We could smell sewer the whole time we were outside. We left a voice message. We went to the office and told them. They said ok well check it out. Noone ever came by and said anything. If you know you have a problem you could admit it and apologize. The showers sucked. My daughter was barely able to wash her hair. She gave up with the rest of her shower. Water pressure would drop midday.neveragain

Nice little KOA outside of the national park. We had a nice time and we're happy with the park overall. The site was really off level and our sewer connection was about 12" uphill from our drain fitting on the camper. This was a major disappointment. We paid for a full hookup site and in reality only had power and water. Stay away from site 201.

Everything was great, except the situation with the showers, which I know you are working to resolve. I am very impressed with the camp store, prompt service, beautiful grounds, etc. Keep up the good work, and good luck with the showers.

Very nice campground. My only complaint is that we actually use picnic tables and the one at our site could use some maintenance

Great location, friendly staff. The roads were a bit narrow, WiFi, at our location was non existent. Cable did not work, but we were able to get satellite. Park well maintained and staff were clearly visible. Had an enjoyable stay.

I don’t normally do reviews, but the staff were very professional, polite, and accommodating. Even though the error was mine and I was not polite (bad day), the ladies were super sweet.

Everything was fine, however the showers and restrooms had an issue with me. The notification about the new, energy efficient hot water was in all restrooms. The hot water was sporadic at best. It would take some time to reach the shower, then it would get cool, then cold, then warm up. It happened 2 of the 3 times I used the shower. Prefer the old system, where it is hot constantly.

The biggest complaint is the dog run toward the end of the park. You have a man trap and a double wide gate I assume is for mowing. That gate was left ajar and when my dog leaned on it, opened a ran out. It took 2 people searching the woods to get him back. I closed the gate and pushed the locking rod in the ground. Next morning someone opened it again. I high recommend chain locking the gate!!!!

The cleanliness of the restrooms was extremely disappointing. 3/5 toilets were clogged at the bathhouse near my site and the floors were filthy and littered with toilet paper. The management was notified and nothing improved throughout the stay.

Had a patio site. Loved the location of this campgound as we were visiting Cuyahoga National Park. Next time will remember fishing poles. Only negative this trip was water pressure in the bath house near the cabins. Couldn't even wash my hands. The other bath house around the RVs was better. Never had an issue with water pressure at any KOA before.Family had a great visit.

Stayed in Lodge 1. Nice accomodations except water pressure was poor. Also found someones towel from a previous stay. Housekeeping needs to clean under couch next time. Plan to return again.

Tent site was fine but showers left a lot to be desired (usually quality of shower facilities is one reason I choose KOA): Shower heads didn't have much flow and waited for 15 minutes for water to become hot - and never did warm up. It was after the office closed so I couldn't bring to their attention.

Very noisy well after quiet hours. Showers had no place to put anything down in. Bathrooms not very clean. Need more bathrooms/showers for the size of the facility.

We had promised our Great Grandson that we would take him camping, but he wanted to go to a place with a "real swimming pool"and a place were he could go fishing with "Poppy". Your park met the bill. We all had a good time and enjoyed the amenities. Your staff was especially helpful when we had a problem closing our awning in preparation of leaving. We'll be back to do cabin camping next time.

The reason I booked my stay here was because of wifi access. I work remotely and require privacy for calls I make so I couldn't just work at a coffee shop near by. Only my area was down. They didn't offer to move me and when I said I was unhappy they gave me an $11 credit. I had to drive home (1hr each way) to work and come back for 3 days. I know things break but they didn't seem to care.

Very clean and nice sites. Wonderful options for play equipment for kids. Only downfall is our family had all cold showers. Hot water wouldn't come on. But restrooms and campsite itself very clean.

Overall ok. Please add recycling. Cell coverage and WiFi were bad. Our electrical box was leaning, causing our surge protector to dangle.

The only thing I would suggest is to update the WiFi so it reaches past the pool area. We had issues with both stays and it we were in different sites with our RV.

Very quiet and comfortable. New owners are continuing to improve the whole campground as it is aging. Great location for our purposes, reasonable rates.

We came to the area to enjoy the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, awesome rockers! We have a 43' motorhome towing. The sites were rather tight but manageable. The new owners/managers were very accommodating and helpful to get us to the best site available. Very nice and quiet, campground has a lot of potential and we think the new owners will make this an outstanding park.

We really enjoyed our deluxe cabin, especially the fully covered, large porch. Helpful for putting bikes out of the rain! We had a few issues with our cabin not being fully stocked when we arrived although staff was quick to help us when we mentioned things. A few other fairly minor issues that were always taken care of but would have been nice not to have. And ALWAYS MORE HOOKS in the cabin!

Campground was great. Bath house was dirty and ridiculous as half the bath house only had a trickle of water for the bath and shower side, constantly missing soap and TP, and using a mop to spread crap on the floor isn’t cleaning.

My gosh, where to start. This is a great family run hideaway near town and just about 5 minutes to anywhere. The sites were clean, the lodges are clean and very comfortable. The laundry room is clean and it's open 24/7 as is the game room/arcade they have down stairs The store has a great selection of just about all your supplies needs and things you didn't know you wanted till you saw it. Sundries, fun souvenirs, and "forgot to brings" they probably have it there. And that gormet ice cream. A nice selection of flavors. "Michigan pot hole" is my favorite. The store employees were kind and funny. Handle check-ins, check-outs and any issues that come up were handled professionally. There a couple of fishing ponds that have a catch and release and one to fish for your supper. The pool is awesome. and bathrooms are well maintained. My new go-to spot for rest and relaxation. Close to town and many events every weekend throughout the summer. Come see for yourself.
