Tent sites get a lot of highway noise. The bathrooms were gross, walls slimy, cold water in the showers, stalls ran out of toilet paper. There was zero ventilation. Good location if you’re going to zion but id pick a different place if I were to visit again.

Nice campsite, but awful service. Early reception closure, app-only laundry (non-US phone issue). Filthy restrooms, showers infested with pill bugs. Hoping for a refund.

Although the location is decent and the pool area was in ok shape, the bathrooms/showers were absolutely disgusting. They have not been cleaned in a very long time. Both the men’s and women’s were bordering unusable. The staff was not helpful and claimed the cleaning has been done regularly. We have emailed the location and have requested a full refund for the 2 nights we stayed.

Kampsite was great. We arrived late, so checked in ourselves. Seamless. However the men's bathrooms that evening was pretty bad. Don't know if at other times the bathrooms are clean, but unfortunate that this was the situation the 1 night we were there.

The staff was very friendly! However, we will never stay there again. The restrooms/showers were filthy. We were there 4 days; on day 2, I mentioned this to the mgr. He said he would inform the staff. When we left, the same filth was still there. Paper products and hand soap were replenished, but the toilets were still filthy. Cleanliness is why I choose KOA.This doesn't represent KOA well.

The facility was well maintained and the campsites were nice! Staff were accommodating. Our tent was flooded by a storm and we had to get a hotel the second night. Wish we could get a full refund for not using the sight both days.

Whoever ran the campground had left for the day by the time I'd had arrived. The campground was at perhaps 1/3 of capacity that night. Fine with me. That gave me the privacy to dress at my picnic table pre-dawn the next morning. It was easy to hear the I-15 traffic, but for me, it was in effect white noise, so it wasn't a problem. Campground was well maintained. No place to eat nearby.

cleaning the rest rooms every day and outdoor sinks, painting on a lot of the exterior and repairs. Couldn't play Put put golf because all the greens were ripped up. Would like to of seen more visits around the site, only seen a couple visits. Older lady at office didn't seem to be with it on the phone or in person.

Unfortunately the bathrooms and showers were very dirty. We were there three days and those facilities were never cleaned during that time. The bathrooms ran out of toilet paper several times and the garbages were overflowing for two days. Although this KOA is centrally located between Bryce, Zion and the Grand Canyon, I don’t think I would stay here again. I’m sorry.

Tent camping there is not pleasant. Small tent pads, no shade, bench tables down a hill way too close to the next campers. Of all of the KOAs I’ve stayed at, this one was my least favorite. The office staff only open 9-5 no extended hours. Usually coffee would be available early for campers at other places. The bathrooms weren’t as clean as I’m used to seeing. Although close to the tent

We had a great stay. This location has beautiful tent spots with views of red rock scenery and guests are quiet and friendly-lots of dogs which we like. Restrooms were a bit dirty especially for a KOA. Nice overall and we will return.

Came after hours to an unusable site for our equipment, and had to go elsewhere. Came back next day to see what recourse we had for our fee, and were told that nothing could be done. It isn't a lot of money. but the person at the desk had no interest in even trying to help. Will make sure to skip this KOA from now on.

It's unfortunate because this campground has the potential to be nice. There were no employees there to take care of it. We were there 3 days and the bathroom was never touched, by the 3rd day it was disgusting! The pool was green and smelled like mold and mildew. The rec room could have been nice but of course it was dirty as well, and had cockroachs.

Appreciated the pool on a hot afternoon and great shady lounging spot next to the pool. Also loved the view of the colorful hills from our tent campsite. Bathroom and shower stalls could be cleaner and more up-to-date, but grateful just to have them, especially not having to pay extra for showering. Tent sites could be larger with more privacy, and road noise significant.

Nice KOA Staff was Excellent. The tent campsites could use a little more shade. And the squares used for the tent spaces could be a little bit bigger the Shower House was excellent. Did laundry there it was quick and efficient. Location is pretty much right in the middle of a lot of attractions. Would recommend and will stay again the next time I’m in Utah.

