I appreciated the large shower that was floor level to accommodate a roll in device or so one didn’t have to step in or over a curb. It was very clean!

The manager borders on rude. There is dog water everywhere in all the common grass areas. I do pick up after my dog but others, including managers kids, do not.

The park was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly! The clubhouse was a lot of fun for me and my kids with all the games and TVs available. The park is right next to a switch rail yard so it can be pretty loud. I sleep with a fan for white noise and it didn’t bother me too much. Overall, a very nice stay!

The pool needs drained. It is freezing over. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms were not clean. When staying the first time a foul smell was coming from the drain in the laundry/bath area

I wasn’t able to stay very long, but the time I had there was nice. I arrived later than office hours, but they had a cute little map with my name on it to help me find my location. The bathrooms were clean and the instructions on how to access them were straightforward. The only thing I would have appreciated more is a few more streetlights. Overall a great stay for the night!

We were very disappointed in this KOA, many of the sites contained trailers that were old and not maintained which is clearly identified in the campground brochure. We also noticed numerous piles of dog feces by our site. It’s apparent that the management does not enforce the rules!

It’s a nice park however the showers were all not working well or had no pressure. Some of the locks on the doors didn’t work. Also laundry was dirty. People had used machines to do animals blankets etc.

Only stayed one night. Check in and reservation booking on line was super easy. Washroom was very cold on morning we left, too cold for taking a shower. Don't know what it was like day before.

Way overpriced for a verfy mediocre, cluttered park. Had a "full hookup" but there was no cable tv connection, at least that I could find. Seemed hard to find someone that gave a darn. Not very professionally run, at least in the office. Not friendly at all. "

The trains kept us awake at night. The bathrooms near us (in the back) were not taken care of. 3 were out of order, one stall was flooded with water on the floor, one was totally out of toilet paper. ��

Very convenient location. The sites are extremely close together- zero outdoor space. There are a lot of extended stay guests with very run-down rigs and cars, very cluttered and junky sites. Several leaky water spigots, so our site was wet the entire time due to the neighbors water leaking constantly. The keypads to get into the bathrooms/showers barely worked and most of the showers were closed.

Reasonably priced and OK for an overnighter but lots of people living in the park so early am's where loud because of work trucks warming up and kids going to school....Sites were super small so small you had a half of a picnic bench. Grass areas were pot wholes and muddy from constant use of people parking cars on top of them.

Staff was friendly. Facilities could use some work (leaking faucets, general cleanliness). There are long term campers but that doesn't mean sites can't be neat.

The key pads on the facilities require a little more information - they are a pain if you can't figure them out. staff are great facilities and location are good

We have stayed at this KOA multiple times. It is definitely one we will go back to. It is in a great location, the only problem we ever have here is our site neighbors with how close the spots are. The facilities are nice and we didn’t have any staff interaction this time as we checked in at 1:00 but no one was in the office. Would recommend though and will come back too.

Nice place but they put us in a site with a leaning tree so we couldn't open slide we overnighted so not a big deal but there were lots of other open sites they should keep this site for RVs with no slides or replace tree

Very mice quiet location. Great friendly and helpful staff. Good close to the freeway and close to Provo. The park is older and dated. Only downside is their parking pads and access roads are very narrow.

We arrived after the office had closed. Got our instructions to what site, no code for the washrooms/showers, texted the number on the leaflet and never heard anything. Campground was nice otherwise.

The people were wonderful, but the location has roads on 2 sides plus a train switching yard. Not good if sudden loud noises bother you. The site was good. There are a lot of long-term residents, and many sites were cluttered.

More than 1/2 of the restrooms are closed saying out of order. The ones that were working were filthy. They appear to have been “out of order” for quite some time. We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it. Not sure what has changed but I won’t be back. I’ve always had great luck with koa and will continue to use them, just not this one.

All went well, until my $900+ Generator was stolen, which was secured by cable (cut) and lock (did not help as a deterrent). After 4 months on the road, mostly at rec.gov campgrounds, 1st time theft. I'm disappointed with the security measures at KOA, or lack of rather. The low marks are mostly due to the theft and security gaps. I will think twice before staying at another KOA campground.

the sites were very small and short. I said I was 63 feet long including towed. I was put in a slot that my 40 foot Tiffin Phaeton completely filled from front to back. Not any place to put my car, so on the lawn it went. The water faucet on my site B31 would not shut off. What a mess that made.

Water was coming out of the several spigots even though they were turned off. No paper towels in bathrooms. Half of all the restrooms were out of order. The showerheads were old with calcium deposits on them, or broken. Second bathroom closed 8p-6a even though it is on a code entry. We have stayed here before with no problems, it has gone downhill.

The bathrooms are awful. Terrible smell all the time. Often out of toilet paper. Three stalls didn’t have working showers. Floors dirty except for right after cleaning. Wi-Fi poor.

Extremely cramped. Narrow roads. I’ve been in other KOA that were much more spacious and easier to get into with a trailer

The spots are extremely tight for our big rig. We didn't have a picnic table at our site & there was a large muddy puddle (brojen water pipe??) outside our front door which made it hard to get in & out with our dogs. The rec hall was very cool & the laundry facilities were good.

Four of six showers not working. Had to move to different site because someone parked in ours before we returned late at night. No toilet paper in three of the restrooms. We've stayed here several times a year for 10 plus years and notice a decrease in restroom maintenance.

Multiple broken showers, no parking at campsite, no parking nearby that would fit our truck, playground was broken, utilities on the wrong side for where our patio was, person who mowed lawn blew leaves everywhere - including under our trailer and on top of all our stuff, super cramped - very little space for being outside our trailer.

Unkept. The spaces that had more permanent rvs were messy. The site next to us had significant leaking from hose hookup. Reported to staff member walking by, seemed careless. Same space had 2 vehicles parked in front of 5th wheel, with one almost blocking our motorhome, again staff didn't seem to care. Would avoid staying here again.

Water faucets ran all night, dogs let out without leashes, bathhouse closed due to vandalism...and expensive. I've stayed here a few times before and it was never like this. It's turned into a run down place. Never again.

Chose the only late check in envelope site127 only to find car park in site ,,,had someone come out after 5 min to move,,,,unable to hook up water nozzle on tap broke,,,,,site 2 doors down had fire smoke drifting into us,,,,washrooms in disgusting condition mess on floors,,,one out of order others just filthy,,,not happy camper

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
