Very disappointed with this Koa. Needs updated playgrounds and bathrooms. Cleaning times were unorganized and nobody knew what was going on. The putt putt golf are needs to be fenced in so kids are t tempted to run through peoples games…. I have been to other small town koa campgrounds that were very nice with a lot more things for children to do. Very disappointed

We stayed for 5 nights and found the staff very friendly each day. The facilities and amenities were well maintained and ready each day as well. We’ll certainly return for a future stay �.

Absolutely loved this KOA, owners are very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here, and will definitely return to stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to purchase Mackinac Island tickets for a discount! Free shuttle as well. Everything was clean and people were welcoming! Will be staying again if we’re ever in the area.

Quiet hours were not respected…neighbors were loud into the early morning. The smell of weed was a great touch too - especially for a family place.

Overall, the park was very nice. The bath house facilities are dated and in need of a refresh or complete tear down and rebuild. Additionally, there are far too few showers and toilets for the size of the park (even between the two locations). The site that we stayed on was very small and incredibly close to the road, which wasn’t particularly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a tent site with raised platform. It was shaded, bathrooms were clean, staff was super friendly. Lots of flowers, very well landscaped. No complaints

It was absolutely wonderful!! The staff was friendly, informative on all the things going on, the play grounds and on site putt putt had the kids busy all day!! I really couldn’t have asked for a better place to camp at while on our family vacation!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really want to thank Tracy for saying hello every time she went past our lot. My only concern was that the lot I was in was all dirt and no grass at all. All of my neighbors were very friendly too. Hope to see you soon.

The tent site described on website was electric, water and grass tent pad. It was more a dirt lot with sparse grass which was annoying. Thankfully it did not rain otherwise would have been really muddy. Should close tent sites until some grass is back cause it was unpleasant. Electric and water was inconvenient spot for my tent site.

It was great, quiet at night so no wild partying , wish there was a pool but there's the lake nearby .

Enjoyed the stay. However the WiFi signal in the site I was camped at was weak and since the cell signal is spotty, this was an issue that I experienced.

Your staff members are amazing! Every single person we interacted with was friendly and ready to help! I was very nervous when I saw how limited the bathroom and shower facilities were but NEVER waited in line for either. It must be that so many people used the facility in there own camper/ trailer units. I was pleasantly surprised. The kids loved the mini-golf but missed a pool.

The staff at Saint Ignace/Mackinac Island KOA were very helpful. My only frustrations/complaints were with other campers that were inconsiderate – setting off car alarms intentionally at 12:30 AM in order to find their camping spot, revving their loud engines prior to 7 AM, allowing kids to ride their bikes, through our camping area, etc. The staff, I believe, went the extra mile in being helpfu

Campground is well maintained, everyone were very helpful and friendly. Many childhood memories came back upon entering the campground.

The rustic cabin was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was well maintained, can't wait to hit up more KOA ‘s in the future. The cabin came with a small heater as well and it ended up being very helpful, the staff also brought firewood to our cabin upon request!

We stay at KOA's all over and this one is wonderful! The atmosphere and fall views definitely helped! We were in site 28 and it was beautiful with all the trees and wildflowers. Restrooms/showers were clean and nice. Lots of kiddo activities and nice new cabins and glamping tents. Staff was kind and efficient.
