The campground was clean, the neighbors were friendly, and the amenities were wonderful. Our site was missing a couple of features advertised, and the maintenance team went above and beyond to get things right.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The campsite was 30 years overdue for a facelift. Most maintenance has been ignored for years. Campers and sites were packed in like sardines. Doors were falling off the public restrooms. Toiled loose and leaking into the floors.

We found this campground to be clean and well-kept. Sites are large and easy to access. Laundry facilities are fantastic. Staff and new owners are super friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The camping is near the things to do and it’s had everything we need. But it s not well maintain there is thing a everywhere that have not been pick up and it is left on the Campground.

WiFi still needs an upgrade !!! Many improvements since last February. Concrete pads in an area that had a huge mud hole last year. Staff were friendly and polite.

We stayed at one of the camp cabins with shower & toilet. Extremely clean & Absolutely perfect for our Space Coast Adventure… Within driving distance of Kennedy Space centre & Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral.. Highly recommended

All was good except that the men’s room had 4 commodes- 3 were clogged and only 1 had toilet paper . The working one did not have paper - I managed!!

We were in a 45 ft Class A towing a car. Park is older, but the owners are making improvements. Roads are narrow, and spaces are close together. We were led to our spot by the staff and had no issues getting in or out. The park was clean. We would stay again if in the area.

Made my reservation on the KOA app. Chose a 70 foot site towing with pets and paid. Got there and was told there was an additional fee for pets and i would have to unhook and put my boat in a field and pay a storage fee because they chose to give me a 36 foot spot. after seeing the kids throw rocks in that field we chose to stay somewhere else. this was the first complete failure for us by KOA.

People were nice, but the facility is pretty shabby. Very close to the highway, so quite noisy too. Tent sight had no power or water. Right next to the laundromat with a motor running all night. Doubt if we would stay again

The park seems to be older with narrow roads throughout. The are doing some renovations, so this rating may change when they are done. The staff was very courteous.

We had a great site but there were many other sites that were on grass and close together. We didn't spend much time at the campground as there were some great things to do in the area. It appears that they are looking to do some upgrades and they have a ways to go.

Long term stay people always yelling. kids saying N word in the playground. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Pool was closed for repair. Junk around the office, buildings falling apart. There was a fight with long terms that ended with six cop cars and an ambulance. Left three days early and couldn’t even tell them because no one in office. Had a package that came after we left early and they wont mail it

Campground buildings are quite dated and went looking for directions to the space center and restaurants in the area and was told “I just work here, I dont know, but we gave brochures over there”.

A very nice, well kept campground. Nice pool and other features. Big laundry. My negatives were that my site (19) had a led street light right over my patio. I felt like I was in a Motel 6. My site was also close to the front and there was a huge amount of traffic noise all night long.

Had a nice pull through site. The trees provided a wonderful wind break. The campground was quiet even though there were many campers present. This was my second stay here and it didn't disappoint.

I stayed in a cabin with my dog. It was clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The boathouse was nearby and also clean. We’ll be back in the future.

The Receptionist was very welcoming on our arrival and you can Never get anyone to answer the phone if there is an problem. Therefore, you must go to the office and let them know the issue. If you leave a message on the voicemail, no one bothers to return the call. The road noise from the highway is TERRIBLE!! T

Spent 2 nights 3 days there. Very popular spot, was full of RVers. Most people there were friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of space to walk your dogs. Markers for camp site could be clearer. However good clear map and helpful staff took care of that.

The site was clean, the campground was quiet, and the host was very helpful upon our arrival. The only downsides were the absence of a fire pit at our site, and our proximity to the laundry room and front office - the lights were on all night and it was quite bright. In the future, I think I would pick one of the tent sites farther in the back of the campground. Overall a great spot for 1 night.

How we were treated after being escorted to our site 106 but our ticket/papers said 105 my wife questioned it and he said the office lady said it would be ok. Then a rude man called much later stating we were on the wrong site and we had 2 options move or the police would escort us out of the camp ground. Very unprofessional.

This place was a disaster. There are clearly permanent residents in this camping area, so on our walks, we would often pass rotting cars and campsites full of junk. If we return to this area, we will not stay here again.

Biggest disappointment was very poor unusable wifi. I count on it and one reason I stay at a KOA. Check-in lady knew and said it’s bipolar! Well, if you know, then please fix it so it’s not!

Good staff, good location. Facilities are a bit run down, but they are very obviously upgrading and remodeling the building, each in turn, and it looks like it's going to be great when it's done!

Clubhouse closed, restrooms in disrepair, No water for many hours. Main office sporadically open. It has great potential but poorly cared for.

Just a tent camper.. but we were by the busy road, so it was kind of loud. Everyone was super nice and the maintenance people were doing a nice job of sprucing everything up a bit and they were very friendly as well.

Lovely campground with a lot of character. Can tell owners are working on the campground. Staff very nice. Would return to this KOA, but only if WiFi is greatly improved.

After a mix up at check in (someone with a close last name got our site) we got our site. The people were GREAT all of them!! We had a water problem in our travel trailer and their maintenance staff was there to help me fix the leak!! AWESOME! The park itself is old and looking tired in some spots but you can see the progress being made by the new owners to spruce it up. Our site (28) was GREAT!

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
