Had a reservation made through the KOA app for one night. A rock from a passing truck shattered my driver's door window. I made several phone calls to extend my stay so I could get the window replaced, leaving messages each time. The phone was never answered and my calls were never returned. Finally booked the additional nights I needed again through the app which required us to move.

The places are so tight you can barely get in and out with the large coach people can park wherever they want blocking you so you can’t get out in the morning seems like all they’re wanting to do is get people in and make money!

A lot of full timers at this park. and there sites have a lot of stuff making it look junkie. Not sure why they label this as a KOA hoilday. When it is more like a regular KOA. Very loud park as well.

There was dog feces in our site when we arrived, site was not suited to our unit. Disappointed as we stayed here in the spring and had a positive experience, that is why we returned this fall. Will not return in the spring or fall next year, will find alternative RV park.

It would be nice if the campground would enforce their own rules. Dog fences everywhere with lots of dogs. Not against dogs have two our own. Change the rules if not going to enforce. Sites are very hard to get out of with a bigger rig due to people parking the side of the one way roads. Otherwise campground nice.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The facility was clean, orderly, and well-maintained. Plus, the mountain views with fresh snow atop were gorgeous!

Perfect place. Peaceful and yet fun for kids. Wonderful clubhouse, pool, bathrooms and laundry. Very fun outdoor spaces. Beautiful setting. Amazing staff.

4 big motorcycles revving up and blasting off from sort of next door at 11pm was a negative. Otherwise another super overnight at Springville� …we like this place! Thank you

Sites way to close together. Restroom #2 was dirty. Out of the 6 shower/restroom 3were out of order and the others were filthy! Did not I force rules regarding cleanliness of sites. Overall appearance of the park was poor!

Sites are way too tight. Site next to us was a long term RV. Their water was leaking. There was no way we were going to use the picnic table between us. We couldn’t sit anywhere outside to enjoy the weather because there was no room. We could barely park our truck in front of our RV. Bathrooms, showers and laundry were nice.

Staff are nice and polite and the campground is very clean. However, this is not a destination. This is only a campground in case you’re traveling & need a spot to park. Traveled from CA, stayed 4 nights. we paid for the patio site, but did even use it as the patio: fire pit were right in the corner of traffic, positioned on the backside of your RV next to the dump line & loud freeway nearby

Our stay was wonderful. I don't understand some of the reviews. We had plenty of room for a large camper with 3 slides. I guess you get what you pay for.

The roads and RV pads need repaired. Some of the grass areas need to be repaired they are just dirt and get muddy when it rains These problems have been there for a few years now. Don’t think we will be staying there again �

Campground was nicely kept. The issue we had is we were travelling in our 45 foot fifth wheel pulled by our Freightliner. We were put in a Tight pull through campsite. Cars parked in front of us, cars parked behind us, and a large trailer to the right of us that stuck out. Therefore we had no option but to back out of our site and avoid the vehicles parked behind us. Not big rig friendly

We had truck trouble while there and they allowed us to extend our stay a day at a time as we did not know when truck would be fixed. They were great!

Had to move because water faucet was leaking, they wanted to fix it by tying a rag around it or we could stay there without water. Sites are close together and some were a mess. The buildings, laundry and Pool were nice.

Got to the camp late, after dark, the office was cloed,.we had trouble getting down the lane to our spot. There was a motorhome to far out, we were afraid we would hit it making the turn. I texted the the office staff, told them our situation. They immediately came over, and helped us get to our spot. They were very helpful, friendly and polite. Thumbs up to the office staff!!�

Too narrow, too short, too crowded! Checkin was slow and workers seemed unskilled/unfamiliar with computer process. Smelly.

We were put in a space that was too short and our front door opened into a large puddle. They moved us to another space. To get out, I had to ask the neighbor to move his pickup.

Pretty park. Our only criticism is the sites were very close together. When the people went to pull in next to us, they were going to hit our awning. We had to retract the awning to let them in. We are only a 27’ trailer.

Overnight stay, park is VERY clean and well maintained. We have 40’ class A towing Chevy Colorado and just fit in “pull thru”. Only reason for 3 stars.

The bathrooms weren’t too clean and at night when we went, no TP! Then first visit in a.m. no TP! Spaces extremely narrow and half a picnic table. Our spot was also flooded from sprinkler. The private resort we stayed in the night before was much cleaner. Also we’re in Zion NP and they’re bathrooms are cleaner than this KOA.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
