Campground Reviews

The staff was very friendly. The location was good but the camping spaces were too close together. I bumped the bumper of another vehicle trying to get my 37ft RV into my reserved location because of the close proximity of the campsites.

The trains kept us awake most of the night. I couldn't get into the wifi either. Otherwise the KOA was clean and neat.

Asked for 50 amp service and got 30 amp. The bigger issue are tree branches which contact the top of the coach which damages the coach. Strongly recommend that all trees be trimmed to minimum 13 ft to accommodate motor coaches. The park is nice and clean

This is a nice KOA with adult-size pool. Only negative for us is poor to NON-EXISTENT wi-fi EVERY time we stay.

Excellent site, and well run. Our only suggestion would be to water the lawns at night, since the water pressure dropped way too low in the morning when we needed it.

Looks good from the front but the sites are small and the facilities could be neater.

enjoyed the short stay, my third time there

Quick overnight stop, but we were very happy to find air conditioning in our cabin and a cute flowerbed along side of it in the morning. Lots of flies in the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay and I like the employees and general experience. However, I had ear plugs and am rather rough and ready. The problems are two: a train seemingly runs thru the middle of the campground, and some sort of pump-house or other service mechanism located in a field near the campground runs at a low shriek all day/night. I enjoyed the closeness of the Spokane river, too.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Two nights of relaxation. A great spot in Spokane.

No food and narrow sites.
Jul 15, 2013
sites are too small for a modern 38' rv

Great campground. Too bad the train comes by so often. Very nice place to stay. Clean and well maintained.

Always accommodating and clean.

it was a great KOA, BUT for the size of the facilities the laundry facilities were very small. Also, the sites were very tight. People were very friendly and accomodationg.

more advertisement for their activities would be appreciate, maybe a simple sheet with the form to locate the site

Camp is way over crowded and right on top of railroad tracks in the middle of the residential neighborhood. Setting tent up on the lawn was nice but between the kids cars and trains, was up all night.

It's located too far out of town and the rates are way too high. $52 for a single night is more expensive than a budget hotel with all the same amenities. Since when did camping become so expensive?

Very helpful staff. Clean bathrooms.

Too little picnic area/space between RV's. wifi did not work. Chain link fence and trees at entrance made in and out challenging.

Busy weekend - very tight sites - had train whistle blowing every couple hours all night long. We will not return.

I love the location in terms of being in a location where you are nicely inbetween Silverwood, Spokane, and Coeur d'Alene. I love how it is near the river which made it easy to drive for 5 minutes and drop off your tubes and float back to the campsite. The only thing I did not like was the trains. There were several tracks nearby and they would blow their horns through all hours of the night.

great stay, enjoyed the greenest of the spot...

Was clean and okay for a 1 night stop over. Would not spend a week there. Wish they provided towels and bed linen so we didn't have to pack them with us. Overall, it was clean and comfortable for the one night we stayed.