Got a gravel pad site. Termites all over the wood, large carpenter ants everywhere and the gravel was cement. I couldn’t get my stakes in even with a hammer. The site next to me had 2 bent stakes and the next one over just put rocks because they couldn’t get there’s in either.

Our “premium” campsite didn’t have lights or electricity, which the other tent sites had. Listing said the tent area would be sand, it was rock. Neighbors had three tents crammed on their spot, as did several others. Bathrooms were disgusting. Opted not to shower because the floors were so gross. DO NOT STAY HERE - Terrible experience, toilets went uncleaned for 4 days after someone 'nuked' one of them. I asked for the toilet to be cleaned - it wasn't. I asked the following day again for the toilet to be cleaned and the front-desk staff were unable to help - I rang the manager - who's rarely seen on site and he promptly hung up on me!! We packed up and left early.

The location put us near some great areas to see outside of the campground and the view was great. The tent sites were small and packed in on top of neighbors. The amenities were run down and couldn’t actually be utilized. This could be a great location if they put money back into the park.

Why do all the campgrounds squish people together like this?? I dont get it, who likes that?? Need some space/privacy between campsites. Nice to have a shower but they werent really cleaned. They were supposed to be cleaned between 11-1pm but when I used the same shower the next day it had the same black gross garbage in the corner and the same piece of wadded paper on the floor.

I was disappointed in the office hours, they didn’t open until 9am and closed at 5pm. My grandson cut his foot in three places in the shower and when my son-in-law reported it all they did was ask if he wanted to fill out an incident report. The pool was full of bugs floating on top and the campsites were very small

Not enough shade in the tent camping area. The water and electric connections in the tent area we are in were in the middle off a site when they were supposed to be shared. Made it hard to avoid bothering neighbors. Overall not terrible, just not preferable campground. 1 night OK, not much more than that.

The tent pads are for small tents. Paid for electricity but didn’t have our own and felt bad using neighbors. Washers don’t use quarters, which seemed like a great thing but half the washers weren’t connecting.

We really didn’t do much at the koa, we went to the different national parks, but when we were there the bathrooms were dirty, the showers weren’t very clean, the pool was fun, I saw maybe 2 staff members the whole time we were there. Nice place and facilities, but really a place for RVs and trailers not really tenting. Almost no trees and the road sound from the highway made sleeping hard and we did not stay the second night.

The grounds are really well kept, the landscaping is very nice, staff is friendly and helpful, guests are quiet and respectful. But the bathrooms were horrific. Both men’s and women’s bathrooms were disgusting. Hair and dirt all over the floor, clogged shower drains, trash overflowing. The women’s room ran out of toilet paper for a day. If it weren’t for the bathroom my rating would be 5/5

We stayed in February & noticed that they had repaved & upgraded some of the tent sites & it looked better than ever. Today the bathrooms were out of toilet paper & paper towels. Then instead of restocking the toilet paper, the large rolls were just sitting on the top of the tank in each stall & the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned. We were only here 1 night, hope it was just a one off.

The bathrooms were really dirty; the showers had dirt and brown spots on the floor and in one of the bathroom stalls there was human feces on the floor, which remained there our two night stay. The laundry room was super inconvenient, requiring an individual to pay $10 minimum even if there was one load of laundry to do. For short stays or for ppl w/out a cell, the laundry process was ridiculous.

Check in was super easy! The tent site was easy to find and the bath house was clean and nice. The only downsides were the proximity to the highway (which made it noisy) and the hard-packed gravel in the tent pad (which made it hard to pound stakes in). With those caveats I would recommend this KOA).

Park has great views of the mountains and is very conveniently located. The office ladies are extremely nice and helpful. The pool is open in April. Spots are narrow and short not leveled at all. Most of the spots are bodies and you and your neighbor share the same picnic table. Verizon and T mobile are weak. You can hear the road noise from the highway.
