Bathroom/showers are great. Huge shower and all tile. Didn't even half to level our trailer, the site was flat.

Grass was dead, water connection was wrapped with a towel and duct tape and was continually leaking which of course meant mosquitoes. Park looked unkempt.

Trashy neighbors. Management posted a notice on their door. The next day was just as bad. At night there was a terrible oder coming from somewhere in the camp. Could not wait to get out of there. Will not stay at Springville KOA again.

Though the staff was friendly and helpful, especially to add a few days to my stay, I didn't find the park particularly "well kept" especially the long-term site and especially the cabins on the back side. The dog park was in the bottom half of the ones I've seen at other KOAs and and other than the pleasant field behind my site and location to I-15, I thought the price per night was high.

Staff was friendly. Was nice having green space between sites 4specially when traveling during the hot summer months.

Very nice and well kept campground. The game room area was very nice and had AC. We stayed when it was a constant 105°. The pool was refreshing and cold on the hot days. Not a lot of playground toys for a young toddler but plenty to do around the towns. The parking was very close together and tight but it is manageable.

My wife & I stayed 5 nights in mid July while in town on business. While the location of this KOA is very convenient to Hwy 15, its proximity always causes a lot of noise. On the other side is a train yard which adds to the racket. The bathrooms are individual private toilet/shower rooms, but are not cleaned often enough and are almost always out of TP. The RV sites are very close to each other.

just stayed over night. park was clean and people friendly. Had trouble with the door code device - it could have been simpler, less high tech for us over 65 ers

Front desk was nice and check in was a breeze. Had to ask for a picnic table and water source was spraying everywhere. When we reported this they said they knew and said not to worry. It appears that several repairs are needed. Not much space between sites but happy to have shade from a tree.

The staff was great but the restrooms were dirty everytime we used them. Hair clumps all over, vomit on the walls and trash cans. Only a few squares of toilet paper in each restroom. Only complaint would be the restroom/shower areas.

These spaces are very small and very tight. if we wanted to sit outside our RV door, we had a view of our neighbor's sewer hose less than 10 feet from our door. We took our dog to the dog park area and it was not maintained. I know each owner is supposed to pick up after their dog, but if you have bad owners that do not the KOA needs to address this and clean it. It was mostly dirt and weeds.

Very disappointed in the Springville KOA. As per the email I received when I made reservation, I should have been able to cancel prior to 48 hours and there was a $10 fee. I was told differently when I called. They said they it had to be within 5 days and I would still be charged 50 percent. So I decided to keep my reservation. The spaces are very small. I couldn't put all my slides out.

Too tight, everything broken and dirty. Nice pool, however. Dont count on any other amenities. They are out of order, broken, or are costly to use. MOSQUITOES! Not Holiday quality, probably not even Journey. Roll on by if you can.

Stayed 2 weeks. Staff are very nice and friendly. Would be a 5 star but had water issues and had to keep tanks filled because of needed repair.

We absolutely LOVED this KOA! Sadie and her staff were absolutely wonderful and took such good care of us during our stay. The rec room was awesome!! 2 pool tables, shuffle board, bowling, TV’s with couches to watch a family movie, scrabble, Jenga and more! Pool was clean and perfect temp, staff did excellent cleaning and maintaining everything onsite. We will definitely stay again!

The pull-though site was a bit short for our motorhome and car. The showers were nice. The internet connection was crappy and should be upgraded to high speed. If I wanted no internet, I would have stayed at a state park.

Okay for an overnight stay. KOA's are expensive and we felt it wasn't worth the cost. Our internet did not work; the water hook up leaked so we had to keep our water pressure low; our site was filled with tree roots which made sitting outside difficult (no level space) and we did not have a picnic table.

Campsites are incredibly small. Smallest I’ve ever seen as in you have maybe a foot of grass in front of your camper with HALF of a picnic table!! Many toilets are out of order. The shower water comes out into the main hallway. I slipped on someone’s nasty shower water. How gross is that!?! The laundry area is tight and has NO AC so it feels to be 200 degrees inside. Save your money!

The Springville KOA is just for overnights closer to Payson where I run the Clan Cameron booth at the Payson Highland Games annually. Better than driving home to SLC every night. The Springville KOA is always clean, well run, and convenient. However, the WiFi signal was usually too weak to use at our site 213 this trip. More WiFi antennas might be a good thing!

Location good. Staff was helpful as our assigned spot was taken and they moved us and were very apologetic. However, the spots are on top of each other with no room between you and the sites next to you. Also, no space to park your for your vehicle either. Good for an overnight but not a holiday.

Several broken showers. Bathrooms flooded with water. Small planes less then 500 feet overhead. Heavy traffic noise. Other campers blocking exits to work on there TV.

People at camp ground were great. Clean and nice. Easy access to I15. Only thing I could say negative is they're bathrooms/showers.showers drain out and all over floors as well as shower drains. Always water standing in bathrooms and at times in hall. No paper towels, some have hand driers, some of them work. I like the individual bathroom/showers, just need some maint. Nice place great stay.

It was nice, they put me in a spot next to a tree for shade without even asking. The spots are level, well-maintained, and clean with grass in every slip. The pool was nice and the comfort centers and arcade room were a nice addition we don't normally see. So if you were feeling like stretching your legs and watching something on a big screen or playing a game of pool they had a nice AC'd spot

Spaces are very short for pull throughs and difficult to get in and out of. We had no table at our site.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
