We only stayed for one night it’s a nice place however the lake being dried up was a let down even though it’s not their fault but campsite was nice staff was wonderful

Had one question, and stayed busy and did not ask the office for and answer. We could not get the lower numbered channel on the cable.

Starkville is a great RV park; we have stayed there 3 times so far. We have two large dogs, and there are many, many places to go and play fetch with them. While they do have an ample dog park, bigger than most, it is still not sufficient for two German Shepherd dogs to go after a long frisbee throw. But again, there are plenty of places where you can do this. Friendly staff; great stay!

This would've been great in it's prime! Sad to see the reservoir empty and beach activities vanished.This is a beautiful park setting.12 permanent campers and a sprinkle of layovers.Very quiet and lots of birds!Feel bad for the owners,not their fault!Staff was super friendly and helpful!The restrooms were clean and have free firewood!This gave us a sad nostalgic feeling of what once was.

Needs work. Restrooms were padlocked. One garbage can. The lake was dried up.

Nice quiet KOA with plenty of shaded back in spots, pull thru’s looked like almost all were full sun but that’s not unusual. It’s a shame the lake is dry but there’s not much the KOA can do about that. June is oppressively hot in middle Mississippi so be ready for that.

We got in late didn't see much of park. Went to office at 8:30 next morning but it was closed. The restrooms needed cleaned and change the shower curtain and caddies.

The Wifi is practically non-existent. I will not stay there again unless that changes. If they fix the Wifi, I will be glad to return.

If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful stay, the Starkvulle KOA is it. Worh the lake being drained and the activities shut down because of it there are very few kids! Great place for adults to get away and have a peaceful stay. The only downside is the internet.

Very pretty area. The lake is not suitable for swimming. The beach and water slides are not useable the lake has dried up. We had a peaceful nights sleep on our journey but the kids were disappointed at the lack of swimming options.

The campground was very quiet, however when checking in there wasn't any staff present. A little out of the way as you have to drive a little distance to Starkville to get anything to eat or do. Believe the lake would have been nice had it been full.

This site has so much potential but of course the lake is only partially full since February 2020 due to a compromised levy. It is beautiful, shaded, quiet, tons of birds. Spartan bathrooms but clean and functional. Friendly staff. Super close to Starkville so very convenient. No road noise whatsoever. We will definitely go back but are interested to see a full lake!

The campground was well laid out with plenty of room for each site. It was very clean and quiet. I will definitely be staying there the next time we are in Starkville.

Quiet, wooded, level, easy access. Front office polite. Bird watching bald eagles and red head woodpeckers. (Didn’t use bath houses or WiFi so no comment on those)

Stephanie was delightful. Too bad it was in the middle of nowhere. Due to levee repairs that were not being made by the County there was nothing going on. It was great for birdwatching though

Beautiful area with lots of large trees. Nice sized campsites with picnic tables. Clean bathroom facilities and a lot of amenities A little off the beaten path, but would definitely stay again!

This was our third time staying here as we passed through town. Well maintained, clean bathrooms. Pull through site was very nice. Good for an overnight stay. Not much to do other than the playground. Mia was super helpful and stayed late to help direct us to our site

It is decent place. Site was perfectly level �Very quiet however it is early in the season. Lady in the office was very pleasant and helpful. She tried to reboot the wifi but the signal was very weak or down.

Overnighted on our way north. Pull through site was great…large enough for our f350 dual long bed and 38’ travel trailer. Staff was very friendly. Facilities were clean and nice.

This has potential to be a very nice campground. Beautiful lake & mature trees. However it needs some TLC because it looks run down. Some doggy stations or trash cans around the park would be nice. Staff was extremely nice and the restroom was clean. Shower house was a little cramped. Perfect if you’re looking for a nice place to stop for the night.

I was greeted at check in as if I were family!! The two ladies at the desk could not have been friendlier!!! They informed me that we had been upgraded to a deluxe site, if that was ok with us!! Absolutely!! The ladies guided us to our site and noticed an ant hill. They came back immediately to spray the area!! The site was beautiful!!

Nice, quiet rv park. Park manager Randy is very accommodating, friendy. Big rig friendly up to 70 ft.

The reservation process was simple thanks to Randy, the manager on site! He made himself available if needed at all and checked out as several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. And that it was! The deluxe cabins were clean, cozy and well equipped with everything we needed! The firewood on site allowed us to build campfires each night, and have s'mores and make memories with our grands and children! The campground was quiet, clean, and well-maintained! We will definitely be back as soon as we can get there
