Very nice park people friendly, the only down side we found was their fire wood system. You pay top price for the bag you fill it and they cut the wood longer than the bag is wide. Would give 5stars except for the woid

The place had all the amenities of a KOA as per usual. The place needed some attention and tlc. Paint will go along way. The road into the campground needs to be replaced and the sign needs attention. The dog park pool was an excellent touch and our dogs appreciated it very much.

The campground was nice and clean, well kept, the price was good. Very nice lady to talk to on the phone. The only problem was the noise from the highway, very loud. Other then that I would highly recommend this campground. Judy M

There was a Spruce tree on our site which we were unable to avoid when pulling in with our vehicle. It scratched the side of our truck, impeded the drivers exit and was full of wasps. We mentioned this to the ground’s person, they seemed unconcerned. “Nature” was their reply. KOA, in our opinion, is not offering a “Nature” experience.

everthing was good. My suggestion is for the comfort station up the hill. I was not sure which side of the building was for female or males. there was no sign on the outside to tell us which. it wasnt until we opened the door did we see the difference. perhaps a sign on the OUTSIDE would be appropriate signifying unisex

This was the best campground that we have ever stayed in. There are two warm swimming pools, fenced dog park, mini golf and driving range, to name a few. Love it!

Grounds were lovely, washrooms were clean and the showers were great. Awesome pool area which we greatly enjoyed. I would've preferred to be a little closer to the washrooms though

The Thunder Bay KOA is a great place for families to stay. There are many activities for all ages of children. The staff is quite helpful and very accommodating to meet your requirements. Sites are clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend it as a stop over or long term place to stay in the summer!

Nice folks, had fun there. Lots were somewhat un level and streets rough. We were a group of 4 motor homes and they had us spread out a little bit with empty lots besides us so they could of had us closer together.

We had booked a standard tent site with no hook ups but were upgraded to a quieter section with water. We appreciated the kindness of the staff to consider placing us away from the busy tent sites. The location was fine but very noisy. It was beside a major highway so there were planes, trains, and automobiles. We didn't mind....bathrooms were clean and well appointed and the tent site was good.

The staff was friendly! The giant chess board was unique. Would love to see laundry open until at least 10pm so it could be done when the kids are in bed. When we travel we are out all day seeing and experiencing the area & are always frustrated with the lack of opportunity to do laundry in the late evening.

Great place for families and was nice to see the kids enjoying themselves on the hayride. Was a bit dusty but otherwise was ok. Staff were excellent.

Thunder Bay KOA is a great place to stay. Friendly, informative staff. They exceed expectations to accommodate guests. Sites are kept very clean and well maintained. There are many fun activities for all ages of kids. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

I live in Thunder Bay was looking for something to do with grandsons 4 & 7 yrs. Spent 3 days at KOA and we loved it. The pools and splash pad are awesome. Facilities are clean and staff were great. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I visited mid October. We have never been to a KOA before this but our expectations for a private campsite was exceeded. There weren't many tent campers around which made it private for us. Their washroom facilities were SUPER CLEAN which is amazing for camping. They also had a camp kitchen which was nearby and that made it so easy for cleaning up after dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
