I will stay there again. As far as comparing to other KOAS I would like to see more gravel put down at least on the sites, more roadway directional signage and arrows. I know it's too late because shower building is up, but these shower stalls are way too narrow for undressing/dressing. Square footage is money but they need to be bigger

Our site was great! Location and amenities (FHU deluxe w patio) were nice. There were not many activities for the kids planned. Location was fairly close to most places we wanted to visit. Normal playground, tractor ride, and the pool. Previous KOAs had many more activities planned out for kids and families. The mini putt putt course was underwhelming and was not ADA inclusive.

I thought it was a very friendly, nice, and clean park. I would have liked more scheduled fun activities. We had to make our own fun I'm glad I brought stuff to do.

The staff was A+++. Friendly, helpful and great around the kids. Great activities each day for our kids to participate and the kids loved the "train" ride. Campground facilities were clean.

Very nice employees that work at this Koa. The campground is not huge but pretty well kept by the looks of it a few seasonal s that stay and there sites have flowers and landscaping very nice looking at the few I seen! I stayed in a deluxe site with a concrete patio and table chairs and 2 benches very nice. Some of the sites like mine need more gravel to build up to be as high as the concrete.

Traverse City KOA was amazing! We have visited several times since our 1st stay in 2011 and the consistent quality, meticulous upkeep, and constant improvement year after year keeps us returning again and again.

Fantastic place to stay for affordable lodging in Traverse city area. Found a great place to eat nearby. All facilities were well maintained and pool was great.

The staff was phenomenal, and everything was clean and well maintained even on a busy holiday weekend! My kids had a blast with all the different activities. The tent sites were very large, well shaded and offered the prefect amount of seclusion. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first KOA stay and it far exceeded any expectations that we had. It was perfect for our family. It was quiet, well maintained, family friendly, and entertaining for the kids (ages 5, 3, and 1). Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful and truly seemed to enjoy being there. I can’t wait to visit this and other KOAs in the future!

This campground offers plenty to do. The accommodations were excellent. We stayed in a cabin and it was spacious and clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Overall it's a good little campground. Putt-putt course needs an overhaul, especially if their charging extra for it. The greens were not level at all and there were ridges around the holes that kept out shots. Pool was great. Water pressure was excellent, showers were hot. Decently clean bathrooms. Level sites, for the most part. Excellent WiFi, but we were right next to the tower. Very quiet.

Loved our stay if we had more time we would have stayed longer. Very well run. Quiet. We hope to stay again. The only thing we would say we had “ trouble “ with was the shower head in our cabin was to forceful or fine it kind of hurt on our faces. We will definitely stay again and longer next time.

Staff was incredibly friendly in the office and our site escort, campground was clean and plenty of things to do for everyone. The dog park was well kept and had obstacles for the dogs to play on as well. My only suggestion would be to limit the younger guys driving of the golf carts...they were in and out of the back service area next to our site all day kicking up rocks as they zoomed past.

Great amenities and very clean. Staff are super friendly and there for what ever you may need. The site we had came with a two person bench and two person glider along with a table and chairs instead of a picnic table. All very nice touches I have never seen at a campground. Loved our stay

The “lodge” we stayed in far exceeded my expectations! It had tons more amenities than a similarly priced hotel would have and the setting was just lovely. To me, this KOA offers the best accommodations in the whole Traverse City area!

Our stay is always great! The people that work there are the most nicest, helpful and considerate people I have run across in a very long time!! It's nice to see that there are still people who care in this day and time. Thank You so very much everyone for all your help!! Have never had a problem staying there. The bathrooms are always clean, grounds are kept up and great people!

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
