Bathrooms always a mess. Fecal material in toilets everyday. Paper towels and soap frequently out. Dog poop near bathrooms. Dusty, no grass to speak of. Kids running through putt putt course with no supervision, hitting balls at people. Most expensive camp we stayed at in the entire UP. Won't be back.

Good place after the brawl was under control the lady Manager was nice to see if everything was ok and gave us information on what happened. Great place nice people �

The camp hosts or managers are wonderful they have cleaned up the campground and it actually is a very. Ice stay now. We hope they stay on for a while.

We had a wonderful time !! Everything was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. My family goes here every year for the car show. It’s nice they offer different areas for parking trailers and extra vehicles. The one thing that would be nice for the kids, some sort of water area, we miss the pool !

The camp site was clean and balanced. The facilities were great, the only issue was the toilets kept clogging and overflowing and a shower was down. This isn't how it was last year, so temporary issues. The entire place was fantastic. I highly recommend it. I will be back next year

We were there on car show weekend, so I’m sure it was not normal conditions for the park. Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. The camp store was well stocked and had what we needed. The site we were assigned was very small to the point that we couldn’t use our fire pit safely.

Overall it was a great week. Everyone was super friendly. The only problem I had was I paid the extra $14.75 to pick my site (93) and when I got there they put me on 91. Not a huge deal except why allow someone to pick their site and pay extra if you aren't going to honor it?

Stay and ammenties were great, the only complaint i have is the site we stayed at #88 has no level ground. I wish they could flatten it a little more so our picknic table would sit on the ground. Was very tippy & roots above the ground had everyone tripping over them as they walk around.

It was very nice could you use a pool to cool off in and more sites with septic also a few more with 50 amp especially the long big sites

Hassle free, easy in and out with a 36 ft motorhome and a toad. Good communication. Pump out is definitely difficult to access or if you want to just leave is difficult because pump out clogs up exit.

Super great place, wonderful people. although it would be nice if you had a better place to park trailers. not much room and no fence, people could easily steal a trailer parked by the road.

The campgrounds are large, there is no pool and only one bathhouse, although it was large and clean, 1 is not enough when most sites have no sewer hook up. Usually I say “ KOA always “, but this one was not the best.

Facility was nice and clean. Easy to navigate. Shower heads were very low ( up to my neck ) while updated one was closed. Wife could not get shower because of no hot water. Fire pit so large I could not cook on it. I was told that is KOA standards and nothing they could do about it. Store needs more product...it's summer.

This is a nice and clean KOA. We were there at the start of a car show in St. Ignace. The KOA has NOTHING to do with the car show, however many participants stay at the KOA. I am sure the car show participants stay at ALL the campgrounds in St. Ignace. There were many loud cars just be circling the campground. If visiting St. Ignace, and you don’t like loud cars, stay away during the car show.

Wonderful location and very friendly and helpful staff. I lost my electricity during my stay, talked to the front desk and she sent her husband out immediately. He discovered that I blew out my 40 amp breaker. He got one and fixed it for me! I'm new to camping so wasn't sure what had happened. Wonderful service!

St. Ignace/Mackinac Island KOA is great. Lynette and her entire staff are outstanding!! The campgrounds are clean and the sites big enough for our 45' 5th wheel and HDT hauler. The staff were helpful and provided us with lots of information about the area for sightseeing. We were always greeted with a smile and a wave. They made us feel like we came home. We had a wonderful time. We will be back

Very nice campground and convenient to all activities in the area including ferries to Mackinac Island.. The staff were very helpful in recommending site seeing places as well as restaurants in St. Ignace...Make sure you check Bouy's overlooking the water....Nice clean laundry room...Be sure you have extra lengths of sewer hose as some of the sites drains are located towards the front of the site!

We stayed for 7 nights. The check in was super simple. Our lot was easy pull through and level. The Staff was very identifiable with their yellow shirts. Busy as Bee's! Having stayed at this very campground since 1996 until most recently in 2020 I must say that I see so many improvements. Tank emptying service was great to avoid stopping on way out.We will be back this fall. Thank you all!

St. Ignace is an all right KOA, off of the main road and within a close proximity to the downtown core. Our stay was pleasant and it was quiet in the evenings, which is always a positive thing.

The rustic cabin was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was well maintained, can't wait to hit up more KOA ‘s in the future. The cabin came with a small heater as well and it ended up being very helpful, the staff also brought firewood to our cabin upon request!

We stay at KOA's all over and this one is wonderful! The atmosphere and fall views definitely helped! We were in site 28 and it was beautiful with all the trees and wildflowers. Restrooms/showers were clean and nice. Lots of kiddo activities and nice new cabins and glamping tents. Staff was kind and efficient.
