really great with good activities and great location. Definitely would stay again.
Jul 26, 2013
This is the place to be. Very neat clean and lots of stuff to do. Campsites right on the water. The owner and staff are the best. I would go back again and again thanks for the wonderful stay.
Jul 25, 2013
I like that it is in the peaceful countryside, away from traffic noises, and it is quite attractive. The staff are friendly, and worked hard to accommodate my request. The showerhouse is well-maintained, too.

Nice but the sites are just to close
