People were very nice, but KOAs usually feel like camping in a Walmart parking lot. We normally stay at state park campgrounds, and although they have minimal hookups, it's a better experience for us. I wish KOA would offer a little more room and we would use them more often. For our needs, a place to stay, Stony Ridge was adequate, it felt safe, we got a good nights sleep for a reasonable cost.

I checked in late. My paperwork was hung in a neat,well lit kiosk.i needed a tent site that could accommodate a car trailer and the staff picked one for me. Bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. Great experience!

Beautiful and quiet campground. Office staff were very welcoming and helpful. Restroom/bath house was scrupulously clean and lots of hot water.

I did late check-in, and my site was easy to get to and set up. There is some road noise from I-80, but nothing unexpected. There are shade trees around, and the site is nice and level. The restrooms/showers were easy to get to (very centrally located), and clean. Surprisingly close to places in Toledo that I often go, so I don't know how I missed this place before!

I loved my stay at the Toledo East KOA! I stayed in the more primitive tent sites without electrical and water hookups. My goal was to test my new gear under controlled conditions before looking at more primitive sites in lower Michigan and Upper Peninsula regions. The campsite was clean before arrival. Check in was simple and easy with the friendly staff here.

Beautiful and quiet campsite with all the amenities you could want. My spot was tucked away in a corner of the site which I appreciated. After hours check in was very smooth and easy. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The wifi was better than other KOAs I have stayed at. Both the staff and other campers were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great except no warm water for the showers or bathroom. Waking up at 3:30 am to be at my events for the week and trying to get clean was a chore. It definitely wakes one up freezing first thing in the morning.

It was really quiet and away from the highway which was wonderful. The bathrooms and shower were not very clean. As it is the end of the season I think the Hosts were tired.

We Stayed here 2x During our trip out East. Once on the way out and once on the way back. On the way out we opted for a camping cabin which was very clean and comfortable for a quick stop. On our way back we stayed in a tent site, also very clean and easy to access. We enjoy staying at KOA sited because of this! The bathrooms were clean and our check in process was smooth!! Thank you!!!!

The campground was very clean and the staff was very friendly , Rita checked us in and was very friendly and kind. I also had the chance to meet the manager and she was very nice also, Mike in which I believe is the grounds keeper made sure the park was kept clean and free of trash..I would definitely stay here again and recommend this KOA

Pool was unusable however still charging full price and not mentioning this while taking unrefundable reservations. Staff was very kind and attentive.place was clean bathrooms were clean. NOTHING TO DO

The pool was closed. The water smelled and tasted like oil The site was nice and the water may be typical to the area But we spent 4 days here and used it as a base camp because of its location.

Tent site that we had was built up on a "pad" and was perfectly level and in good condition. Definitely worth getting the site that has this tent pad. Rained that night but pad is a mix of sand/soil and drained well. Nice bathroom close by.

Campground was very quiet not ideal for families with older kids. Pool was closed when we were there looks like it was being repaired. Mini golf course could use a good update. Overall it’s a nice campground just not good for us with kids and we feel like we were being too loud. Not long after dark it was like the whole campground went to bed.

Sweet, cozy and relaxing campground with mature trees. We stayed in a simple cabin for one night and were pleasantly surprised to find a space heater included, which was a big plus on our 50-degree night. Cabin was clean and cozy, and the campground was decorated all for Halloween. Not too many extra frills here, but the bathroom house was clean and well marked, and wifi was good enough. Would like some more signage around the campground to help find it at night.
