The young lady at the desk really didn't want to be there. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned. Two of three umbrellas are broken at the pool

Pop up canopies are allowed in the tent area but not in the camper section... for NO apparent good reason. I will never go back unless it is under different owners. I doubt his business will last longer than 2 years. the new owner simply doesn't know how to treat people nor does his manager. NEVER Again

Park and facilities are old and the roads and sites very tight. The pool is not heated and needed to be cleaned.

After booking this stay online, we arrived only to find that there was an additional cost of $10 a day (plus tax). We were informed upon arrival that our tow dolly must be detached and kept in a separate area, for a fee of $10 a day + tax. What a money grabber! This should have been told up front. Multiple other campers had their RV, vehicle and multiple motorcycles at a site. Never again

I was very disappointed that the pool was not heated. It shows heated on the KOA directory, so I assumed that the pool would be heated. This KOA definitely needs to be remodeled as it appears very old and is in need of a much needed face lift. Staff is very friendly .

It was OK but by the picture on the type of site I picked I thought it had a cement pad. The old sites need to be updated and cleaned up for the price we paid. Very small sites and the layout is weird. Can see the neighbors behind you because they are offset.

The location was good but the kabin (K-10) I was in was full of holes in seams (tissue was already being used to stuff holes to outside), badly rotted post beams holding porch up, rotted side posts, bending floor boards on porch, noisy fan. They need to fully replace this unit or charge less for it. This is not up to KOA standards and I stay in a lot of these basic kabins. This was a bad one.

Staff was very friendly and the campgrounds and bathhouse were very clean. We had a problem with our hookup to the electricity and they were very prompt about helping us. We stayed here in the past and would definitely stay in the future.

Our first 6 nights were great on a concrete pad. The campground itself is undergoing a lot of construction.They were helpful & courteous & worked out an additional night for us unfortunately moved. New site was sand & not compacted, we have a 44 ft toy hauler 3-axle and F450 we sunk. We asked office for help to move sites and they did not come. Other campers helped us get out.

The staff was very friendly with the extra help they provided us. My wife, who is known for not liking to camp out, asked me to let the staff know she appreciates her response to her request to be near a bathroom. My wife then mentioned the next time we come. Now, it was surprising to hear my wife mention the next time we camp. Thank you.

The place was clean and nice, but one of the stove burners was loose and the smoke alarm went off anytime the stove or toaster was on. We had to cook with doors and windows open. I would recommend looking at this setup.

Sites were so close and cluttered with vehicles we needed people to move their stuff to back into the site. We WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE.

We stayed for a week. Water, electric, sewer, showers as advertised. Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired. Early mornings it seemed to work, around 10:00 am, it was slow and may lock up or kick us off. Evenings, it was not usable.

Wi-Fi is poor to nonexistent. Cabin had great location to exit, playground, and bathhouse. Bathrooms clean, staff friendly.

Staff were very unprofessional gave appearance of being under the influence. There was only hot water in showers no cold to cool the shower..no where to hang clothes while showering, dog par was a mud pit NO grass what so ever..extremely tight..this was our third stay there but it will be our last

Overall a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The site was concrete and flat. The bathhouse was a bit rough and could use some love. We do plan to stay there again next year.

I did not use any facilities but we rented 3 cabins. The amenities at the cabins were nice. One cabin was ran down. The futon was broken. It would be nice if it came with more kitchen supplies (aluminum foil, dish towel, dish rag)

Stayed in a one room cabin with my dog. The cabin was clean and spacious and very close to the bathhouse. Even though the sites are close together, evenings were very quiet. My dog and I had an enjoyable time exploring Merritt Island while staying at this conveniently located KOA!

We were parked on gravel and it was very dusty. The restrooms were clean but old, a coat of bright white paint is needed.. I can see they are making improvements so it will be great someday.

We were very pleased with all facilities offered EXCEPT: 1. The wifi was very spotty 2. You need a collection container for aluminum cans!!!

This campground could use some serious TLC. New sites are nice, but the older ones are in terrible shape. Our friends stayed in a cabin. Floor was dirty. Dog hair under the bed. At least 4 lights not working. Good location.

We stay multiple nights in a cabin. Part of the siding was missing on the patio side, I could see daylight thru one of the air ducts so it must have had a hole in it, the couch/futon was more comfortable to lay on that sit on, and the cabin floor wasn't level on the kitchen & bathroom side. Also, our 5 year old fell out of the top bunk. I'm not sure how but extra support bars might help,

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
