Thank you for accommodating us when the water heater went out in the ladies room. We were very satisfied with the upgrade and appreciated this new opportunity of a visit very much. Your staff is great - while overworked - and they treated us with respect and kindness.

Two very nice dog runs but I saw many dog poops that were never picked up. There were never any dog bags in the container and the two trash cans were never emptied.

We like coming here whether it's for an overnight stay while on a long trip or stay a few days. We like this KOA facility. It's always our stop.

All was good- we were comfortable using both available beds in our little cabin. I registered, saying we would arrive late in the evening - and called in the afternoon to repeat that notice. Still, the porch light was not turned on and the AC was not turned on so it was very stuffy inside. Of course, that did not last long, but that lack of preparation for our arrival was a surprise. Thank you.

The staff at this Koa went above and beyond for us. My tow vehicle battery died. The young man at the Koa helped me jump the car and when that didn’t work volunteered to drive me to the auto parts store where I got a new battery. He even helped me install the battery. The park is extremely clean and well maintained. The folks here are great.

Very nice, clean RV park plenty of room at each site with table and chairs. Also very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice park and great location. Sites are comfortable and good sized. Roads in the back section are a bit narrow if long-time campers have parked their vehicles near the road. Power to our site went off several times.

The pull through site was very tight and the pads were incredibly close together. The sewer stick up was barely lower than the dump spout. Internet was non-existent.

We were greeted warmly and were able to purchase needed items in the store. We were unable to lift our jacks and got wonderful help from the maintenance crew. We were able to get on our way in good time to make our next reservation without difficulty. Thank you guys!!!!

The cabin was wonderful. It could have used a brighter light bulb. There were lots of signs saying no smoking but that was not enforced at all. Even the staff were going around with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths and people were smoking next to the pool.

Very quite, clean property with great staff. Plenty of places to eat and shop with an animal hospital near by for your pets if needed near by. We would not hesitate to stay again if need be 5 stars �

No cabin linens provided. When asked, as we departed the next morning, manager stated it was due to Covid restrictions but they would have happily RENTED us linens (despite the now non-existent Covid restrictions). We came off the road at 1:00 a.m. in the morning and had to sleep on the few doggie blankets we had. What fun!

Charity & Lisa were both very helpful. Charity kept our site on hold as we dealt with an ill family member. Lisa went above & beyond to help with printing documents. Both were very kind and always cheerful.

Park is very clean and maintained. Our spot appeared to be a premium location and was very enjoyable. In driving through the park it appeared that the long term campers were in the back. One RV seemed to be abandoned. Could use some TLC back there.

Office staff was very nice and easy check-in. First site was full of standing water. Lady in office was very nice and moved us to another site with no problem. We were only there one night but would be happy to stay longer. Great area for dogs and kids. Big rig with trailer friendly.

We have just stayed here in the past as transients. However, the updates to the facilities are awesome. I could easily see us staying for several days if our trip planning gave us the time. Very friendly staff as well.

We were only there on night but wished we had longer. Very nice sites, very relaxing and very friendly. Feels like you are out in the country, but everything you could need is only a mile away.

We only stopped overnight but the park was very well maintained. Good bathrooms. Spots were very close together. They had a great swimming pool even though we didn't have a chance to use it

This KOA is easily accessible from I-20. Walmart and fast food very close by as well as Home Depot, Walgreen, fueling options. Even though the campground is very close to these shopping options it is quietly tucked into a neighborhood community. Staff is very friendly and the campground and facility is clean.

Our site was level with a nice patio and chairs and table. We were away visiting family most of the time so didn’t have a chance to enjoy them.

- Overall very convenient for a stop over stay when travelling. Safe and close to highway. - Young couple that run the place are very friendly and most helpful. - Approx 25% of CG is with rigs that don't move. Some borderline unsightly. This does not ruin the experience, but it was enough to deserve a mention. - Sites are a bit narrow and close to each other but we were on the end so had a little extra room. - Location is less than 10 minutes from all big box stores and groceries. - Location is within a few miles of exit 8 from Interstate 20. Very convenient. - General area is not busy at all. - Interior roads are a bit narrow but they do accommodate Class "A" as well as our 36ft 5th wheel. There are no stumps/roots/low branches to cause issues. - Some sites are more in the trees thus more shaded than others. Everyone we asked recommended "Orlandeax" for lunch/dinner. They are a seafood place right on the big river; very scenic and food is really good local cuisine. Be prepared to wait for seating, this place stays packed.

I gave only 4 stars because we could not use our satellite. Trees. Other than that, the campground is really nice. Pretty trees and bushes. Basic, but nice, big concrete spaces. Recommend if you're in this area.
