Really enjoyed our short stopover stay so much that we returned the next weekend for another longer stay to checkout more of Spokane. Very clean and welcoming campground.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice access to biking trails and easy access to the freeway. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back some day.

Arrived on Sunday. Office closed. Filled out paperwork and found my site. Electrical and water only. Paid $20 more than full hookup in Pasco, Wa or Cascade Locke, OR. No amenities open. Old park.

Our stay was fine. The restrooms were clean. The tree at our site was dead as was the grass. The patio and fire pit set up was nice. There seemed to be a larger number of long term residents than we are used to seeing at a KOA. There were also a couple of cars that came in and then drove around then back out and it was were obvious they were not staying there.

Park needs some improvements. Many of the trees and the grass is dead. Restroom/shower facilities definitely need upgrading.

i’m sorry for the low/zero ratings. this is the second time we have stayed. we were hoping to give another chance with great disappointment. both times we have encountered sketchy people. the bathrooms were dirty (only cleaned every couple days). the campground was lacking maintenance. we just expected more cleanliness overall for a KOA camp.

The staff were awesome & helpful. The washrooms were clean & well kept. The mattress in our cabin needed replacing. It was quite flat & uncomfortable. The train is close by & went through several times all night blowing the horn. It was not a good sleep.

We were very last minute scheduling our stay but we were able to get in. Spots aren’t spacious but for small park in town it was super convenient. Staff is great and accommodating. We have a large rig and it worked out nicely.

We enjoyed talking with the new managers about the updates scheduled for next year. They sound amazing for almost a destination spot. The bathrooms were very nice actual hot water at 11:00am and good water pressure so no disappointment there. The noise is certainly a problem. Trains really very close. Next time we will be more aware and work toward maybe a sleep aid it’s that bad.

Bathrooms clean, laundry area clean. The lint was full on the dryer and I text to them and they came after 8pm to clean out so I didn't just have wet laundry. Truly appreciated that. A little sketch though due to a couple of folks coming in and using the women's bathroom(one was a male) that appeared to be houseless, but my husband was with me, watching the door. Train was loud but we slept thru.

The campground itself is pretty good. And I imagine it’s even nicer when the pool is open. But … even though we love trains, having multiple ones coming through at night, blowing their whistles at the crossing that’s so close by, kind of makes it difficult to enjoy and relax … or sleep.

Right next to train tracks, rumbling through and blowing horns ALL night, I ended up packing up and leaving at 4am. Grounds are nothing but dirt and dust.

The only reason I gave a 4, is there is no recycling available, so we used the trash instead of being able to recycle.

We are regulsrs here. We love this campground. Clean, safe and quiet. Friendly and accommodating staff. they Always ( if possible) see that we get our favorite spot.

The staff at reception was very welcoming and helpful. The campsite was well maintained, and the cleanliness of the washroom was excellent. The wifi was speedy and very reliable. I stayed one night and had a wonderful evening at a Spokane Indians baseball game. I would definitely return the next time I am in town.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
