This was our first trip and loved all the activities and facilities! So much so we booked our next trip the first day there!

Very friendly staff. LOTS of weekend activities to keep kids, teenagers, and adults busy! There was an event every hour starting early morning until night. Nicely kept grounds with lots of flowers. Campers respectful of noise...especially for a holiday weekend. We will definitely pick this place again for a holiday to that we don't have all the noise of other campgrounds during holiday time.

There is something to do for everyone! The cabins and restrooms are kept clean and are well-maintained. You can tell the owners care about their resort.

A beautiful park, well kept, with lots of features to enjoy. We have been there numerous times and never disappointed. Oivously a top-notch management team and staff!! We-ll be back often!.............Darrell & Lynn James

EVERYTHING was excellent! Friendly staff and very quick to help with whatever we needed. The only complaint that I can find to bring to your attention concerns your mini golf course. While it is beautifully landscaped and somewhat challenging, the upkeep or keeping the course tidy was sadly lacking.

Great campground. Clean, trimmed, quiet and lots of activities. Great store and Kafe. Workers are very attentive. Gary helped us with an electrical issue at our site that really wasn’t their issue but once reported, they were quickly on it and fixed it. Already booked for next year. If you visit Shelby downtown, go to The Vault and get ice cream at Paul’s.

Wonderful campground, very well maintained and cared for. Very clean, was surprised to see the amount of staff on hand. Most places are understaffed but there seemed to be plenty of staff here. The general store was amazing, had a great selection. Will be back for sure and already booked for next year. A+++

This is the 2nd year our family has stayed for super soaker Saturday. We enjoy the campground and the staff! One observation…slip and slide kickball had teenagers and even adults playing. A young girl, maybe 5, was hit in the face by the kickball thrown by a teenage boy. Maybe it should be a 12 and under game ONLY. And another game for 12 and over?? We look forward to next year!

Awesome place. Will be booking future dates. Only issue we had was with some of the older kids on the playground with the younger kids.

Very friendly staff. Lots of entertainment for the family. The camp sites are neat and clean with plenty of room. We stay every year and will be back again.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Staff was amazing and attentive. WiFi was a little spotty on occasions. Only suggestion would be having the bikes unlocked during the “open times”. Wasn’t much of a hassle to walk over and ask but having them unlocked during the day would have been nice. Definitely a contender when we choose to go permanent in the next couple years.

As first time campers, we were beyond pleased with the outstanding staff and camp ground. Friendly, helpful and would recommend this to anyone and everyone . Will definitely be back.

Thanks for a great stay. Our fire ring was too low in the dirt to get a good fire going. Other than that it was another memorable stay.

granddaughter and a friend had a good time with all there was to do on the chocolate weekend--only problem i found was that things that had a cost were not consistant--i/e. the chocolate chip pancakes on sunday had no $ sign on the schedule--sent girls over sunday morning only to have them return saying they needed money--little embarrassing!!!

Hopefully the pool isn't always full of bugs as it was during or stay. Our 2 grandchildren were discussed with the condition of the pool as we were also. Pool fun is a big part of 3 day weekend and the pool was full of bugs the entire time as if the skimmers weren't working. We spoke with a permanent camper and they were also disappointed.

We just stayed this past weekend in a Yurk..it was nice..clean and airy but lacks utensils..plates and even coffee cups but it had a Keruig..no bathroom but next summer they are adding on..Staff is wonderful..campground is soo clean and very well maintained..love the they are pup friendly..2 doggie parks..they do need to add another pool cause it gets packed and they are adding on to the campgroun

The employees at the Shelby KOA are always courteous and friendly, the kampground is clean and beautiful. Our 6 and 8 year old grandchildren were gone more than at the RV, and we weren't worried. The pizza is awesome!!! We'll be back in July, and most likely again after that. Thank you Shelby KOA!

This is one of the nicest KOA's I've been to! They have so many awesome activities for adults and kids. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We have made this a yearly place to visit.....

Had a great weekend again, my only complaint is that there is a tree stump in the back of the site that takes up about a 7 ft circle of a already small site. Every yr for a few yrs I ask and get told maybe this yr but it’s still there. Now it’s so decayed that you can almost just push it over by hand and the roots are rotten also so there’s big holes to step into the whole way around it.

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
