Virginia Luau - August 7 - 9, 2015
Pack your grass skirt and your coconuts - we're having a luau, Virginia-style! We'll be serving up delicious ribs and hot dog plates ($) and enjoying the (hopefully) fantastic weather. We'll be having LIVE MUSIC with Chris Gantzer on Saturday evening!
Wet n Wild - August 14 - 16, 2015
Mid-August is a hot time around here, so come out and be ready to get wet! We're going to play tug-of-war (losers land in the creek!), race rubber duckies for Care Camps, throw water balloons, and don't forget the wet n wild wagon ride!
Hoe-Down - August 21 - 23, 2015
Giddyup, all you cowpokes, and come on down to Walnut Hills for a good ole time. Our cowboy-themed weekend will feature a costume contest, themed wagon ride, and more!
And don't forget to come down to the Pavilion at 6pm on Saturday for LIVE BLUEGRASS with Kevin Johnson and Augusta Blue!
Football Kick-Off - August 28 - 30, 2015
Pre-season is well underway and it's time to celebrate the beginning of another football season! Join us for a game of touch football and be sure to fly the colors of your favorite teams!
Labor Day Weekend - September 4 - 7, 2015
It's the end of summer, so be sure to stop by for one last laid-back weekend! Take one last swim in our beautiful pool, play games with the kids, and see how your chili fares in our Third Annual Chili Cook-Off (subject to participation). Then join us Sunday night for a party with LIVE MUSIC by local band Prime near our Pavilion!
There is a three night minimum on this weekend.
VKR Appreciation Weekend - September 18 - 20, 2015
VKR Members who stay as paying guests on Friday, Sept. 18 get Saturday, Sept. 19 FREE as our way of saying thank you!
Fall Festival - October 16 - 18, 2015
Enjoy the beautiful foliage of the Shenandoah Valley, listen to music, get lost in our yearly maze, and meet new friends at our community campfire.
Halloween Weekends - Oct 23 - 25 AND Oct 30 - Nov 1, 2015
Halloween is so much fun, we're going to do it twice! Come out for trick-or-treating, site decorating and costume contests, the magic pumpkin patch, and a truly haunted hayride. There are two night minimums for these weekends.
