The front desk was very helpful when I checked in. I let them know I was traveling with an old dog and would like to stay close to the dog park. The woman went out of her way to make that happen. My weekend was much easier due to her kindness.

This was our first trip with the pups (2), we had the pup pin. this was wonderful. they adapted quickly and instinctively knew where to go when exiting the trailer. our pull in spot was perfect and everyone was very friendly. we also had a fire pit but were so busy we werent able to use it. But will next time. our 5 day stay was clearly not long enough to experience all the camp grounds benefit

Always my favorite place in Tucson

Beautiful campground. The Air Force was practicing for air shows while we were there, so we had our own private air show! We will be back

The only thing I would suggest is a little more training for your staff in dealing with the public. I asked a question at the desk and in stead of giving me a simple answer, she said it’s in the paperwork I gave you. I found that rude, even if 100 people ask the same thing every day you can make their stay more enjoyable by answering a question they couldn’t find in the paper work.

This is a great campground! The sites are big enough and varied enough to suit and Rye of camping equipment. The pool and spa are great and were just what was needed after a long day of travel.

You should know this park is not in a very nice area - first time we have ever stayed somewhere that has barbed AND razor wire and gate is usually open. We had a site that was at an intersection so the road noise was high (along with a few gun shots) and lots of sirens. Park amenities seemed good if you have a family and most of the staff was friendly. Large dog park and garbage pickup is a bonus

Nothing KOA can do about it, but this has to be the noisiest campground I’ve ever stayed at. Other than the constant noise I loved my stay and my site. Thank you!

Grounds were pristine but extremely loud surrounding areas with sirens and trains at all hours. Also, the campground allows flags featuring profane language making any non-MAGA folks feeling unwelcome. It’s private property. You don’t have to allow it. And shouldn’t.

We had a great time, your place is very clean and family, dog friendly.

Always great for a night or two between travel legs.

This was our 3rd winter at the KOA & our last. Management has changed & things have gone drastically downhill. Most of the staff were unfriendly, manager was not approachable or responsive to concerns. The main pool was down for over half of our stay. They shut the water off for repairs 6 full days during our stay. The park could be amazing but the new manager has ruined a good thing.

Staff was great and the resort amenities were very nice. We especially enjoyed playing pickleball nearly every day with a group of other guests. During our time, there was also an issue with the water main, and the team was very effective with communicating the timing of the repair so we could prepare by filling our freshwater tanks in our motorhome, avoiding any major inconveniences.

We loved the citrus trees on many of the sites and all the activities. We also loved the access to the bike trail. The RV dealer and service center outside the KoA gate was very convenient. The resort was very well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the after hours security.

They don't care one bit about vehicles speeding through the campgrounds as evidenced with their own staff.

We had a great site 1334. We did hear train aha traffic but no fault of KOA. Bathrooms lacked warmth & hot water. Activities were announced daily by text. Lots to choose from to do. Several did cost extra. Sorry to see cup of coffee cost $2.50! Took away free breakfast that they used to do weekly. Trash always picked up quickly. Great free fruit off trees. Friendly staff. WiFi and cable were good

We always love our stay here between Tombstone and Coolidge. Lots of activities, great staff and RV sites and then there are the many grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime trees with fruit free for the picking.

Park is very clean. Lots of fruit trees are really nice. Large sites. The area of Tucson is getting sort of bad but the park is gated and we always felt safe on site. No complaints and would recommend. Thanks!

Park is very clean and well laid out. All the sites are nice . Staff is all very friendly. Restaurant on site has a great bar and food.

This is a very nice RV resort and well layer out and has many site options, covered ,pet and deck patios. The solar panels used as an option for shade, which I have used in August on my last visit help quite a bit is innovative and clever.

Great location, awesome staff, great amenities, very clean and friendly. We used the dog parks, pickleball courts, laundry and bath house, secondary pool and hot tub.

We were blown away. You are the GOAT.

The ground maintenance was poor. Weeds in the sites and debris under bushes. People were very friendly. Neighborhood was poor and loud with racing cars and sirens.

Doesn’t get much better than this.

All the activities were so fun for our family. The pools and hot tubs were the best!!!

Been coming here for a couple years and in most areas they shine. Some of these activities might be seasonal, we were there Feb-Mar 2024, so keep that in mind. Spacious sites and most are level, cable tv available but pretty basic(no Golf or Hallmark/GAC channels), fruit trees(orange, lemon, grapefruit) that you can pick from, two pools with hot tubs, a restaurant on-site with generally decent food, two laundry rooms(which sometimes get crowded and there are usually machines down for maintenance), a fitness center with treadmills/bikes/rowing machines & dumbbell weights(thanks go to the slimeball who stole 1-30lb dumbbell around the middle of Feb-it made me up my weight), basic pickleball court, and two sets of bathrooms with showers. Park is kept really clean by the crew patrolling in golf carts continually during the day. Sunday pancakes w/ sausage for $ was good, but even better when they switched back to blueberries versus chocolate chips. The staff handling that were great & fun! Donuts/snacks on Thursday's were also fun. They charged a $1 for a donut this year but no big deal as far as I was concerned. Previous yrs saw the young, & yes some old, take advantage of the free ones. There were also plenty of crafty things going on, along with Trivia every so often in the restaurant. Couple downers this year and one was Bingo. Previous years they had cash payout for winning, this year it was a ‘Mystery Prize' that you got when spinning the wheel. Half hour bike rental, 6 wings, etc. We attended one time to see what it was, and never went back. Used to fill two rooms, with maybe 8-10 tables, approx. 8 people at each table. The time we went there was one room, couple tables, not filled. Used to be a fun social get-together. Heard the money all went to their Kare Camp fund, which is a great cause. But from what I understand, the fund got half of the proceeds from previous years. With attendance down, I wonder if they made more or less this year. Another downer was realizing that deposits & site picks for next year had increased 5 times from the previous year! That's a lot of MY money for KOA to be sitting on for a year. Also, water was shutoff three different times for maintenance. They did warn everyone days in advance, so use of your fresh water tank was imperative. Felt sorry for the tent campers though. Water out meant bathrooms closed too. They were fixing leaks. Gates are closed & guarded at night. There is some noise. Two busy streets, one International Airport, one Air Force Base, and train tracks, can disturb the light sleeper. Propane refill is offered. Last I heard, motorhomes go to them, they do not come to your site. Plenty of dog areas are offered all over the park. Heard some yippers on/off. Plan on going back again but hope some things change back the way they were. Seemed to be a lot less comradery this year.

This is a pretty epic KOA. They have all the usual amenities like on-site 24hr laundry room, and clean bathrooms, but they go way beyond that with TWO pools, many solar panel shaded RV spots, gorgeous landscaping including fruit trees (intoxicating scent when blooming). Also lots of activities going on here, fire pits to hang out around, “train” rides, three kinds of little pedaler cars to rent for fun. We had a great time here.
