Unfortunately, this KOA is under renovation, so I will not be returning anytime soon. The staff was amazing, and my neighbors were cool though! Not worth the price we paid.

The park is great with a very good camp store. People were friendly but no nosey or loud. We has a nioce site overlooking the water, while it was small it was private with a really nice patio and patio furniture.

Long overdue construction taking place, sad that pool was shut dow with late notice given. Still a very nice park and will be much better once improvements are completed.

Place needs lots of work. RV camp sites are not anywhere close to being level. Asphalt on site was coming up and creating a trip hazard. The campground could provide a great view of the water if it trimmed the bushing along the shoreline up 6ft to allow a water view. Thick layer of dead leaves on the site that should be racked up. Bathrooms and Laundry rooms were ok But campground poor shape

Great park! The Pinellas Trail runs right outside the park entrance, for walking, bicycling, etc,. Camp store has anything you need or forgot. Great associates, always ready to help.

We had no internet during our 3 night stay. We had a pull thru site next to the construction activity. Construction equipment traveling back and forth thru the site next to our door not more than 20 feet away. We understand the construction but would have enjoyed one of the empty sites away from the activity.

Truly impressed! Being in a site along the bayou was so peaceful. Paved area & furniture very nice. What stood out the most though was the staff. Brooklyn in the front office was EXCELLENT! She was very welcoming & informative - way beyond what I've experienced at KOA in past. Well-staffed overall - everyone was friendly and they obviously care about upkeep and appearance. Great access to beaches.

The campground has excellent and friendly staff. Any issues we had during our five month stay (very few) were always handled and resolved immediately. Lora does a terrific job of follow up when I left to alert me of a minor concern after my checkout. She also personally greeted our group of 4 in December to give us locks for the E-bikes. Shout out to Doc, Tommy, and Brook too! A+

Loved the views and patio site options. I appreciate receiving an email about the silt fence even though it didn’t really affect our stay. The wifi was nonexistent for us. Beautiful park and we will be back.

First of all, we were three friends following each other, and you put us in three different spaces far from each other when there was lots of space available right beside us on top of that you put us in very minimal spaces with dirt all around when there was hard paved spaces available very disappointed another thing A1, dollar bottle of water. You guys sell it for over four dollars.not nice

This is the BEST KOA & resort in Florida. Sites are landscaped, kept very clean. Lots of activities to join and dances / groups for music. They plan so many event you can or cannot join. Staff very friendly. Love the food trucks they arrange. Pool is well maintained and warm! Coming back in 2025,

We were disappointed that there was no compensation for the inconvenience that we were told of having no pool or waterfront access which is what one is paying for. We had a wonderful experience the last time but it’s sad to pay the same price with no gesture to apologize for the inconvenience.

Had site #622, very tight and no privacy at all. Right on top of your neighbors. No room to even park your truck, had to parallel park in between the neighbors trucks. Had to pay $5 for mini golf, while all of the other KOAs have been free. As a KOA member, we were very disappointed in this park.

Loved the location. But really needed some updating. Concrete pads definitely need to be fixed.

The buildings are well maintained and very clean. Unfortunately, the campsites and roads are dirty and unkempt. Each site has an asphalt pad and patio, again they were dirty. Also the asphalt was crumbling creating many trip hazards.

I can't do itin 400 Characters. The easiest way to do describe the KOA is to compare the broken slabs of cement covered with fungus and sand for the people who come in to camp to the other side of the camp where things are beautiful. It was the worst KOA, and theit was the worse Campsite I have ever stayed at. It must make money hand over fist to treat people like that.

Very nice KOA but a bit pricey. We are faithful KOA travelers and enjoyed our 2 week stay while we visited our son and daughter in law. Maintenance people need to find another way to clean up the leaves. They used a leaf blower which covered our camper and campsite with the dirt from the street going by our campsite. We had to go inside to avoid the dirt and clean up everything afterwards.

Girls in office were wonderful but sites had cracked patios and site DW50 had a cement patio and cement blocks that were uneven and my husband tripped on them. I’m happy they are working on improving the park and hope they will resolve the issues!!

Great location! Love the amenities. Very clean. Only suggestion would be the folks in the store could be friendlier. Went in a couple of times and three different cashiers were rude.

Staff was very helpful. Site was beautiful, right on Long Bayou. Bathhouses were convenient. Campers were friendly.

VERY cramped space in comparison to other KOA Holiday’s. Patio sites have more room than the rest. Lots of long term residences. Cute cabins and the facilities are above average. An older property but is kept up well. There is a major amount of construction throughout. Lots of activities. Cost per night is on the high side. Location a plus, is within 15-30 min to many of the beaches & restaurant

Staff and facilities are top rated. Pool and amenities are great. Pinellas trail right outside the park make it easy to get to parks.

Came in just for one night, the spot they gave us was just an oversized drive that was not in very good shape, no grass for my pups. For the price, I would definitely not stay there again. I have stayed at many KOA’s over the years. Sorry, I’m not a hater, but your park needs some work

KOA was great. Quiet, full of very useful amenities/facilities: laundry, showers, bathrooms, dog run, dock, pool, store & much, much more. All facilities were extremely clean, campground was well planned out & very well kept grounds. Thank you for allowing pets at no additional cost. We loved our stay. Recommendations for outside services & food trucks was also extremely helpful and reliable.
