This was an unexpected stay when our truck pulling our 32 foot fifth wheel broke down 16 miles outside of Sheridan. Stacy, the manager, was amazing! She helped us so many times as we navigated 4 weeks before we got back on the road. It is a very well maintained park, and the WiFi is the best I've ever seen at an RV park. It made our month-long stay such a pleasure! So glad we broke down here!

This is one of the nicer RV parks we’ve stayed at. Very clean, nice amenities, plenty of space between sites, reasonable price.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always been impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of this park. Very easy in and out with an escort to our site, long gravel site with ample room for our 40 foot motorhome towing a jeep, a lovely creek, and a nice dog park, we will be staying here again,

A warm reception, a great site and excellent facilities. The pathway into town by the river was a real bonus for us after a long drive (a long drive by British standards that is)

It was great. Very friendly staff and amenities were exactly as described. Only thing that we would change would be to update the washrooms. They are dated but clean. Highly recommended if you are staying in Sheridan.

Worst KOA I've ever stayed. Bathrooms filthy, shower head broken, shower knob broken, shower stalls smallest ever, toilet fixtures rusted, grass is desert scrub is which has sharp prickers that hurts the dogs feet. Just keep driving.

The campground itself was clean and the staff friendly but the sites are cramped and it’s right by the the freeway so it’s extremely loud .

We got stranded because our truck had mechanical issues. Our 5th wheel was towed to KOA. All the office staff were so friendly and held our spot day by day until our truck was fixed.

It was our first KOA stay. We are new to trailer camping. The KOA was fine. There was some noise from the expressway, but not bothersome. We will stay at KOA again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many things to do and the campground was very clean and bright.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
