Cabin was nice and clean. It would be great if the bathroom had a more efficient exhaust fan or venting system but that’s just a minor inconvenience. Would love if the train ran one more time during he day for the kids.

We camped with a group of seniors who bike the trails around the area and canoe on the water. Excellent location and serve.

We had a wonderful time while camping at your KOA. Everything was so clean and the campsites were very nice. We loved how shaded and private and spacious our site was. We we’re impressed with how well run and managed your KOA was. �

We had to take a water/electric site because the full hook up sites were all taken. Much to our surprise we were the lucky ones because our site was all shaded and our trip was in the 80's everyday. We all loved it! Staff was very friendly and as always the bathrooms and showers were very clean.

Pros- Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Many amenities. Cons- quite time didn't seemed to be enforced. Children running through campsites that were not theirs. Children tuning bathroom lights. On and off while they giggled about it. Children pounding on shower doors while in use by others.

Beautiful campsite, we loved our cabin! All the staff members were very helpful and friendly. The only minor downfall was the lack of mirror in our cabin. Other than that, everything was great! We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful campground! Lots of activities to keep my 8 year old granddaughter busy! Everything was well maintained & the landscaping is a nice bonus touch. Friendly and accommodating staff.

My grandkids loved it. There was plenty for them to do, the pool was perfect, and they loved the gem mining feature. We will definitely return next year.

We love the cabins, the location, the train ride for the kids and the playground, the pool, and the bathrooms are always super clean. In fact, the entire campground is always very well maintained. The staff is very friendly.

was noisy because of the highway , no walking or bike trails the park it self was clean and orderly I will stay there again if we go to that area

I give the KOA itself a 10 and 5 stars but some of the other camping families there were a little on the rude wide. The family that came in next to us had kids (expected) that kept kicking their soccer ball into our campsite (unexpected) and when asked to cease the parents began to kick it in as well (unexpected) and when we asked them to please go play in the provided field, we got attitude.

First time staying at a koa and it was great. We were in town for a softball tournament in traverse city and it was a great location. There are tons of things to do for the kids and it was a very clean campground. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

Decent campground but you need to trim the tree branches overhanging the roads. It was very difficult to get out without scratching our paint (41’ Motorhome)

Traverse city KOA is Amazing , everything about this place is top shelf. Wonderful facilities and a “Heated pool” Nicest staff I have come across. We will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

This is the first time that we have been camping where a KOA worker chooses to cut the grass on our site while we are preparing for supper. As there was little grass on the lot, his actions produced not only noise, but dust, as well. Rocks also could have flown up, causing damage. The site was also very close to the highway, which was very noisy. Not a quiet, relaxing stay and disappointing.

This was the first time staying here, we will definitely be back. this park was very clean and well taken care of, staff would clean the sites when guests left it was raked, firepit cleaned the electrical box wiped down. I loved that i would get a text to remind me the store was closing or you could text them and they would bring wood to your site. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
