Came for the airshow to see the thunderbirds at the Air guard base. Git there around 7pm git checked inquick and polite staff, who guided us to our site and helped guide me backing camper into site. Jim and the rest of the staff were all top notch, polite and courteous . Rest of the weekend was great nice and peaceful. Met 2 of my neighbors at the campground both very nice folks .

Stayed for several days to attend the air show in Sioux Falls. Staff very friendly and campground clean. Just a suggestion, the big pull thru sites have very few trees for shade. It was very hot out. Our refrig couldn't keep cold with the sun beating on the sideof camper.

These people are the BEST. As we were driving in there was a notice that no sites were available- and we were safe because of the reservation made months ago - but unfortunately I made it for (not just wrong day) the wrong month. The manager Lance took my husband to a spot they don’t use and we were just able to fit. So they are number one in my book for helpful people and a great park

Very easy in and out with a big rig, big pull throughs. Highway noise, but being so close makes it very convenient, so I suggest using a fan to mask noise. Extra clean, nicest KOA we have stayed at so far, everyone very nice. Hit and miss wifi, but we were so tired we went to bed early and gave up on tv. We will stay here again.

Picked up a nail in my truck tire while we were there. Tire was fine when we pulled in , unhooked moved the truck over next to camper. Got up the next morning and tire had nail in side wall.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I apologize for the trouble, but we haven't used nails at the park for anything probably all summer and it could have been picked up on the road or anywhere. We keep a keen eye out for anything on the ground but this is something very much out of our control. Safe Travels!

Convenient location. Friendly staff and very clean camping area throughout,,,loved the free entertainment compliments of the Blue Angels from the nearby air show. Thanks to our escort for letting us know about it. Sound of Freedom. Got there right before they started flying. Amazing!

The staff are the friendliest people just happy doing their jobs while making you feel welcome. Clean campground and facilities. Thoroughly enjoy our stay.

Awesome KOA, one our best stays yet. The grounds were nicely laid out, lots of shade and the restrooms were clean.

I was greeted by a friendly staff that went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Some of the staff were on the golf carts making sure every site was clean and ready for the next guest. They escorted us to our site which was wide, long & level. There was grass between the sites. The road noise might bother some but once inside the RV i didn't hear it. 42ft RV towing 24ft trailer

We stayed one night, had a patio site. It was very relaxing and the perfect site for us. I may not have picked it if there had been another but now I will be looking for the patio sites! We had a great fire and the staff were all beyond wonderful. The pool was perfect after a hot day as well

They pick and choose the rules. Told me what I could and couldn't put on my own vehicle. Yet lots of unsupervised kids in the pool. The older gentleman just rides around in his cart, looking for stuff to gripe about. On the positive, it's well kept and nice sites/pool, but you can't put anything but a lawn chair in the grass. It's fine for an overnight but very close to a very loud freeway.

I apologize for your experience but we have an agreement with an RV repair person locally, we asked you to take your advertisement sign down and you kept putting it back up. We also do not allow mats on the grass because it is extremely dry and we don't want our grass to die or get any worse. Thanks

The mother/Daughter reception/check in was flawless. Our site was beautiful and well kept. Pool was a little small and the usual parent not caring that their kids were obnoxious but that seems to be the trend anymore. Nothing against the campground. Very pleasant stay, leaving to get back on the 90W was a challenge due to no L turn on main road after exiting the campground.

Customer service was awesome! We ran out of propane after the office had closed and a member of the staff filled our bottles quickly, he went above and Beyond for us! Thank u for a wonderful stay!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved that we were escorted to our site. Gift shop had lots of good stuff, and lots of treats too! Showers and restrooms were very clean, and the pool looked great too, but we didn't get a chance to go swimming. The laundry room was very clean too. I'll definitely recommend to others!

I can't say enough about this KOA. My husband has ALS and he took a fall and hurt his back. Jim, helped me and must have checked in on my husband at least 4-5 times that evening. We only stayed over night because we were traveling back home. The campground is clean and the kids were running around having a great time. We only have dogs so the just enjoyed the "smells" lol

Spotless KOA with attentive, courteous management and maintenance. The showers and bathroom are cleaner than my own. The pool was crystal clear and the grounds were well kept. There is a new ball court, as well as a bags game. This KOA is near the highway, so it is easily accessible for travelers. However, with this, there is some road noise, as can be expected. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot for a short-term stay. Friendly staff that handles the in and out traffic well. My only complaint is site D4 is tricky to get out of in a high profile RV. The tree at the front of the site could be trimmed to allow for about 3 more feet of vertical clearance.

This is a very nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were on our way to Mount Rushmore. Very convenient and good amenities. I would absolutely recommend staying here. My only regret is not having more time to look around the city.
