This was the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever met at KOA, and that is saying a lot. Very spacious sites and clean bathrooms. A beautiful setting, although the mosquitos get bad at night-- but for that I have to blame nature, not the owners :)

Everything was great, the employees were so friendly and helpful and just made you feel at home. The only thing I would like to see is a better pet walk area, weeds were very tall, maybe a fenced area like I see in most other KOA's.

It was the perfect location along our route. Stark but fine for our purposes. Would be a really terrific place for boaters.

Very nice oasis. having breakfast and dinner on site is a big plus for motor cyclists. Really enjoyed the attitudes and service of the folks.

This is a nice facility surrounded by great views of the lake and mountains. It is basically a "fish camp" for locals who have a RV here seasonally and come there to fish the lake. It would be more appealing to non-fishermen if it had cable TV and a pool. It is not worth the extra miles off I90 for us travelers without these amenities. Good for overnight if going to or coming from Casper.

We thank you for staying with us. Sadly, our location is within an area that is severely under served by Cable TV (we are in the 5th smallest tv market in the US). The options for TV at our location are old fashioned rabbit ears or satellite. We are sorry this diminished your experience with us.

Very short sites with fire pits very close to the next site trailer. Looked ot be fishing camp.

Our fire pits are able to be moved to accommodate the various lengths and widths of modern trailers and RV. We have them a safe distance from other trailers, as the pits limit the size of the fire.

Didn't care for the all gravel camp sites.

We are still attempting to get more grass into the campground but we have had issues getting it to grow. In response, we are trying to add more plants and flowers to our sites. We thank you for your feedback as it will help us improve the park

Nice little campground; however, some of the sites with sewer are small for longer trailers. If we get the opportunity to stay there again we would get a site without sewer as they seemed to be larger sites. Beautiful area and the staff at the KOA was great.

We stayed five nights and enjoyed every minute. The KOA store and staff were excellent to work with and always had a welcome smile. My wife loved the book store. If we go back that way again, KOA will definitely be a serious consideration! Casey

We enjoyed having you and we are glad your wife enjoyed the bookstore. We hope you come back our way sometime and stay with us again.

Have stayed at Canyon Ferry at least 3 times. Sharon & staff are very friendly (treat us almost like family). Plan on staying there next year.

We've enjoyed having you every time you stay with us. We look forward to your next stay with us

The pink flamingo was very cute and the campground was nice. But only one trash place was a bummer for us as we were on the other end of the campground. And when we arrived at our site, the previous camper was still in the spot. We had to wait about 20 minutes for him to pack up. Plus there were dogs running free that belonged to employees that would run to our dogs when we tried to walk.

We stayed one night in a cabin. Great if you're here for the fishing. The view, not so much. Clean and comfortable mattress, friendly staff, close to restaurants.

The views from the campground are stunning, as we are surrounded by lots of wildlife and mountain scenery. However, in June 2014, there were some natural factors that were out of our control. We are sadden that this left you with a negative taste. We hope you consider staying with us again.

Pleasant and friendly staff at check in. The convenience store was perfect. The 2 bedroom camping cabin was pretty awesome!...the single bathroom next to the cabins, not so much. The trash can inside the single bathroom was constantly overflowing. The main restrooms stayed relatively clean. Decent place overall, but the dirty single restroom for the cabin users left a not-so-good impression.

The people running the store and checking us in were very friendly. Flamingo Grill has awesome food. The camping area being all gravel and no grass was the only negative to our stay.

Please note that we are working to figure out what we can sustain, plant and grass wise, to improve our campground. We have had some issues getting grass to grow and sustaining the grass. We are attempting to freshen up the sites by adding more colorful plants to them.

Only one shower house and bathroom which were not always the cleanest. Not much for children to do

We have 2 shower/bath houses which are cleaned regularly. 1 is located near the cabins, the other is located in the middle of the park. As far as stuff for the children, we do have a playground & a mini-golf course. We are also located next to a lake so there is the possibility of water recreation

The owners and management there are awesome, however the campground itself was missing the amenities for an extended family stay such as a pool, cable tv, nice playground area for children and grassy areas. great place for adults looking for a place to go fishing but are not spending much time at campground.

We are located next to a lake, which is why the decision was made to not install a pool, as the lake provides water recreation. We are located in an area under served by cable companies. We are trying to get the grass to grow but we have been dealing with extreme weather, which is hampering us.
