The Sioux Falls KOA is a great spot for a night stay over, but since it is close to I90, you do here a good bit of highway traffic noise. The facilities and managers were all fantastic and they all loved our chocolate lab, so I would stay again if I was passing through the area. The tent site was a bit small but it had electric and water which were helpful during our stay!

Arrived 2am, set up in wrong site by mistake, woke to fearful, loud, abrupt, continuous pounding on my vehicle windows and yelling to come out...WTF? After 3 hrs of sleep, and driving 10 hrs into/through most intense storm. This KOA approach is an excellent way to get employees shot, with a GUN. Coffee in office, after tasting, poured MORE sugar to find a dead fly pouring out. Never again

Hi Charissa, after speaking with staff who informed me that you were parked in an RV site nowhere near the tenting area, they had to confirm who was on site at about 9 am by knocking on the window of your car. I apologize if this frightened you but we had no idea who was in that site.

Well maintained, clean park with a top notch manager and friendly, helpful staff! We needed to extend our stay (due to mechanical difficulties with our 5th wheel) at this busy park, and they were great about making it work. We would definitely return!

Didn't see any staff hours on building said 8-8 yet the door was locked when we arrived at 5:55pm and our paper work and check in was in after hours envelopes. The camp was super bright at night and the road traffic was incredibly loud. On the flip side it was well laid out and the facilities that were open were neat and clean. Probably won't return to thus KOA

Okay for one night and in general friendly staff but they gave us the tent site right next to the street (there were others available) which was very loud be wise there are trucks being unloaded and loaded across from the campsite all night. Probably better for RV users rather than tents.

Loved pool and grassy sites. I didn’t like the noise level. I was sorry I forgot to bring ear plugs. Next time I’ll come prepared.

We were told golf carts not allowed. I didn't find that in the rules we were given and can't find it on the website but maybe I'm missing it?

Hi, I apologize for this but our park just isn't big enough for outside golf carts. It's for the safety and comfort of all our guests. We just don't have room on our map and rules to put every single policy on it but we will look into changing it. Thanks for staying!

Showers were hot, and felt great after a ride from Sturgis. Was a little disappointed that none of the staff said any thing to the girl that was swearing on her phone half the afternoon and all night into the early morning. Other than that it was a pleasant visit, and the pool felt great!

I've stayed here before and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It's convenient, clean, organized, and very well run. My only complaint is that it's right beside a noisy industrial site with trucks running 24/7. I know the owners have absolutely no control over this, and they go above and beyond in all the areas they control. The bathrooms and clean and well-maintained.

We checked in really late and left first thing. We were surprised it was right next to an industrial area and we heard trucks throughout the night. Not a huge deal, just didn't expect it. Park was clean, bathrooms clean, and pool looked great.

Came in late, had paperwork ready, east to find spot. Little rough for tent camping due to hiway noise. But it was worth the money and I would go back.

Thank you for the nice stay. Both campers and the workers at the KOA were friendly and respectful. The facilities were also very clean and orderly.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. Neighboring businesses are noisy making tent sites a bit loud at night. Nothing they can do about that though. It would be a great place for hard sided campers and RVs, tents are so-so but only because of the overnight noise. (I was in a tent when staying)

We were greeted very warmly, guided to our rv location and assisted with kind hospitality! Very nice camp and gift store as well as shaded, level rv camp spots. We will definitely recommend!!
