The sites are rather close to each other. The 50-amp plug wasn’t attached to the post and the plug pulled out in my hand when disconnecting. The shower/bathrooms were ok.

Parking spot 211 only has a 50 amp connection. Because I did not have the adapter, I was not able to plug into the electrical service.

This KOA is a great place to stop on your way through the greater Salt Lake City area. It's easy off the I15, there's a big Maverick gas station right across the street. And there's a Utah state liquor store right there, too. The people are friendly and helpful. Sites are kinda close together, but there's grass and trees and it's easy in, easy out. We'll definitely stop again.

There was no reservation waiting for us, the sprinkler head broke so water went everywhere and they didn't respond to the urgent text to turn it off, there are no outlets in the bathrooms to get ready for the day, the tent sites are tiny, finally, the lady cleaning the bathroom was very rude to me when I asked how long she would be "when I'm finished" vs. 5 minutes or I just started.

KOA PROVO Camp ground was a location that we had stayed at 3 years ago. We were confident in making this reservation. Upon our arrival we noticed a sewer smell that did not go away. Additionally, the grounds had dog feces in serval area. Vegetation was stressed and and in applying. Several sites had long time residents with on going maintenance on vehicles. Rating…. Poor!

Parked on dead grass, and had a terrible water leak. Apparently it had been leaking for some time, as the only green grass was around the connection. Mentioned it to some workers, who just shrugged and said, “Ya, we know”. Nice view of the mountains tho.

very busy and crowded....don't believe your GPS but use their instructions on how to get there...close to shopping and food...but quite quiet once the sun went down...we were just passing thru and stayed one night

Bathroom/showers are great. Huge shower and all tile. Didn't even half to level our trailer, the site was flat.

Grass was dead, water connection was wrapped with a towel and duct tape and was continually leaking which of course meant mosquitoes. Park looked unkempt.

Trashy neighbors. Management posted a notice on their door. The next day was just as bad. At night there was a terrible oder coming from somewhere in the camp. Could not wait to get out of there. Will not stay at Springville KOA again.

Though the staff was friendly and helpful, especially to add a few days to my stay, I didn't find the park particularly "well kept" especially the long-term site and especially the cabins on the back side. The dog park was in the bottom half of the ones I've seen at other KOAs and and other than the pleasant field behind my site and location to I-15, I thought the price per night was high.

Very nice and well kept campground. The game room area was very nice and had AC. We stayed when it was a constant 105°. The pool was refreshing and cold on the hot days. Not a lot of playground toys for a young toddler but plenty to do around the towns. The parking was very close together and tight but it is manageable.

The bathrooms were smelly, dirty, and had many non-funtional fixtures. The only staff member we saw was the woman that checked us in. The pool was small and crowded. Rec room looked nice and was air conditioned. Site was nice.

My wife & I stayed 5 nights in mid July while in town on business. While the location of this KOA is very convenient to Hwy 15, its proximity always causes a lot of noise. On the other side is a train yard which adds to the racket. The bathrooms are individual private toilet/shower rooms, but are not cleaned often enough and are almost always out of TP. The RV sites are very close to each other.

just stayed over night. park was clean and people friendly. Had trouble with the door code device - it could have been simpler, less high tech for us over 65 ers

Front desk was nice and check in was a breeze. Had to ask for a picnic table and water source was spraying everywhere. When we reported this they said they knew and said not to worry. It appears that several repairs are needed. Not much space between sites but happy to have shade from a tree.

The staff was great but the restrooms were dirty everytime we used them. Hair clumps all over, vomit on the walls and trash cans. Only a few squares of toilet paper in each restroom. Only complaint would be the restroom/shower areas.

These spaces are very small and very tight. if we wanted to sit outside our RV door, we had a view of our neighbor's sewer hose less than 10 feet from our door. We took our dog to the dog park area and it was not maintained. I know each owner is supposed to pick up after their dog, but if you have bad owners that do not the KOA needs to address this and clean it. It was mostly dirt and weeds.

Very disappointed in the Springville KOA. As per the email I received when I made reservation, I should have been able to cancel prior to 48 hours and there was a $10 fee. I was told differently when I called. They said they it had to be within 5 days and I would still be charged 50 percent. So I decided to keep my reservation. The spaces are very small. I couldn't put all my slides out.

Too tight, everything broken and dirty. Nice pool, however. Dont count on any other amenities. They are out of order, broken, or are costly to use. MOSQUITOES! Not Holiday quality, probably not even Journey. Roll on by if you can.

it was fine. not great for tent camping. i didn’t realize ahead of time that it’s basically an rv park. it has four tent sites that all sit under one or two trees. not a real camping feel to it. also, bathrooms were hit or miss—you had to enter to see whether the shower was working, and that was kind of inconvenient. the toilet paper rolls were just sitting on the handicap bar for use.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
