Major construction projects going on and the sound of equipment was annoying. Back in sites for 45 foot RV were very small.

A very nice KOA Journey, we would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Very convenient for Kennedy Space Center. They were busy putting in concrete pads and it will look great when it’s finished. It is an older campground so the roads are a little narrow, but we were fine with our 45’ tot hauler.

Cement site was ok. Lots of construction happening so lots of dirt piles everywhere. Not a very pretty place but there were some cypress trees. Store shelves were empty; not many camping supplies available either. Camp roads were in sorry shape. Infrastructure messy. Great for a fly by but pricey. Sites very close together. Staff was pleasant. Doubt we would go back there unless we had to~

Management went out of their way to make sure that they were ready for my after hours arrival. Unfortunately I did not stay the second night as planned. The cabin would benefit from a major scrubbing ( especially the bunks and floor) and updating of floors and couch. Cleanup on the grounds appears to be underway. Good luck and best wishes.

It was a very run down place. The staff stood/sat around and smoked more than they worked. They would stand outside of the closed bathrooms and sample and chat instead of cleaning them. The buildings there were falling apart and closed off with tape. Many times I felt unsafe in certain primarily due to the long term residents behaviour toward quests and staff didn’t did nothing to curb it

The campground was wrapped in caution tape. Most of dryers were out of order. The camp store is terrible. Staff road around in golf cart smoking. It’s about an hour to anything fun. We left a day early and will not return. Big disappointment for bring a KOA.

Campground was very nice. They are doing some work to add some more spots, but it was not in my way. Staff were very friendly. Conveniently off the highway and across from a loves TS. Bathhouse was kind of nasty, but it did the job. I would stay again.

We had a very nice time! The canin was super clean ! The beds were so comfy ! Kids had a great time ! I Would say the only downfall is you can’t have a fire and that’s our favorite part about camping :( maybe a little fire pit at each cabin would be really Nice.. but other then that very happy with the place

Stayed 2 nights, we’re very disappointed with the grounds, run down, no toilet paper in the restroom also advertised Wi-Fi which we were not able to use the entire time. Was told it’s a hit or miss whether or not it comes in. Doubt we would stay again.

Reception snooty. Camp work is loud tight turns, store is slim pickings. Maybe good for overnight but that's it.

Cabin D2 is in definite need of updating. The toilet has been leaking and has damaged the subfloor in the bathroom. They only put a thin layer of vinyl flooring over the rotting floor and screwed it down with 2 screws which are popping up and are a hazard to anyone with bare feet! The floor will soon give away to a full grown person causing injuries and financial liability. The staff was very nice

for a deluxe kabin i found it sub-par as floors were dirty, table was sticky, parking was interesting, not much space for a fire pit. for a deluxe not to have linens i found this odd as the rate charged is in line with hotel costs and every other deluxe kabin i have stayed in supplied linens. confusion with the purchase of firewood without a firepit. after wood we were told need to rent firepit

For the price, no sheets or pillows or were provided. I accidentally left my pillow and when I came back and inquired about it, they denied any knowledge of it. The shower nozzles were not working so I was unable to shower. No discount was offered. Worst place I've ever been in.

Front office was very friendly, site nice except for the bright light right out the door. Didnt really use any facilities so cant rate them. Dont walk close to where they are making new sites or you will be yelled at!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The cabin is a little on the older side but it suited us just fine! Love the proximity to the Kennedy Space Center!

They’re under construction very nice people. The guy was great that helped us in everything worked. The pool was not heated. It wouldn’t take much just to make it a little better while they’re trying to make it new again.

Large areas under construction. No common area game room or weekend activities. Fire ring to have a campfire is an extra $10 not including wood. Forget Wi-Fi it is not stable. This is the worst KOA we have ever experienced. Although the staff was very nice, the facilities are run down. The bathouse that was locked after dark, but accessible with a code did not work. At 5am the access was disabled, but we could hear voices inside, so not sure what was going on there. The bathouse when we could get in was filthy, toilets unflushed, showers out of order and no hand soap.

Little disappointed. Roads are narrow and campground under construction. Our site was difficult to get out of. Expected deluxe site to be like other KOA's we have been to, with nice furniture etc.

Lots of new concrete sites, however they stuck us in gravel next to the only bathroom/showers. Several sketchy/ drunk people hung around our site. So much so that I took all grill equipment inside. Sheriff's dept driving around all hrs. Loud music at 9-10 pm. Water pressure sucked bad. Electric transformer 6' from our door. 7 out 10 dryers out of service. Maintenance guy was awesome!

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
