Good location for visiting Zion National Park.

Very friendly management, clean and very quiet

Though weekend staff was very nice, this park did not meet expectations of a KOA. Spaces were not level, no space for parking vehicle with unit, signage to reach the park almost nil, and in too remote of a location.

After staying at a KOA site in Cortez, (which was absolutely the opposite of this site in Hurricane). We were very disappointed. The site we were given was down the dog walk path, we would have had to pack all of our things down, there was dog poop on the area where we were supposed to tent, no one available to talk to. Ended up sleeping next to the dumpster, which reeked! Dirty bathrooms too.

Sites too narrow. Not up to parr.

Five days without wifi you should post NO WIFI at the entrance. I use it everyday and makes a hardship if i don't have it

The place has no character. IT looks like a parking, but a great place as stop-over when travelling from Zion to las vegas

Our reservation was supposed to be for a group tent site; our reservation even said, "Perfect for small ten or small groups traveling together." There were only three small tent sites available when we arrived and the sites were so small that they barely fit one tent! My husband and I had to get a motel room so that the rest of our group could camp! Sprinklers came on in the middle of the night

Great had a wonderfull time see you again soon

Mixed bag... The pool, spa, bathroom is nice. The sites are rough, many not level. To level the RV required front wheels off ground, not my idea of ideal stability. The map showed dog run, there isn't one. There is a dog walk, sort of. The best thing going for this park is location and it isn't really ideal in itself. There is potential but there is also a lot of work to reach it. Good luck.

Location is very convenient to St George and Zion. The personnel were helpful and friendly.

clean, but old narrow sites trees needed trimming.staff was friendly.not worth the money. is

Everything was great except the sewer odor that kept wafting through the campground. I realize it was not the fault of KOA because they were searching for the leak but we were glad to leave. Sickening!

The buildings appeared to be upgraded and nice, but the RV spaces were small, cramped and unlevel, with no picnic tables. The spaces will need to be upgraded before I would consider staying there again.

People managing facility were friendly. Sites were very narrow. The WiFi didn't work the time we were there. The office hours are only from (AM to 4:30PM which makes it very difficult to relay any issues to them if you are here to do some sight seeing as we were.

Clean place. Very family oriented.

La connexion internet n'a pas fonctionné pendant tout notre séjour.

The campground was NOT situated on the shores of the Quail Lake as described! More like 2 miles away! Joan was great! Very helpful though the office was closed upon our arrival at 5:30PM. Very noisy facing the freeway!

Was very disappointed that their was no staff after 4pm. Also ALL sites should have a picnic table. We had to ask for one and other told us they were sharing with their neighbors. The campground is very clean, and the laundry room was great.

Loved our stay. Pool closed just a little early for us. Loved the park model!

Very nice newer model,Clean roomy - Great size kitchen, large refrigerator,TV/dvd combo great.lots of cupboards. Very friendly staff.Bed too small for 2 adults, some burners didn't work, carpet needed shampoo, bath tub very stained. could supply loungers at pool, only had chairs. Extreme winds explains why is called Hurricaine Ridge. As RPI member cost agreeable.

Staff is great, location great. Still working on tent friendly. Our only issue was the permanent residents. They were very loud and kept us up all night both nights being loud and drinking. I don't think they take kindly to tenters in their living area.

when I checked in the clerk didn't ask what type of rig I was driving before she assigned us a site. I told her a 30' 5th wheel and she said the site was good for us and level. It wasn't even close. It was narrow on a slope and next to a low hanging tree. I scraped the side of my rig just going through. I called the office as I walked the other sites and picked one out that was much better & level

The campground is in a beautiful setting with great views. But it is laid out very poorly. The parking spaces are extreamly too close togeather, especially if you have slideouts. The hose bibs and sewer drops are too far away from where they come out of a trailer. I had to buy another hose. If you redesign your layout and make your spaces more roomier you would have a much nicer campground.
May 10, 2013
The sites are all slanting downhill. We used several blocks under our fifth wheel but still could not get our trailer level. These sites all need to be graded to level them! We followed our GPS yo get to the park and ended up traveling on a tiny dirt road. Staff was helpful

The view was amazing. They had alot of great activities. Gravel spots. Very clean!

They close their office at 4:30. Everyone has to pick their site which is up thehill. They don't tell you one of the ways in is almost impassable

When we checked in, they did not take us to our spot. The 1st spot the camper would not fit. We drove back to the office, 2nd spot had knee high weeds, not level, broken light w/ glass all over, we cleaned it up. Stayed 7 nights and did not get a picnic table. It was a shame.

We had a great time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the camp was well maintained. It is close to many attractions. We will definitely stay there again.
May 06, 2013
The staff was friendly. The camp ground is a little shabby and not up KOA's usual standard. I will say the showers were great and the park is an easy drive to Zion.

Most of the residents live there, sites are too small and not level. Staff was nice and helpful, but park needs renovation.

Lots of promise , employee's see to be thinking about other things besides running the KOA and the attention to details are lacking, besides that it was ok. but shows promise!

I enjoyed my stay but I have a few suggestions. I know that you have recently become a KOA and are not yet equipped for tent campers. If I were to stay again I would like a tent spot with a picnic table, firepit or BBQ grill, and some shade preferably. Tent campers need a clean spot, and a way to cook. Thanks for an otherwise enjoyable stay and I hope to stay in the future.
