It was a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The park was quiet and the trains passing by were actually a little comforting. It was November, so it was cold - freezing temps for 6-12 hours each night. Nonetheless, we kept warm and had no issues whatsoever. We were here two years ago and I noticed the park had upgraded the bathrooms, which was a nice surprise.

The men’s restroom had literally poop on the walls of the stalls and showers. If you can sleep through a freight train coming by every 15-30 mins, then by all means, book your site now.

We have always made this one of our stops driving from Oregon to Arizona on our snowbird trips. Love the location. And it's a well kept site.

Good location, clear instructions at Checkin. The guy at reception could be a bit friendlier, but I guess that’s a question of personality. I hope the bathrooms/showers get modernized, because they don’t only have a bit of a retro-vibe, but the showers look rightout dirty, with broken tiles and a cockroach (or similar) crawling through while I was showering.

Easy off and on I-40, pool was closed for winter. Short dirt road into the park was a bit of a challenge but doable. All hook-ups were showing age but worked. Park grounds were in need of a lot of clean up. Scenery to the north was great but south edge was next to two train tracks that ran a train every 20 minutes all night and day.

It was all about location for us, but it was not clean at all. Plus the site had a railroad tie border…everywhere. You couldn’t walk without tripping on one. The real train was close, and you definitely heard it, but it didn’t bother us.

Easy to do after-hours check in. Hookups all worked well. Site was relatively flat and easy with drive-through. There was some train rumble, but not terrible.

I've stayed twice here in the last week. Wifi works well enough to view Youtube. The front office management is professional and friendly. They seem to be on top of things The front office store is clean and well stocked. While the campsites themselves have a kind of barren look to them, I think that might be normal in this neck of the woods. A pizza restaurant is within walking distance.

The staff are great,the check in area and shop are fine. The rest of the place leaves a lot to be desired. This KOA needs an update throughout. Also there is no cable and it’s to far from any antenna to get any kind of signal. Only good thing was that I was able to purchase what might be the last Choco tacos in the country ���

Very welcoming! Beautiful morning views! Would have preferred the hookups on the other side of the spaces, but it was still nice. The rules and instruction booklet was fun to read!!

For us the location in Seligman was ideal in our endeavor to travel yet another link of Rout 66. We and another camper had trouble finding it because our GPS said the address was faulty and traveling west on 66 there is no signage. Traveling east after passing through Seligman there is a clearly visible sign. Need signs front and back.

We stay here, going and coming, every time we travel eastward from Redlands, CA. This year, there is a noticed improvement in the KOA. They have installed all new power pedestals, the most obvious and started a number of improvements. The staff meets all expectations of a road wary traveler. This is a Journey KOA so don't expect a lot of amenities.

Everything fine but the bathrooms are very old and also quite dirty. Not every site is equipped with a fire bowl.

Several sites had standing water following a rainstorm. That should be remedied. Otherwise a decent place to stay

Friendly staff. Nice amenities. Does need some regrading and more gravel as some sites were muddy or covered with water from rain. Showers need to be up dated.

We enjoyed our stay at this park. It was clean and quiet. We especially like that it was close to down town Seligman, filled with Route 66 memories.

5 night stay. We left for 2 nights. Good area to be able to go the Grand Canyon, Route 66 and enjoy Seligman. Sites level. Easy access to them.

All was great except the showers. They were clean and plenty of hot water, but the flow rate was abysmal. And that was the good shower. Also not well laid out. Not a separate area for your dry clothes.

Un camping pour une nuit. Situé au milieu de nulle part, ce camping est relativement calme. Il y a beaucoup de train qui passent la nuit mais cela fait le travail. Le service cependant n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de Koa.

Loved this great campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Clean warm camp cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
