We stayed for 5 days, no problems. It’s pretty much your average rv park. Would have been nice to have grassy areas between rv spaces.

One night stop over. No frills site but just fine for overnight. Close to train tracks but not really an issue. Nice staff. The campground was clean and looked like they had done a lot of work to it recently. The pool looked clean and kept up. Would stay there again if passing through.

No trees, only stumps in half of sites. Had electric issues (which turned out to be my fault) and the manager was reluctant to check the plug and very surly and unfriendly. The swimming pool was great!

This high desert park goes the extra distance to overcome sparse terrain, high temperatures and limited local support resources by ensuring their facility is friendly, well maintained and well equipped…..dog run, pool, camp store, strong WiFi, great water pressure, solid electrical service and more. It’s a perfect overnight and well positioned as base camp for the Grand Canyon.

The pull through spaces are outlined with railroad ties which make it difficult for the larger rigs to turn in with a tow. The front desk should advise the larger rigs to unhook at the office before proceeding to the site. My RV back tires were stopped by the railroad ties and then I had to unhook, backup to get in. They could also eliminate or at least spread them farther apart.

This gem is tucked off the freeway and has teepees, pool that was clean and beautiful restrooms/showers. There was an incredibly RUDE man there angry that HE didn't know how to book his stay and demanded free lodging and was so verbally abusive to the staff. Camp host kept his cool when rude dude deserved an azz whooping. Walking distance to pizza and bar. Definitely will go again! Ty for being u!

We didn’t feel secure. The camp is wide open all night. A homeless couple drove in and parked next to our camper so they could shower in the “uncoded” restrooms. The laundry was also wide open all night.

A simple overnight in-transit with full hookups to keep high temperatures under control for my four footed travel buddy. The front office is awesome! When my arrival date shifted they moved my reservation details effortlessly, arranged a seamless late arrival check-in, and made it look easy. Proximity to the active railway line is the only detractor.

We. really enjoyed our stay. Pool was great after a long day of riding on route 66. Trains were not a problem. We could just hear a faint rumble in the camper. Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again for sure.

The sewer smell on the property was extremely overwhelming and made for an unpleasant stay at times. The RV sites and picnic tables need some work. However, the pool, dog park(s), and restrooms added some aesthetically appealing aspects to the campground. Some of the staff were lovely and I wish ya'll the best of luck in your renovations/improvements.

Enjoyed our stay in Seligman. The owners were awesome, hardworking, friendly so busy. Nice pool even though the heater had broken. We would love to stay there again.

Nice location for a road stop or check out Route 66//Seligman. Some of the bathroom stalls/showers didn’t work but is was clean and enough functioning stalls/showers for group.

I made reservations for three site E-2, E-3,& E-4. Reservations were made in February, 2022. After arriving I learned that E-3 had been rented to someone else for two months. I was never told when reservations were made that they could change my designated sites. Very disappointed in the way this situation was handled. Other then that, our stay was great. Loved that pool was working.

Nice park very friendly staff. Our dog liked the dog park. Train tracks close with lots of train traffic but get used to it after awhile. We will stay here again we enjoyed the time away from home.

Great campsite, especially if you love trains! Our rating has more to do with the extra train noise than anything else!

The office manager is excellent. The space was nice and clean. Nice and quiet except for the trains but that was not a problem. The men's restroom was a little on the poor side. But our stay was good. I'll stay there again when I'm in the area.

Welcoming staff. Level sites, old but clean restrooms, 2 nice dog areas. The park is old and just needs a bit of refurbishing. Very quiet..... even though close to train tracks. Would use again.

This KOA is well kept, laundry room very clean, nice store. Very friendly personnel. It's desert, so no grass. Very close to busy train tracks, so recommend ear plugs or sound machine. At least they don't blow the horn all night! Easy drive to Grand Canyon for a day visit!!!

The entire staff was very nice and accommodating. Found the bathroom to be clean, however the shower stalls could probably use an update.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but it was perfect for our needs and we always enjoy our stays at KOA’s. We would for sure stay there again if we are in that area.

Loved this great campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Clean warm camp cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This place is adorable 😍 very nice staff. We stayed in a camp cabin and we had plenty of room for the two of us plus 2 unused bunks for kidlets perhaps. It has a pool, dog park, hot showers and clean bathrooms. I loved it, we will be back.

This is a nice park. Gave five as we see the effort. Nice long space for motor home and tow. Nice dog parks- at each end. Store is nice. Hosts very nice and helpful. Great location for area fun. Good for stopovers for sure - easy on and off, less busy than Flag etc. Wes stay here again.
