The staff was incredibly helpful! The park was so clean and we'll be back! Thank you!

It was great.

Great facility, but we had one extremely upsetting experience there which appeared to be the result of poor training and management of least two if not more employees. I don’t think I’ve ever been so insulted or actually nearly frightened by an employee at an RV park or anywhere else before. When I mentioned this at check-out, the woman at the desk had zero interest in asking about the inciden

It was fine. Expensive for where we were parked but it’s nearness to town was a plus.

Quick, simple, beautiful location, and even with the location so close to the road it wasn't really loud at all. We're definitely coming back.

Wonderful stay. Thanks You phoned me about packages being there for me. My phone won’t let me call you so I’m trying this. Please just send them back to Amazon. They sent them to the wrong address. Thank you very much Hope to see you next year.

Internet and staff were great!! Someone mentioned about the sister sites, if you look at the way the configuration is...you have both hookups on one side. i.e. electric, sewer, and water, thereby leaving the only place to put the individual patio table/chairs on the other side where you will converse with your neighbor...but what's wrong with that? Share brats and beer!!!

The facilities and staff were great. The corporate control of this francise is one of greed. The amount that is paid to have a KOA banner does nothing but cause rates to be exceedingly high. This camp would be just as successful as an independent except for the advertising that goes with the name, and could charge much less.

Fabulous. Great location. Love the free transit bus into town. Would totally stay with you again. Thanks a bunch!

Great campground and the staff is always friendly!

Stayed one night as stopping point on way to Rocky Mountain National Park. We should have stayed a couple days more to check out Steamboat. Very friendly folks helped us fill propane. We did laundry and all but one dryer (5 washers, 5 dryers) wore working.

The site was oversold for the value. We paid extra for a river front site and it was not river front. When I asked about it they simply said “ it says the sounds of the river. Which being clear down on that end the road noise overwhelmed any river noise. The site was extremely small and our neighbor parked lengthwise in his site instead of backing in which encroached on us. Showers were dirty!!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Campgrounds are well taken care of.

Concerned about price increases for cabins. New cabins are great , but prices keep increasing. The older cabins by the pool still don't have air conditioning so smoke from outdoor fires and grills come inside. This is very uncomfortable for breathing, especially for people with medical conditions. We like KOA parks especially for having pets welcome.

Enjoyable place good staff, bathrooms need serious maintenance and remodeling. Convenient to town. Would stay again

The two beds in the cabin loft upstairs smelled so badly of urine that I had to run to Walmart and purchase two waterproof mattress pads to make a sanitary barrier. This was absolutely a horrible thing to go through and the cabin was so expensive. Please put plastic mattress protectors on the beds. I had to spend an extra $60.00 just for my family to be able to sleep. Staff was polite though!

Tight space, but great in-town location. Garbage trucks came to empty the dumpsters at 6am, which was SUPER loud and woke me up (and probably many others.) I have seen other poor Google reviews of this same KOA that mention the exact same thing. This KOA claims to have quiet hours until 7am everyday, but apparently that does not apply to them.

The new policy on dog restrictions should be posted. I have a shepherd mix but being drilled on what mix when checking in really put a damper on the stay.

We had a great time and enjoyed the facilities. It was a tiny bit noisy due to being full for a event. But the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Sep 11, 2023
The tent site we were given was not even on the site map meaning it was not really a feasible place to camp. It was about 20 minutes off the main highway, had zero amenities and the KOA entrance lights made it like daylight in your tent all night. The most horrific camping experience ever. It was a busy weekend and management obviously got greedy and decided to make some extra money. Shocking!

We’ve been here for several weeks. When we got here we only had reservations for weekdays and you did a magical job of getting us spaces for every weekend as well. Thank you so much. The staff has been friendly and very helpful. Ada and Tina

This is one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept and the location is perfect right out of town and on the river. We will be back next year!

Beautiful campground right on the river!
Sep 10, 2023
Very clean campground & friendly staff. Free shuttle bus stop, too!
Sep 09, 2023
It’s the typical KOA where they stick a 30’ camper in a 23’ spot meanwhile the 30’ spot next to you had a 12’ van in it. Also, never been to a campground where the campers face each other. Meaning, our camper door face each other and we share the same middle area. Great if you are there camping with some friends and want to be real close. Close to city and clean

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, bus service a real plus! Fair price, easy access to restrooms & showers. Practical items in the shop as well as fun souvenirs. One item needing attention: picnic bench seat in poor condition needs to be replaced. We’ll be back!

The location is great, but more expensive than other KOAs. For us it is convenient to town, events, and the bike trails. The workers and ladies in the office are helpful and friendly. This was our second year here and we have already booked for next year.

Stayed for over a week, convenient location to town. We were on site 102 which did have a nice table and chairs and fire pit with chairs. The rigs are pretty close together and unfortunately we had barking dogs on one side and loud music on the other side well after 10pm (but it was a holiday weekend). Also no grass gown yet so when it rains there is mud as soon as you step off the patio.

Beautiful campground with lots of amenities. My son had a camping spot and I had a deluxe cabin-both were awesome. The cabin was cleaned and well-maintained, with kitchen supplies, toilet paper and soap. Staff were great, contacting us to give details for late check-in. Store next to office is great!

Great option to stay in town in the winter. We travel in our Sprinter 144 and there are not a lot of options for stealth camping in the winter. On one of our nights the temp dropped dramatically and well below the forecast. Woke up with a nearly dead battery and some diesel that was gelled. The staff supplied me with a trickle charger and a propane heater to point towards the undercarriage. Got the engine running in now time. The guys there helped me out big time.
