Called to make sure spouse could arrive before me as res was in my name.No answer at the local site for days, left msg, no call bakc. Called 800#, awful phone tree, finally got someone helpful. Arrived at site, no one in sight, no info on trash, no t.v. info. Nothing. On bright side, clean bathrooms, good wifi and quiet locale. If anyone has any problems they are S.O.L.

Perfect for what we needed. This works well for our last night on the road driving home from Florida to Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Facility is clean, our site was nice and level and staff were friendly.

We stayed overnight on our way back to Canada. The campground had just opened for the season but everything worked great, the staff were friendly and it looked well taken care of. The only downside for us was the distance from I75 but for those who want to get away from traffic noise it could be a plus

Staff was helpful. Washrooms are improved since our last visit. Coming out of the winter season there are still a number of cleaning up tasks to do to get up to speed for the summer season. In wet weather the roadways/sites can get somewhat muddy.

Staff are extremely pleasant. Bath house needs more attention. Generally an above average campground.

Easy check-in and escort to site. Water pressure is great. Particularly like the garbage pick up from site. Always our first stop on the way out of Ontario and the last night before home. Easy access off the Toledo by-pass.

Dumpster overflowing, restrooms smells, and trains continuing to pass throughout the night

We apologize for the over flowing dumpster, it was n done by the campground personnel. We are taking measures to rectify this situation. As to the trains the nearest train track is a mile away and is not something we can control. If we knew about restroom it would of been taking care of.

Arrived after the office closed and called the contact number to identify our website. She responded immediately and told me where to find find my reservation docs with the campsite map. Me bad for not figuring out how to find our reservation details Campsites on on flat ground with lots of space between sites. Clean restrooms. WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY A THIS KOA AGAIN. Toronto campers

Our sit maps have the trash information on the back and the front. Please leave the trash at the site we will pick it up. There is also an afterhours contact number on the site map and it is posted two other places on the campground.

The site we were given was under water. I had to stand in water to connect and disconnect our electrical service. Completely unacceptable especially given the fee I was charged. I should ask for a refund.

At the time of your stay we were having sever storm and several inches of rain for several days. Which we can not control. If your site was flooded We wish you had contacted the phone number on the side of the office and front door. To let us know. So you could of been moved to a different site.

Check-in was a little confusing because available sites were not listed (although the campground was mostly empty). Low-visibility rocks at entrance to sites are a hazard and hard to see at night. Good for a quick stop over. Did not use bath house or any other campground amenities.

There was absolutely no one around. No water no WIFI password. We’ve stayed at a number of KOAs and this one was truly a disappointment. Definitely would not recommend.

Sorry your stay was disappointing, It was clearly posted on-line, the app and on the phone message that the water was off. There was a contact number posted on the front door and the side of the office. Sorry you had trouble connecting to the internet.

I stayed here in my camper while recovering from a medical issue. It was perfect for me. The camp manager Nancy was amazing - helpful and truly caring. I felt very safe here and had the space and ability to take walks and regain my strength. Will be back in the spring and highly recommend this KOA to anyone needing a quiet place to camp.

A nice place to stopover for two nights to visit my daughter who lives nearby. Clearly spelled out that this being January that the water was turned off and bathrooms were closed which is to be expected. Someone from the office called to confirm that I knew the above and to let me know where my campsite would be…a nice touch of customer service.

I needed a 30 amp hookup for the night since my inverter wasn't working. Paid $45 for the night. The 30 amp service wasn't working and I left with a dead battery. No water and no bathrooms which I knew when I checked in but I assumed the 30 amp service would work. Bad experience all aroung.

Sorry you had a problem, The pull thru 30/50amp sites that are open this winter are functioning (retested)and have power. Wondering if you turned on the breaker. Wish you had moved to another site and/or contacted the phone number on the side of the building (the front door too) letting us know.

No amenities or activities open . NO WATER. The place looked unkept. It's probably a nice place in the summer, but November onwards, might as well stay at a Walmart or truck stop.

Your campground was clean and tidy. We hope to come back in the summer when there are more guests to get a real feel for the amenities. We definitely would recommend your campground to our family and friends. Brian & Kathy Cassady Walkerton IN

We appreciated the accommodations for an overnight stay on our way home to Michigan. Especially considering the expanded availability in November. Communication regarding the amenities was considerate. Staff was friendly. We did have an issue with the propane fill we received. The unit was not leaking prior to fill. The unit was over filled and there was debris in the fill line resulting in leak

Great place to stay on your trips. There are some upgrades that could be made to the showers and campground but at the end of the season it is understandable.

Great overnight stop on way down from Ontario allowing us to bypass Toledo and then pick up I75 easily the following morning. Easy access in and out with wide and long pull throughs.

We came in super late. Had a perfect spot and loved the campground. Everyone was very nice It was clean and campers were excited for their Halloween party Will stay again if passing near it as we travel

Sweet, cozy and relaxing campground with mature trees. We stayed in a simple cabin for one night and were pleasantly surprised to find a space heater included, which was a big plus on our 50-degree night. Cabin was clean and cozy, and the campground was decorated all for Halloween. Not too many extra frills here, but the bathroom house was clean and well marked, and wifi was good enough. Would like some more signage around the campground to help find it at night.
