Very nice campground, nice dog play area. Just a suggestion, you might consider adding some agility platforms for dogs. Thanks for a nice, clean campground!

Staff were super friendly and gave us clear instructions to find our site! Our location was convenient at a short drive from Thunder Bay. The bathrooms looked newly renovated and were super clean. The only downsides were that laundry was expensive and I would have preferred having separated rather than coed showers, especially since they were across from separated men's and women's bathrooms.

I was happy that the staff was able to change our site. The first assigned site was cramped and looked like we were in a seasonal camper's backyard. The campground itself had a lot of amenities but ones we would never use - for example - shuffleboard and horseshoes. Bathroom was nice. Staff was friendly.

Hosts were very accommodating and made sure rules were followed which we appreciate.. Clean showers and washrooms ands lots of entertainment for our children … the pool area and splash pad was fantastic

The office is spacious and clean. The sites are level, clean and big. The staff is amazing, kind, and very understanding. We will be back next year on our way to Southern Ontario and we will stay on our way back to Vancouver Island. Thank you, Keith and Darleen

Great access to highway, which then causes it to have higher road noise levels. But, the campground was very clean, plenty of things to do at the camp, and easy access to all of the areas attractions. Friendly staff.

Our group,"Sleeping Giant Sams" have camped at Thunder Bay KOA for the last 30 years. This KOA has now named one of their streets "SLEEPING Giant Sam's PARKWAY in our honour, very much appreciated.

Our stay there is always a great time. Kristi and Micheal are are such a super couple. So friendly and helpful. They always make us feel so welcomed. It is one of the best KOAs we have stayed at.

We dropped in and staff worked to get us a space. Everything was great however, for the price we paid you would think that the wifi would be of better reception. The use of wifi is increasing I would think that you would have better reception than what was available. Also, it would be nice if there were not so many holes in the driveway. Perhaps it’s time to repave the driveway.

It was an overnight stay. Everyone was friendly and we had everything we needed for a pleasurable stay. Being able to fill up the propane on our motor home was a great bonus. We would definitely stay again on future trips. Thank-you for providing a clean and quiet overnight for us travelers.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a quiet, private site which was perfect for having our 3 large dogs. My son loved the new Jump pad. The pools were perfect temp for swimming on a cooler day. The tetherball in the pkayground was also well pkayed over the weekend. We cant wait to come back for another stay.

My husband and I visited mid October. We have never been to a KOA before this but our expectations for a private campsite was exceeded. There weren't many tent campers around which made it private for us. Their washroom facilities were SUPER CLEAN which is amazing for camping. They also had a camp kitchen which was nearby and that made it so easy for cleaning up after dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
