Didn’t use the campground for the wonderful array of activities since we were in town for a family wedding, but we were impressed by the many events and fun things for all ages to do.

We always enjoy staying at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA always clean lots of things for the kids to do and everyone that works there is always friendly!

It was great! I would definitely come back. Lots of things to do for kids and adults. The only thing is the Wi-Fi was not the greatest.

The staff did their best to put our group together and were very accomidating. Staff was super friendly with lots of fun activities for our kids. So much to do and everything is very clean.

We have a new camper and 2 of the 3 electrical outlets didn't work and the drain under our sink leaked. So, we had limited power and no water which made cooking difficult. we were extremely grateful for your cafe, which is where we ate most of our meals, which were very good and reasonably priced. We were also very impressed with the friendliness of all staff members.

Pretty decent sites, nice store, lots to do, staff friendly! It was a nice campground but you have to pay extra for more than 4 people on campsite (13.00 ea a day!), extra if you arrive early ($10 an hr!). Need a wristband to swim, putt-putt, bouncing pillow. The rate of campsite was high as well. Came from another KOA with same type of site (busier location) $50 a night cheaper!

Great place to stay lots of thing to do within 45 minutes drive. Great Food at their cafeteria. Gray & Vicky are the best owner's ever they ALWAYS have time to talk with you. With there new expansion it will even be BETTER. Best KOA EVER

The billing and charges were way too confusing to understand. Even the employees don’t understand how to give you a cost for your stay. I had a billing charge error because they applied the wrong rates. KOA followed up when I called back to question the charges. It was explained to me that they had applied the wrong rates for our stay. Very confusing!

Best campground we have ever stayed at. It's very clean, and the owners are fantastic. I would highly recommend this campground!

Had a nice quiet long weekend and enjoyed the activities and friendly staff and guests awesome clean and neat good food and icecream from the wagon wheel restaurant thanks. Some people complain about the noise from the construction of new site's but glad to see they're growing Thanks Gary Vicki And Amy

Absolutely beautiful campground, perfectly maintained. Lots of green grass and gorgeous trees. Kind of crummy in the laundry room department, but that’s a minor detail for such a beautiful place. And Deb in the office was super sweet and helpful. One other thought - maybe ease up on the pesticides? Especially in close proximity to occupied camp sites.

we all had a good time. The park is nice. The pull thru campsites were very spacious. way better than some of the koa's we have been to where you are packed in like sardines. the bathrooms were very clean. the staff were very professional.

The campground is awesome and the people are very nice and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because it's a little pricey, especially if you have more than two people. Also, there is almost no cell service and very slow wifi.

I love this campground however it’s getting more and more expensive every time we book. Within 2 years, it has gone up at least $30/night. Plus, the fact that we’re charged extra for each kid is ridiculous. You should include 2 kids under 18 in the price per night. Not sure if we’ll come back in the future.

We had another great long weekend, a little rainy one day but still good. Campground was clean” like normal and staff is always helpful and polite. My only complaint is the cost per night is getting pretty high compared to other KOA’s that we frequent. We still love the campground and will continue coming for now.

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
