Too far away from TC. Pool was super old and the deluxe patio sites were hot nearly as nice as many other KOAs that we’ve stayed at. Everything is 30 min away, wouldn’t come back

Very courteous staff, like the escort check in, saves looking for your camp site. Nice clean campsite, could have giving 5 stars but no body's perfect including me.

Loved the KOA campground. The sites are clean and lots of room with great shade. So many amenities to keep the family happy and entertained. We used the pool a lot! Staff was very nice and helpful. Very, very quick on wood delivery and trash pick up. Will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you

Very nice KOA, would stay here again for sure. Well maintained property, with nice amenities. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Unlike some other KOAs we’ve stayed at recently, the WiFi was excellent, unexpected for such a rural location. Some KOAs still act as if WiFi is unnecessary for most.

We brought our granddaughters camping, one 6 years old, the other 20 years old. They both had a great time. There are a lot of activities for the younger kids. The bathroom was spotless, the laundry room was also clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. Will definitely return.

Great, clean camp. Friendly staff. Only it is a little far out if you plan to spend much time around the dunes. Expect about a 40 min drive.

Love the new mattresses in the cabins! We stayed two years ago and I was pregnant and they were so hard I had to use extra blankets and towels, anything I had to add extra cushion so I wasn’t on the hard wood. This time though I was SO happy to see a new pad to lay on. It was so much better!

If you will not allow us to select specific sites then PLEASE pay attention to the details on a reservation. We were there for 2 weeks and our info stated that we were 2 adults and NO children. Yet we were placed directly across from the giant kids playground, jump pads, etc. The noise and nonstop traffic was a lot and not restful/peaceful at all. Made for a stressful vacation.

We love staying at this KOA in Traverse City. Very friendly people who work and run this campground. Cleanliness is excellent and have seen great improvements over the years staying here.

Although the campgrounds were well maintained the constant monitoring of the quiet time starting at 10pm was a little annoying. Just having fun, not being loud and having to put away toys and anything else was a little controlling. I can understand if people were partying and really obnoxious late into the night. But playing with a light up ball or on the jumping pillow was sad.

The campground was great. We had the best lots I think in the park. We were unhappy that one of our amenities was cable tv, but we could only watch it if we stayed up all night otherwise it went out during the day.

It's the little things! Loved the cement patio and the shaded site. The campground was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying at the campground so the escort to our site was appreciated and the trash pick-up at the end was a nice touch. I liked the text reminders too. We will definitely be returning and bringing others!

Was a very nice and clean campground. Staff was very nice and efficient. The only thing we were unhappy with was that we were close to the main road and it was very noisy to sit outside and talk at times.

From the reservation itself w (Cathy) to the morning we packed up to leave it was quite enjoyable. Clean, organized, and a nice pool. It is definitely on our list of TOP places to stay. We visited Traverse City which is only 15 to 20 minutes away while we enjoyed staying a this beautiful campground.

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
