Current Office Hours
Everything slows down around here in the winter, so we are open daily between 9am and 12pm, and then again between 2pm and 6pm.

Upper Bathhouse Now Open All Year!
We've finally installed a heating system in our Upper Bathhouse, and so now it's open year-round! Tent and cabin campers will no longer need to trek down to the Lower Bathhouse to shower or do laundry in the winter - yippee!
Camping near the lake or in the meadow? We have great news for you, too. The Lower Bathhouse ALSO has a new heating system, so you'll stay toasty during your showers, too.
Hope to see you soon for off-season camping!
Thanks to all our fantastic campers for making our first season as owners and manager such a great time! We're staying open all year (with limited facilities), so we hope to see some of our new friends this winter. Bring your RV or stay in one of our lodges and head to Massanutten to ski, or just hang around the campground fishing and romping in the snow.
Winter not your thing? We're currently accepting reservations through next Halloween, so give us a call to plan for next season!
Please read carefully when making your reservation, as some of our sites currently have NO WATER.
Dog Park Open for Pooches!
After several weeks of long hours at work, our dog park is now open to your canine friends! The park is currently without water, so you may wish to come prepared with water and a bowl for your furry pal, but there's a large, grassy fenced area for play, as well as a picnic table in the shade for you.
We do ask that all pet parents stay with their dog during playtime.
Now Under New Management!
After 23 years, Steve Albrecht has sold Staunton/Walnut Hills KOA to its new owners - Andy and Carin Zipser. Avid long-time campers, this couple (along with their two daughters and their families) hope to continue the fine customer service Steve and Linda gave their guests, as well as providing fun entertainment.
Please come meet us, bring your kids (and your dogs!), and prepare to have a great time!
