We were parked on gravel and it was very dusty. The restrooms were clean but old, a coat of bright white paint is needed.. I can see they are making improvements so it will be great someday.

We were very pleased with all facilities offered EXCEPT: 1. The wifi was very spotty 2. You need a collection container for aluminum cans!!!

This campground could use some serious TLC. New sites are nice, but the older ones are in terrible shape. Our friends stayed in a cabin. Floor was dirty. Dog hair under the bed. At least 4 lights not working. Good location.

Great service. Clean and spacious cabin. Air conditioner instructions not clear. Will absolutely stay again.

We stay multiple nights in a cabin. Part of the siding was missing on the patio side, I could see daylight thru one of the air ducts so it must have had a hole in it, the couch/futon was more comfortable to lay on that sit on, and the cabin floor wasn't level on the kitchen & bathroom side. Also, our 5 year old fell out of the top bunk. I'm not sure how but extra support bars might help,

Staff was friendly, work going on to upgrade the campground, nice sites, some concrete pads, some gravel and some grass. It is an older campground so the layout is tight but doable.

Super easy to get to right off the highway. Friendly people and staff. Guy on staff who will wash your coach and toad for a nominal fee. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed approx. 3 weeks. We had a newly paved concrete pad and patio and new picnic table. We were very happy with the camp site for our motorhome. The best part is the location to the Kennedy Space Center, great parks, and wildlife and birding opportunities. There is room for improvement with working washers in the laundry and the dog park dirt floor. They are investing in improvements.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially our escort, wh helped us navigate into our site. BUT, this KOA is in serious need of upgrading the entire site layout. It is a Journey, yet only 3 pull thrus. YOU NEED PULL THRU SITES!!! Roads are narrow, lots of trees to avoid. Buddy sites belong in Holidays, NOT Journeys!!! Our grill was 4’ from our neighbor. Would never stay here again.

Easy to find. Loved parking on a cement pad. Clean hot showers. Very clean laundry facilities. Love the improvements that are in progress. Enjoyed our stay.

They were there in our time of need. The overnight stay allowed us to make needed repairs. Friendly park and other campers even offered to help. Very clean and nice large pads for trailers. Thanks.

We can tell that the owner is making strives to improve the campground but the pull through sites are tight and difficult to get centered in. I had to personally trim a palm tree that scrape my vehicle moving in. It would be much easier to back into these sights. Dog area had no grass and poop was left in park for our whole visit. Large laundry area but numerous machines out of order.

Very clean campground (the restrooms were some of the best that we have used) and our site was just the right size for the first night. Lots of cool things to visit in the area. Great photographs. Our last night was very quiet; next to the fence and your helpers were very good at helping to get our van parked safely.

Too close to neighbors, not enough shrubbery for privacy. Dog park very small, you could extend it to the far end where the trees are. Bathrooms and shower were nice. Too pricey for value tho, I only stayed over night

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Unfortunately that is it's only redeeming quality. Sites are way too close to each other. I'm hooking up our sewage connections while only 12 inches from our neighbors grill. Roads are narrow and poor condition. Our site was a good flat concrete, good power and water.

Our 28th KOA. Staff ok but not as friendly as most. Sites are narrow. Roads in grounds are tight. Bath House serious need of remodel. Dirty/stained walls, paint peeling, toilets rock. Laundry room terrible, 6 of the 10 washers broke and cardboard for a wall over the driers. Upgrading some sites is great. Grass needing mowed bad. Poles and stuff laying around looks bad. I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
