Great campground, highly recommended!

The camp hosts were all so nice! The bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot! The pool was great and my son enjoyed the playground. The Wi-Fi was also quite fast. The best part about this place was they seemed to have something going on all the time. From I’ve cream socials, to bingo and breakfast. I was sad we missed the s’mores by the campfire!

The Starke/Gainesville KOA is home to us every time we are here. Every member of the team is wonderful and friendly! Great pool, laundry facilities, and showers. Thank you to all the KOA team at Starke, FL

I am disabled and they would not rent me the spot they advertise on their map as a spot for handicapped, They even have a handicap sign on it. I was told they don't rent that out but save it for someone who might come in aftrr hours. �� I had a special visit from the manager who informed me they were private property and didn't have to abide by the ADA. My walking is limited I stayed at my site

You were here for 6 months. We Told you up Front that we had no Handy cap site Available for long term stay's and we don't pick up trash or deliver mail to and from RV Site's. You Agreed with This Up Front.

We stayed at Starke KOA for 5 nights with our RV Chapter. The campground was well maintained, all utilities worked as expected. Most of the staff we engaged with were helpful and friendly. Our RV Group will be back again.

Quiet even with the trains. Clean and well organized. Will make this our northern stopping place on our trips back north. During our trip into town, I found out that the train runs 29 times a day. Info for the new bridge downtown which will provide better access, especially for emergency vehicles. Great quiet area. Nice break from the hustle bustle in southern Florida.

We only stopped by for an overnight stay along our route to visit family. Is an easy 4 hour drive from South Florida, and since we got a late start we were still there before the sunset, (which was the plan). We didn’t try any of the amenities, however from walking our dogs around the campground we could see that the pool and recreation center were well maintained. They have a dog run as well.

We have stayed at the Starke KOA several times and have always enjoyed it. It is clean and well kept.

Great stay. Staff was competent and friendly. All facilities were clean. I loved the pet walks. Also, we had breakfast on Saturday morning which was great.

Easy in and out site. The landscaping was very pretty and there was lots of things to do. We will be back!

Park very clean. Like the space between trailers. Offer breakfast on Saturday mornings for only $3. Very nice staff in office.

We have stayed many times. The park is always beautifully maintained and staff is always friendly. The sites are spacious and work well for both extended and short term stays. We stayed in a 42 ft fifth wheel with an F350 dually with an 8’ bed.

The stay was ok, but as we were exiting in the morning several "residents" around the pool got up and danced and cheered to see us go. Not exactly hospitable to say the least as we gave no cause for this behaviour.

The campground was clean, staff was polite. The wi fi strength was the best we have ever experienced at any campground we stayed at so far. Whatever you want to do with wi fi should not be a problem. The campsites are quite roomy with sufficient distance between the campers, better than most. We paid a visit to the Waldo flea market while we were there. It is only 11 miles away.

Only stayed for 1 night. Very clean bathrooms/showers as well as the grounds in general. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely keep this park bookmarked for future stays. 4 stars for location because the park is pretty close to a main road.

We really enjoyed our month at KOA Starke campground. The staff was very friendly. “Happy” did an excellent job with exercising and activities. And the other campers made us welcome and were friendly. Would return to this campground.

Typical KOA. Walking distance to a grocery store. Just passing through. Stayed 1 night in a pull through. With a 40 ft coach and car on a trailer.
