This KOA is way off the interstate and the roads to get there are very long, narrow, curvy, and mostly gravel. It would have been extremely hard for two campers to have enough room to pass if meeting on the roads. The office person said the detour was necessary because of some localized flooding. The campground itself is ok, but the distance and road conditions are a great deterrent.

The stay was very enjoyable. The other campers were very friendly and helpful. The staff were a joy to talk to and helpful, also very courteous.

The road into and out of the campground is extremely narrow with multiple blind curves. Very difficult to maneuver when any vehicles are coming from the opposite direction. Overpriced. Lack of gravel in sites. Low hanging branches. Materials piled up around the main building. Plenty for kids to do, but rules requiring supervision aren’t enforced.

Staff at this site are new and rapidly updating the place. They are incredibly kind and helpful-so easy to work with. The sites all seem to have a lovely a mount of shade and there is a lot for the family. There is a playground and a pool, reclining bikes for the kid and even a little putt putt golf course on site. There's plenty of room to walk your dog and a small fenced dog play/potty yard.

There was a little mix up when I arrived but that was only because I had to do a morning check in...Staff was very friendly, nice grounds and bathroom/shower facilities were very clean. I stayed here due to work but will definitely be bringing my wife back to stay at this campground!!

Great hospitality and facilities. Too bad it was raining very hard to truly appreciate the fields and other landscape. Very quiet area.

I always love staying at the KOA while traveling for work. This location is great. The only issue I had with this stay is I stayed in a newer cabin and it has a very very strong odor of the fresh cut mfd panels used on the walls and it made me nauseous and gave me a headache. I left the door open for a while and it helped with the smell.

Nice campgrounds. We arrived during a storm so muddy but dried up. People were great! Nice and very accommodating. Quiet. Looked like lots of fun stuff for the kids and families. Could use some sprucing up. Did not see bathrooms or showers. Access to laundry was weird and messy.

1)When you pull into the property the first thing you see is junk piled all over behind the office.In fact my asked is this the wrong driveway and are we in someone’s yard. 2) there is a dump house or mobile home behind the office that’s an absolute disaster 3) The pool was absolutely clouded to the max not being properly tested and maintained.They we’re using Walmart household bleach as chl

Great place to camp. Hosts were very friendly and worked hard to keep their guests happy. Shower house was kept clean and well stocked. Lots of extras as well such as an inground pool, free wifi, mini golf, jump pad, playground and even a small dog park. 100% would recommend this park.

Promised military discount and didn't include it. When we asked for it clerk said payment went through and nothing could be done. Lousy way to treat my husband who fought on ground in Vietnam, KOA was horrible to military people.

Amazingly was able to book Sunday night on Memorial Day weekend at the last minute using the handy app! Arrived to a clean & super friendly campground. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience! Super kid & dog friendly place which is very important to us! We will be back. Thank u so much!

Nice quiet rural setting but access roads are very narrow and not in great shape. The sites are fine but trees need to be trimmed up for big rig roof clearance. Dragged a few branches in the campground itself and we certainly don’t have one of the really big units.

We were able to upgrade our site at time of check in and the staff was very accommodating. We made them aware of a potential issue and they handled it very quickly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.

Small campground, off the beaten path. Level sites. Some shaded, some not. Free amenities include bikes, scavenger hunt, mini golf, pool, etc. Everything could use a little update, but the bathrooms were clean and the people were pleasant.

This KOA has achieved the perfect balance between rustic and the comfort of home. We loved staying here! The facilities were clean, staff was very friendly, and there was a fun atmosphere! Our toddler loved the playground and jump pad and we enjoyed looking at the stars and hearing the sounds of nature. We will definitely be staying again!

We’re told u can’t park on grass have to pay to park but there were multiple vehicles parked on grass that remained there entire stay. The bath house wasn’t cleaned garbage on floors. Prices were also raised. Been coming here for years probably won’t be back! Friday was cold they were power washing the Jump pad when we arrived not sure why, but it remained wet the entire stay and kids were

Clean and quiet. Well set up. Playgrounds and putt putt etc for the kids. Walmart 15 minutes away. Convenience store on property.

Charming campground, Quiet day and night, for a Journey it is away from the interstate / highway noise. We stayed in our fifth wheel however there are several nice cabins and a Family sized Lodge to stay in as well as secluded tent sites in various locations. Bathrooms and Showers were always clean and stocked. The store has a wide variety of items for your camping needs. New improvements are being made all around the campground and several were in process while we were there however the staff ensured the work did not interfere with any guests or activities. There are several new Electric and Water Paved back in sites while the original sites are in a shaded section and it appears all the trees were trimmed properly to prevent from low hanging branches. We met the owners and they are super nice and treat you well as do the rest of the staff we met. One of the workers (Herman) cruised the park and was always friendly. We would stay there again.
