We stayed just the one night. We wanted to have our grandkids see what camping could be like. They enjoyed all the amenities. The pool was great as well as the park.

Very old and run down. We were told the property is under new ownership, but they have a lot of work to do to bring it up to par. We stayed in two cabins that are very run down, issues with the AC, one of the showers was hard to use, one of the charcoal grills leaned and had a hole in the back. You had to pay daily to rent a fire pit which in my 10+ KOA stays, I've never heard of such a thing.

Site was not clean had trash and debris. Roads are in need of repair. Work shed was in front of our site filled w junk.

According to the maintenence staff, this site has not had internet or cable for over 3 years. The only internet is within 100' of the office. Considering the cost at this KOA camp, I would expect better.

We had a tent site that was described as having not hookups but it was close to the bathrooms, which was fine but our site was the furthest site from the bathroom and showers. It was also the closest to the main highway. In a tent there was nothing to drown the sound of loud cars throughout the night. Shower bathrooms were really clean.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were traveling and had no reservations. We called on the phone and they had a spot open. When we arrived they were able to make our overnight stay possible. Our dogs loved running in the dog park. We will stay again for longer next time we are in this area.l

One of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at. We had our grandchildren with us and fully utilized the pool and playground in the late afternoon and evenings when we came back from our daytime activity.

Very poor WiFi, cable not working, the grill on my camp site was broken, laundry facility said it opened at 7AM waited till 745 and facility still was closed.

Only issue is that the sewer hookups are a foot high, not level with the ground as they should be, otherwise its a great campground.

This place was awful. There was construction going on everywhere. The grass wasn’t mowed and the place was unkept. I was charged $10 a day for my 2 dogs, but I don’t understand why as the dog park was 1/3 sandy mud, and the rest had grass that was over 6” tall. The only redeeming quality of this place is that it had a 7’ deep pool. I seen Deep South trailer parks that would put this place

The location is lovely. Quiet and beautiful. The cabin is inneed of upgrades. The floor was dirty as well as the table and shower area. Although linens wete the only requirement, the user needs to be much more prepared.

Staff was so friendly! Cabin was clean and the a/c works great. It's a cabin, it is not the Greenbrier Hotel. Squirrels are a little too friendly though. Great staycation, we even stayed for the Rocket Launch!

Staff was polite and helpful. Pool and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Site was fine. All connections were in good shape and worked well. Love's and Hardee's across the street is a big help. Highway access is very good. Could improve - Could not get propane - no certified tech at facility or on call. Camp store is very limited. Several potholes in campground roads.

Dirty, barbecue, broken bedroom, doors, window seals, missing, trim, flying ant problem throughout the house a bunch of wasp nest on outside of house dirty dishes upon arrival in cabinets smelly fridge. No not worth what I paid for per night dirty sandy floors. Other than that AC works great.

Spot was ok. A fire ring was extra money, grill fell off stand. But they gave us a loaner one. Was a nice quiet park. They are doing renovations, we would stay there again. Staff was nice.

They have many nice, level concrete sites. Very clean too. Pool is very nice and clean. Front office was very accommodating to our change in plans.

Out of all KOA sites we stayed - this was really bad. We stayed in Cabin, but it really needs maintenance - light bulbs missing, the air conditioning ducts were rusted and dirty, fridge was very old, TV did not work (cable) etc. For us it was disappointing. Staff was good and very friendly, but the cabin really needed a good upkeep to be in present. It was not worth the money spent unfortunately!!

We are not satisfied staying in yor campground because your website is saying that you provide wifi which was not good, that you have shuttle that could take us to Kennedy SpCe Center .When we ask receptionist Bout that shuttle she said that you do not have shuttle and she gave us the phone for the private taxi

Had a great stay. Super friendly staff, quiet and convenient location Shout out to Tara who answered the phone shortly after they closed and was still able to move us to another site which better suited us due to lighting. Thank you!

We enjoyed our first stay. The pool was clean, our campsite was good size and the overall park is kept neat and clean. We will stay again in the future.

The place looks awesome from the last time i was there. Keep up the great work. The lady in the office is awesome. I am glad you guys kept her around. I can't wait to see what the site looks like next time. Please get the pool heater going so it's not cold.

We had a great experience! Getting it in was a little tight I don't like how each lot is less than 2 feet from the next one. But we would stay there again. Oh and wished they had later pool hours

The site was nice. We did have issues with power twice due to the breaker being at a different site and getting turned off. This was after hours and there was no one to contact but luckily we and others around us figured it our. Unfortunately due to how the sites are positioned we were constantly inundated with cigarette smoke which was not pleasant and I am highly allergic to.

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
