We have stayed at the Provo Koa in recent years , but this year it was a different experience . The campground was almost to capacity , but the office was closed at noon already, instead of 5 . Our site (206) was full of dog feces , somebody across from us was changing oil in his car , and another person was grinding some steel pipes with noisy power tools And we had people trying to sell us stuf

We were a late checkin. There was some confusion with people parked in our assigned spot but AnneMarie was great about getting us in a better spot!!

Stepped in dog poop as I got out of my truck and then again the next morning. I cleaned up 8 piles of the stuff and I only have one dog. Spaces are so narrow that you have to be very careful when you expend slides. Dirty and noisy. Barking dogs. Not what I expect from a KOA.

We came last minute for just one night. The lady I talked to did an awesome job for us! Everything was ready and she was super friendly and helpful! If we come through there again we will stay again!

My visit was just an overnight stopover. The restroom/shower/laundry facilities were nice and the park was quiet. I would stay here again.

The facility was run down and the bathroom facilities were filthy. After hours check in was easy. Sites need to be separated by short term and long term guests.

Front counter staff friendly. Bathrooms looked to be remodeled a few years ago but not well maintained. Sewage all over the floor in the handicapped bath. no seats or countertop or hooks for clothes or diddy bag. Seat covers all out and grab bars poorly located no room for hand between bar and toilet paper or hand dryer. Not well thought out.

Location is convenient for a quick 1 night stay. However, it’s very loud due to highway and plane traffic. If you want a hot clean shower, go somewhere else. Check in was easy and women that checked us in on Wednesday night (1/17) is the only reason I am giving it a 3 or i would have given it a 1!

Overnight only, coming off long day driving. Difficult to find location as GPS sent us to wrong location. We did find camp after changing location to Provo rather than Springville. Otherwise it was what we expected for off season camping.

The sites are narrow. We'd made reservations. Snow had fallen within 24 hrs. Our site was entirely snow covered. We had to use 4WD to get into it. I believe the site should have been cleared of snow. It was difficult to see where our site was. We had to make ruts on both sides of the site to get into it. We have a 40 ft 5th wheel. It was quite and felt safe. Desk staff was friendly.

We did an extended stay here and the management is great and kind! They’re really welcoming and creat a community that looks out for one another. Really appreciated the hard work.

It was good. I did have a big pile of snow from plowing the roads in front of my spot. So I had to shovel it, to be able to get out the next morning.

It was fantastic. They took us at short notice. Had a spot for us. The next morning we went to leave and we couldn't put our slide in because snow had built up and even though it was an office closed day they brought out a ladder so I can get the snow off!

I stayed there twice in a weeks time, on my way to and from Idaho from where I live in Western Colorado. I was just passing thru both times this trip but will definitely stay here again when I come to the SLC area to play. Clean facilities and nice people

Everything was great. We arrived late so had to self register. All went well, even had an insulated water stand & small candy dish. Thank you. We will be back.

Arrived on Sunday - our site number and map were inside night registration box. Proprrty was nice and clean. Bathroom/Laundry/Shower area clean.

Nice place but sites are very skinny and it makes it hard to pull a 44" trailer into the site. Also the entrance/exit is not large trailer friendly. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice park. We have stayed here before and we’re looking to staying again but as nice as the showers were at one time. The shower valves were all broken except one. I had to go from shower to shower on wet slippery floors after I had to get redressed from the first non functioning shower. There is a reason for a plumbing code and that is to prove a functional shower where a person can reach the

Nice place! It was very cold, so I didn’t stay outside very long, but the beautiful mountains behind are gorgeous! Glad I stayed there!

We really needed support from the staff to resolve an issue that left our coach unable to travel but they were unwilling. Even though it was a weekend, someone should be available.

We got in late after the office was closed and had to leave prior to the office being open. The message on the voice mail was excellant and easy to follow. The organization of the late arrival materials was superb an very easy to use. So please give kudos to the office help. Truely it was the easiest experience ever. The facilities were some of the nicest we have seen on our 4500 mile/ 33 day trip

We’ve stayed here before and have always enjoyed our stay. This trip was just a little different. When we arrived the office was closed. We were unaware of how to check in. Finally figured it out. We were a little slow figuring it out. A heads up would have been appreciated. The trains this time we’re very noisy. That said the staff has always been friendly and helpful!! We will be back !!

The campground is clean and well organized. I would like to have seen recycling facilities. Also online it does not state that there are showers which there were and they were really nice. Does KOA include discounts for Dyrt membership or AAA?

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
